The proposed project is in the Forestry Zoning District, at Parcel #s 158123000034, 158117000006, 158120000017, and 158120000016, southeast of the Big Springs Subdivision in the Town of Nederland, roughly 1.25 miles east of the Magnolia Drive and SH 119 intersection, in Sections 7, 17 & 20, Township 1S, Range 72W.
