Residence and Driveway Earthwork; Limited Impact

Special Use Review to for 1,757 cu.yds. of

driveway earthwork and Site Plan Review to con-

struct a 4,440 sq.ft. residence on an 8.8-acre

vacant parcel. The proposed project is located in

the Forestry Zoning District at 6313 Sunshine

Canyon Drive, on County Road 85 approximately

.5 miles from its intersection with Sunshine

Canyon Drive, in Section 17, T1N, R71W.

for substance abuse monitoring services, to increase

the not-to-exceed amount from $35,000 to $72,800;
