Police Report: September 28, 2017

SEX ASSAULT On 09/28/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd on a report of an assault. Once on scene officer's learned a female was a victim of a sex assault. An adult male has been identified as a possible suspect.

SEX ASSAULT

On 09/28/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd on a report of an assault. Once on scene officer's learned a female was a victim of a sex assault. An adult male has been identified as a possible suspect. This case is open and has been forwarded to detectives for follow-up.

WARRANT ARREST

Longmont Police responded to the 00 block of Birch Court on a report of a disturbance. A juvenile female was arrested for an outstanding warrant and transported to the juvenile detention center.

HARASSMENT

On 09/28/17 at about 1245 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Emery Street. A juvenile male was arrested. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On September 28, 2017 the Longmont Police Department investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of Lashley St. This case is open pending the contact with the suspect.

THEFT

On Thursday, 09/28/17, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 300 Blk. of Ken Pratt Blvd. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

AUTO THEFT

On 09/28/17, Officers with the Longmont Police Department located a stolen vehicle at the 100 block of St Clair Ave. An adult male ran on foot and had to be tased before being arrested. An adult female hid in a closet but was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, September 28, 2017, Officers responded to the 2200 block Smith Dr. reference a domestic incident. An adult female was arrested and the case is cleared by arrest.

 THEFT

On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, Officers responded to the 4600 block of Clover Basin Dr. reference bicycle thefts. The case is open.

DUI

On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the area of S. Bowen St and Iowa Ave, for a REDDI Report. The driver was contacted and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. This case is cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

On Wednesday, 09/27/17, the Longmont Humane Society called that a dog was surrendered that had bitten a family member. The dog will be quarantined at the shelter.

ASSAULT

On September 27, 2017, Longmont Police took a report of an assault located in the 1000 block of Main St. An adult female was contacted and a report taken. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 9/28/17, officers responded to the 300 block of Main St on the information of an adult male with an outstanding warrant. The male was contacted, placed into custody, and transported to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On Wedesday 09/27/2017 at approximately 1956 hours police received a report of a missing 72 year old female. The female was later located and this report is for information purposes only. The case is closed.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

On Wednesday 092717 at approximately 2130 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a vehicle trespass in the 600 block of Tenacity Dr. Case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday 092817 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 800 block of Lashley St. on a trespass complaint. One adult male was arrested on six outstanding warrants without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 09/28/17, Longmont police investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of Button Rock Dr. 2 juvenile males were cited for fighting in public. Cleared by Arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 09/28/17, police contacted a juvenile for a welfare check. Juvenile male was placed on a mental health hold. Unfounded.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

On Thursday, 09/28/17, a report was taken reference an attempted aggravated motor vehicle theft which occurred in the 700 Blk. of Kimbark St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 092817 officers investigated an incident of harassment and theft in the 1900 block of Sweeney Pl. The case is open.

BURGLARY

On 09/28/17 at 1442 hrs.a Longmont Police Officer took a report of a stolen pitbull puppy from the 1700 block of Sunlight Dr. The case is open.

THEFT

On Thursday, 09/28/17, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred 4 months ago in Longmont. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FOLLOW UP

On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, officers learned that an adult male was suspected of possessing a handgun in violation of his bond conditions. The male was charged in custody at the Boulder County Jail and the gun was recovered. The case is cleared by arrest.
