Docket EP-18-0010: Long; EP to remove a requirement
from “Longview Ranchettes Replat B” requiring a
shared driveway between 8633 and 8651 Skyland Drive,
submitted by Jason Long, in accordance with the
Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project
is located in the Rural Residential (RR), at 8633
Skyland Drive, Lot 1B Longview Ranchettes Replat B,
.15 miles east of the intersection of Longview
Drive and Skyland Drive, in Section 31, Township 2N,
Range 69W.

the Coffman Street project.

2. Parks & Open Space Department:
RFP 6899-18 Cultural Responsiveness and Inclusion Strategic

Contract renewal No. 2 with PCS Group, Inc. for Landscape
Design Services (not to exceed $500,000).

for engineering of an emergency generator at the Justice
Center. The amendment is for additional work (additional

Environment & Infrastructure Inc., fka AMEC Foster
Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc., for Hall
Ranch 2 road repair and hazard mitigation engineering

FY 2019 legislative services ($44,000), with attached
contract renewal.

14. Commissioners’ Office:
Ratification of an Executive Session that took place at
11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9 with Ben Pearlman,
County Attorney, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) Legal
Advice regarding Oil and Gas issues.

15. Commissioners’ Office:
Resolution 2019-10, proclaiming January 1 – 31, 2019,
as National Radon Month in Boulder County.
