separate public process. Comments are limited to 3
minutes per individual speaker and up to 10 minutes per
group (one speaker and up to three pooled-time attendees
comprising a group) to allow all residents time to voice
their concerns. Speakers may sign up in person beginning
30 minutes before the public comment session starts.

Land Use Department:
Docket SE-18-0015 Vosper Boundary Line Adjustment;
Boundary Line adjustment to shift the boundary of 6897
and 6907 Marshall Drive north of the existing shed and
residence on 6907 Marshall Drive. This Boundary Line
Adjustment will resolve non-conforming structures in
the setback on 6897 Marshall Drive and allow the owners
to address drainage issues impacting their property. The
proposal was submitted by Steve Vosper, Mipham Jt &
Tseyang P Mukpo, and the Estate of Bruce R. Johnson. The
proposal is located at 6897 & 6907 Marshall Drive,
approximately 2.3 miles east of the intersection with SH
93 and Marshall Drive, in Section 14, Township 1S, Range
70W. Tabled from 12/6/18.

Land Use Department:
Docket EP-18-0010 Long; EP to remove a requirement from
"Longview Ranchettes Replat B" requiring a shared driveway
between 8633 and 8651 Skyland Drive, submitted by Jason
Long, in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code.
The proposed project is located in the Rural Residential
(RR), at 8633 Skyland Drive, Lot 1B Longview Ranchettes
Replat B, .15 miles east of the intersection of Longview
Drive and Skyland Drive, in Section 31, Township 2N, Range
69W.
