November 15, 2019

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1000 block of Longs Peak Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, November 14 2019, Longont Police responded to a report of indecent exposure and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in the 2100 block of Steele Street. A 16 year old victim and 37 year old suspect have been identified. The case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, November 15th, 2019, at around 0540 hours, Longmont Police investigated a suspicious incident in the 1300 block of Sherman Dr. An adult male was found to have three active arrest warrants and was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Friday, 11/15/19, a report was taken reference a forgery and theft which occurred in the 1600 Blk. of Great Western Dr. The case is under
investigation.

DUI

On Friday, 11/15/19, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near Main St/9th Ave. The 63-year-old male driver pulled over near Longs Peak
Ave/Terry St, where he was later arrested for driving under the influence.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 11/15/2019 around 1800 hours officers responded to a cold criminal mischief in the 4500 block of Redmond Drive. An investigation was
conducted and summons served.

AUTO THEFT

On Tuesday, August 20, 2019 approximately 1235 hours, Officers were dispatched to an injury crash in the 100 block of Grant St. Dispatch
advised it was a single motorcycle crash and the rider was up and walking around. The motorcycle was later found to be an unreported steal. Case status is open pending an arrest warrant.

THEFT

On Wednesday 11/13/2019 at approximately 1244 hrs, an Officer was dispatched a phone message regarding a theft of pills that happened at
the 800 block of 17th Ave in the City of Longmont. Officers do not have any suspect leads.

FRAUD

On November 14, 2019 Longmont Police investigated the use of a conterfeit $100 bill used at a business in the 2500 block of Main Street.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 4000 block of Hawthorne Circle. This case is open.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 11/14/19, Officers with the Longmont Police Department assisted the Boulder County Sheriff's Office with a traffic stop at the intersection of County Line Rd and Great Western Dr. Boulder County Deputies arrested an adult male. This report is for informational purposes only.

ARSON

On the evening of 11-14-19, two adult males burned trash in the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. No damage was incurred and the property
owner did not wish to pursue charges.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 11/15/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 1500 Blk. of Nelson Rd. The suspects are unknown.

ASSAULT

On Friday, November 15, 2019 officers responded to the 300 block of Mountain View Ave in regards to a family disturbance. When officers
arrived a male fled the scene narrowly striking a marked patrol unit. The male is known and officers will apply for an arrest warrant. Case open - pending arrest warrant.

WARRANT ARREST

On 11/15/19 at 0854 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was notified by the Boulder County Jail they were detaining an adult female on an active
Longmont Municipal warrant. The adult female was taken into custody and transported to the Longmont Municipal Court. The adule female was
given a return court date and released from custody.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, November 15th, 2019, Longmont Police were dispatched for a civil issue to be handled by phone that occured in the 000 block of
Dartmouth Cir. A male party was in violation of a protection order and a warrant for his arrest was drafted.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, November 15, 2019 officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St in regards to a juvenile male turning himself in on a warrant.
The male was contacted and taken into custody on the warrant. Cleared by arrest.

THEFT

An adult male reported several items were stolen from his residence in the 1500 block of Vivian St by an acquaintance. The case is open for
further investigation.

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 600 block of the Frontage Road. There are no investigative leads or suspect
information at this time.

HARASSMENT

On 11/15/2019 Officers responded to the 1600 block of Centennial Dr for a harassment.

THEFT
On Friday, November 15, 2019, a Longmont Police Officer took a report of a theft that occurred at the 2100 block of Meadow Ct. No suspects
have been identified at this time.

MISSING PERSON

On November 15, 2019, the Longmont Police Department were notified of a missing at-risk senior in the 700 block of 17th Avenue. An area
search was performed and a silver alert activation was made through the Colorado Bureau of Investigations. At this time, the whereabouts of the missing male are unknown.

November 16, 2019

DUI

On Friday, November 15th, 2019, at around 2318 hours, Longmont Police investigated a DUI/Eluding incident that occured in the 100 block of Main St. The vehicle was located near 21st Ave and Collyer St and the driver was arrested for DUI. This case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, November 15, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Meadow St on a report of a protection order violation. A warrant
was issued for an adult female.

DRUG VIOLATION

On November 16, 2019 Longmont Police were dispatched to a business in the 2500 block of Main St. to recover some found property. The
package was logged into property and evidence and police are working on contacting the owner.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Friday, November 15, 2019, officers responded to a hit and run accident in the 200 block of Main St. The case is closed.

