CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On May 29, 2018 a property damage report was received from the 100 block of 11th Ave. An adult female was contacted who reported a house window was broken. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday, 5/29/18, the Longmont Police Department initiated an investigation of a sexual assault on a child.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On May 29, 2018 a theft report was received from the 1100 block of E 17th Ave. An adult male was contacted who reported a large number of tools were stolen from the bed of his pickup. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On May 29, 2018 a burglary report was received from the 800 block of Robert Street. An adult female was contacted who reported her garage was entered last night and a bike was stolen. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday, May 29, 2018 Officers took a report of an unwanted sexual contact in the area of Mountain View Ave and Main Street. This case has been forwarded to detectives for follow-up. Case open.

THEFT

On May 29, 2018 a theft report was received from the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. An adult male was contacted who reported a shop lift of merchandise from the business. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Monday May 28, 2018, at approximately 0238 hours, officers were dispatched on a shoplift in progress in the 200 Block of Lashley St. An unknown male stole less than $50.00 worth of merchandise. The case is currently closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday May 28, 2018, at approximately 0626 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Main St., on a criminal mischief in progress. The criminal mischief was domestic violence related. One adult female was arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

PEDESTRIAN CONTACT

On May 28, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were in the 300 block of Ken Pratt doing an area check. They located an adult male camping illegally on the green way in the area. He was issued a summons to appear. Clears case by arrest/summons.

WARRANT ARREST

On Monday, May 28, 2018 Longmont Police arrested a juvenile female on a warrant while working on an unrelated case. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On May 28, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to a fraud case which occurred in the 00 block of E. Mountain View Ave. This case is closed.

NOISE

On 052818 the Longmont Police Department responded to a noise complaint in the 500 block of Elliott Street. A 46 year old male, who received a prior warning, was cited for unreasonable noise. Cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Monday May 28, 2018, officers were dispatched on a theft which occurred in the 4400 block of Redmond Dr. The suspect has been identified and a warrant will be written for his arrest. The case is currently open.

TRAFFIC STOP

On May 28, 2018, the Longmont Police Department contacted a suspicious vehicle in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue. This case is cleared by arrest (summons issued).

WARRANT ARREST

On 05/29/18 at 0856 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the courts. The case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Tuesday 05/29/2018 at 0930 hours Longmont Police Officers investigated a theft which took place in the 900 block of Quartz Ct. in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

BURGLARY

A Longmont business owner in the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue reported a burglary and criminal mischief to equipment at his business. The case status is open and forwarded for follow up.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Tuesday May 29, 2018 at approximately 1112 hours officers responded to the 2600 block of Beech Cir reference a suspicious situation. An informational report was taken for documentation purposes.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, May 29 officers responded to the 1000 block of Kimbark street in regards to a probation violation. An adult female was later arrested. Cleared arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 29, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were patroling in the 1600 block of Hover St. They contacted an adult male in the area and later learned he had an active warrant for his arrest. The party was taken into custody without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On 5/29/2018 a counterfeit bill was attempted to be passed at the Longmont Utility Billing Center. This case is Inactive.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont resident took a picture of a neighbor's dog running loose in the 300 block of Sweet Valley Court. The dog owner was issued a summons.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On Tuesday, 05/29/2018, Longmont Police Department responded to a hit and run accident in the 700 block of Oard Ct. This case is still under investigation.

THEFT

On Tuesday, May 29, 2018, an adult female called to report her cell phone stolen from the 2500 block of Main St on Saturday May 26. A report was taken and the case is currently closed with no further leads.

VICIOUS DOG

On Tuesday, 05/29/2018 at approximately 2100 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave. in response to a dog bite, that occurred in the 2100 block of Dexter Dr. This case is closed.
