THEFT

On Tuesday 11-28-2017, Officers took a report of a theft that occurred the day before in the area of 4th Ave and Main St. No suspects and the case closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday, 11/28/17, The Longmont Police Department responded on a report of a Sexual Assault allegation. Upon arrival, interviews were completed. At this time the case is still under investigation. Case referred to Detectives. Case Status is Open.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 11/28/17, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 700 Blk. of Grandview Meadows Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

MENACING

On Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at approximately 1228 hours Longmont Police responded to the 2000 block of McCall Pl on a report of an adult male subject threatening people with a baseball bat. The adult male suspect was contacted and subsequently arrested without incident.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 11/27/2017 at about 1654 hours the Longmont Police Department took a report of suspicious incidents regarding what was later determined to be associated with case 17-5371 out of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The information was forwarded to the Boulder Detective assigned. Case closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On November 28th, 2017, Officers took a report of a sexual assault. This case was referred to the Boulder Police Department where the incident occurred. Case closed.

CHILD

On Monday, November 27, 2017 a representative of a local housing complex reported a possible child abuse case. Longmont Police investigated the case and learned there was probable cause to complete an arrest warrant for the suspect. This case will remain open pending the approval of the arrest warrant.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On November 28, 2017, Officers responded to a possible restraining order in the 1600 block of Greatwestern Dr. A report was written and a warrant will be written. The case is open

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at 0411 hours, Longmont Police investigated a criminal mischief in the 900 block of 23rd Avenue, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.

PEDESTRIAN CONTACT

On November 26, 2017 Longmont officers contacted a male sitting on a park bench in the 400 block of Main Street. The male was smoking a marijuana cigarette and was issued a summons for public consumption of marijuana. This case is Cleared by Arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont man reported a neighbor's dog was loose and charged at him in the 5100 block of William Place. The dog was located at home. It could not be determined which friend of the family let the dog out so no charges were filed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Sunday, November 26, 2017, Police contacted a male and female on the 2500 Block of Main St. After an investigation, the female was arrested on theft and drug charges and taken to jail. The male was released on scene. The case was cleared by arrest.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 11/27/2017 at about 1743 the Longmont Police Department responded to several 911 calls regarding a motorcycle accident in the 2500-2800 blocks of E Ken Pratt Blvd in the City of Longmont, County of Weld and State of Colorado where a 31 year old male motorcycle rider collided with a cement barrier causing fatal injuries. Case open.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 11/28/17, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 200 Blk. of Ken Pratt Blvd. The case is closed as the suspects are unknown.

DUI

On Monday, 11/27/17 at approximately 2120 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the intersection of 10th Ave and Venice St in reference to a REDDI report. An adult female was contacted and arrested for DUI and related charges. The female was later transported to the Boulder County Jail.

ARSON

On Monday 11/27/2017 at 2224 hours Longmont Police Officers investigated a fourth degree arson and criminal mischief which took place in the 2700 block of Denver Avenue in the city of Longmont. This case is open and referred to Longmont Fire Department and Longmont Police Detective Division for follow up.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, 11/28/2017, Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Longs Peak Avenue, Longmont, CO 80501 on a theft. Police investigated and documented their findings. Case is open

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at about 1430 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Pasque Drive on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult male for domestic violence, harassment, and cruelty to animals. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On 11/28/2017, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 500 block of Summer Hawk Dr refrence a cold burglary. A thorough investigation was conducted and a detailed report taken of what was stolen from the residence. No suspect information and case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Monday, November 27, 2017 at approximately 0048 hours, Longmont PD conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Main St. An adult male was arrested for narcotics related offenses and was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
