Airport Hangar Parcel H-17 Lease Name Changed

On Tuesday Night , city council unanimously voted 7-0 to pass Ordinance O-2017-60. The ordinance transfers the lease out of Bob Leyner's (current lease owner) name into the name of the company Colorado Classic Aircraft, Ltd. Liability Co.

On Tuesday Night, city council unanimously voted 7-0 to pass Ordinance O-2017-60.

The ordinance transfers the lease out of Bob Leyner's (current lease owner) name into the name of the company Colorado Classic Aircraft, Ltd. Liability Co.

Bob Leyner, whose name was on the lease originally, has leased the Airport Hangar Parcel H-17 since 2011.

According to city council communication, he "has always" operated Colorado Classic Aircraft from the hangar parcel and was not looking to request a sale or transfer of the lease.
