Police Report: May 28, 2017

WARRANT ARREST On May 27, 2017, the Longmont Police Department conducted an attempt to locate for a wanted party in the 1700 block of Emery Street. He was taken into custody but a second adult male fled the scene after being told to stop by officers.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 27, 2017, the Longmont Police Department conducted an attempt to locate for a wanted party in the 1700 block of Emery Street. He was

taken into custody but a second adult male fled the scene after being told to stop by officers. After a short foot pursuit, the male was taken into

custody and found to have a felony warrant for his arrest. The male was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. This case is cleared by arrest.

On May 27, 2017, at approximately 2230 hrs, Longmont Police Officers conducted an attempt to locate on a wanted party. An adult male was

located and found to have two felony warrants. Case is closed, cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday, 05-28-2017, police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Dry Creek Dr, Longmont, CO 80501 on a criminal mischief. Police

investigated and documented their findings. Case closed.

On Sunday, May 28, 2017 a Longmont resident reported tires on his vehicle been punctured and a window of his residence broken. This case is

closed due to no suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 05/28/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Tulip St. to the report of a possible domestic disturbance. An adult male was

arrested and later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, May 27 2017, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Kimbark St in reference to a report of a First Degree Criminal

Trespass in progress. A 22 year old male was arrested for First Degree Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Violation of a Protection Order,

Violation of Bond Conditions, and an outstanding warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On 5-27-17, Officers from the Longmont Police Department responded to a report of an assault that occurred at an unknown location in the city.

A report was taken for informational purposes only. The case is closed.

On 05/28/17 at 1746 hrs. Longmont Police Officers responded to a home on Birch Ct. on a disturbance. The case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On May 27, 2017, Officers responded to 4500 block of Redmond Drive on a report of a disturbance. Both parties did not want to seek charges.

Case is exceptional cleared.

On 052717, Officers responded to the area of Hover St and 17th Ave on a report of a disturbance. An adult male was placed into protective

custody. The case is closed.

THEFT

On 5/28/17, officers responded to the 000 block of S Main St on the report of a stolen wallet. An adult male believes his wallet was taken out of

his back pocket while at a local bar. There are no suspects in this case. His wallet was later recovered and returned to him, with no items

missing. This case is closed.

On 05/28/17, Officers were dispatched to take a phone call of a theft that occurred in the 2200 block of Main St. An adult male reported his wallet

was stolen. The case is closed.

BURGLARY

On 05/28/17, Officer were dispatched to the 2300 block of Airport Rd on a report of a burglary. Two adult males entered a trailer and stole

unknown items. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DUI

On Sunday 05/28/17 at approximately 0314 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Main St. One

adult female was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Sunday, May 27, 2017 offices responded to a fraud in the 1900 block of Main Street and fake $20 bill was collected, there are no suspects

and the case is closed

WELFARE CHECK

On 05/28/17 at 1946 hrs. Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of 17th and Gay St. on a welfare check. The case was cleared with a

summons issued.
