Police Report: November 2, 2017

LIQUOR LAW On Thursday, 11-02-17, at approximately 0032 hrs. an officer contacted two juvenile males and one juvenile female at Loomiller Park, 1800 11th Ave. They were in possession of alcoholic beverages, and drug paraphernalia.

LIQUOR LAW

On Thursday, 11-02-17, at approximately 0032 hrs. an officer contacted two juvenile males and one juvenile female at Loomiller Park, 1800 11th Ave. They were in possession of alcoholic beverages, and drug paraphernalia. The juveniles were issued municipal summonses.

THEFT 

On 10/06/14 at 1634 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer took a theft report by phone. The case is closed.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

On 10/30/17, a Boulder resident in the 300 block of Coffman St., reported a theft from their vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

VICIOUS DOG

On Wednesday, 11/01/17, a woman was bitten by a dog as she walked past its house. The woman was treated and released and the dog was placed on quarantine. The owner of the dog was warned.

VICIOUS DOG

On Wednesday, 11/1/17, a man was bitten by a dog when he attempted to save it from a larger dog that was attacking it. The bite occurred at Lashley and Forsythe. Both dogs ran off.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 11/01/2017 (Wednesday) at approximately 0500 hours Officers from the Longmont Police Department SWAT Team assisted the Boulder County SWAT Team with a search and arrest warrant service. The case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On November 1, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Kimbark St on the report of male party possibly with a warrant. The male was contacted and placed under arrest for a warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday 11/01/2017 at approximately 2121 hours a call for service was requested. At approximately 2147 hours police responded to the 300 block of Coffman Street in relation to an harassment, later determined to be a domestic incident. This report is generated for informational purposes and the case the will be closed.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 11/2/17, a report was taken reference an identity theft and theft which occurred in the 1700 Blk. of Hover St. The case is closed as suspect is unknown.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT

On Thursday, November 2, 2017 at approximately 1730 hrs. Officers responded to the 2000 block of 17th Ave. on a report of a traffic accident. After investigation an adult male was issued a municipal summons for unsafe backing. Case is cleared by arrest-summons issued.