TRESPASS

On Friday 11/15/2019 at approximately 0736 hrs, Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Alpine St in the City of Longmont regarding a trespass in progress. Officers found an adult female and adult male were trespassing, and had caused damaged to property. Both parties were arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail.

THEFT

On 11/15/2019, Longmont officers took a report on a stolen wallet with fraudulent charges being made on a debit card from the wallet. Case
open.

LONGMONT PUBLIC SAFETY

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 9th Ave and Meeker St. The driver, an adult male, was found to have an outstanding warrant. The male was placed into custody and transported to the Longmont Police Department. The male was released from custody after posting bond. Case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday November 16, 2019 at approximately 0622 hours, Officers responded to 2700 Blk of Copper Peak Ln, in the City of Longmont,
Boulder County, Colorado, for a welfare check.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday 11/16/2019 at approximately 0627 hrs, an Officer was dispatched to the 2400 block of Sherman St in the City of Longmont regarding a cold criminal mischief. At this time there are no suspect leads.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday, November 16, 2019 officers took a report in the 100 block of S Main St in regards to damaged property that occurred overnight.
There are no suspects at this time.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Saturday 111619 at approximately 1014 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a hit and run crash in the 900 block of Lashley
St. The case is open pending an arrest warrant.

INFORMATION

On Saturday November 16, 2019 at approximately 1240 hours an officer took an informational report reference an incident which occurred in the
1500 block of Main St.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, 11/16/19 at approximately 1550 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near Ken Pratt Blvd and S Emery St. A juvenile
male passenger was issued a summons for a narcotics violation. Case cleared by arrest; summons issued.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, November 16, 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Coffman St. on a domestic disturbance. An adult male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail.

November 17, 2019

WARRANT ARREST

On November 17, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Martin Street. A juvenile male was contacted and found to have a warrant for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Detention Center. This case is cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Sunday 11/17/2019 at approximately 0129 hours police responded to the zero hundred block of South Main Street in relation to a disturbance. An adult female was arrested for assualting another female, and stealing two phones. The case is cleared by arrest.

SHOOTING

On 11/17/2019, Longmont officers respond to the 1500 block of Kimbark Street on a reported shooting. One adult male was arrested for falsely reporting the shooting amongst other charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 11/17/2019 Longmont Police responded to a business in the 800 block of Lashley St. in reference to a possible domestic incident. Police collected the available information and a report was taken. Case is open and under investigation.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 11/17/2019 around 1545 hours officers responded via phone to a cold criminal trespass located in the 2100 block of Mountain View Ave. A report was filed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday November 17, 2019 Longmont officers were called to the 1300 block of Lashley St on a report of an on-going disturbance. Several parties were contacted and one adult male was found to have several outstanding warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 11/16/2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to a welfare check that turned out to be an injury accident involving 2 juvenile females. One female was taken to the hospital and treated for injuries the other was arrested for multiple offenses. The female that was arrested was released to parents after being booked at the Longmont Police Department.

FRAUD

On November 16, 2019 Longmont Police took a report from an adult male who was paid in counterfeit bills when he sold collectors coins in Longmont. This case is open pending further investigation.

THEFT

On Saturday, November 17, 2019, Longmont Police received a report of a theft in the 300 block of Main St. Two unidentified juvenile females are suspect.

VICIOUS DOG

A dog bit a child while at a park. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

WARRANT ARREST

On 11/16/2019, Longmont Police Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Hover St and Sunset Dr. The adult male driver of the this vehicle was found to have an active warrant. He was taken to the Boulder County Jail.

BURGLARY

On November 17, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Pace St. on a report of an intrusion alarm. A business was broken into and a report was taken.

THEFT

On November 17, 2019 Longmont Police investigated an adult male who ran without paying his cab fee in the City of Longmont. The suspect is known and warrant is being drafted for his arrest.

LOST PROPERTY

On Sunday, November 17, 2019 officers took a report of lost property in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd.

SHOPLIFT

On 11/17/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. referencing a shoplift. Police collected the available information, and one subject was cited without incident for theft. The subject also had multiple unrelated warrants, and he was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail on the warrants. The case is cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A dog bit the owner's two sons and was surrendered and placed on quarantine at a shelter.

FRAUD

On Sunday, November 17, 2019, Police responded to the 500 block of S. Hover St on a fraud/ID theft. A female reported her credit card stolen and it was used to attempt multiple purchases. The case is open.

THEFT

On November 17, 2019 Officers responded to the 000 block of 9th Ave for a theft.
