DISTURBANCE On 05/25/2017 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of 9th Ave reference a family disturbance between a father and juvenile son. The father was later arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DISTURBANCE

On 05/25/2017
the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of 9th Ave reference a family disturbance between a father and juvenile son. The father was later arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is closed.
On 05/25/17 at 5:27 pm a Longmont Police Officer responded to a home on Bragg Pl. on a disturbance.  The case is closed.
FRAUD
On 05-26-17 the Longmont Police received an identity theft/ fraud report that occurred in Longmont, from an out of state police department.  The case is open, and under investigation.
On 05/26/2017 Longmont Police took a report of a possible exploitation of an At-Risk adult male in the 2100 block of Main St. A report was taken and the case has been referred up to detectives for follow-up.
WELFARE CHECK
On Thursday, 05/25/2017 at approximately 4pm, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 100 block of 9th Avenue in response to a welfare check. An adult male was taken into protective custody. This case is closed.
On Thursday, May 26, 2017, at 1:07am, Longmont Police completed a welfare check in the 100 block of Main Street, Longmont. One adult female was transported to the Longmont United Hospital for a mental health hold and evaluation. The case was closed.
FDC/CRIME TRESPASS
On 05/25/17 at 3:29pm hrs. a Longmont Police Officer responded to an address on Townley Cir on an FDC and theft report.  The case is closed.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On Thursday, May 25, 2017, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Red Mountain drive reference a suicidal juvenile male.  The male was taken into custody and taken to the hospital.  The case is closed.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Thursday, May 25, 2017, Officers took a report of a physical domestic in the 800 block of Vivian St. The case is open.
DUI
On Thursday 052517 at approximately 10:21pm, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Main St. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.
On Friday May 26, 2017 at approximately 1:52pm, Officer's responded to the 1900 Blk of Main St in Longmont Colorado, for the report of a 3 car accident.  An arrest was made.  This case is closed.
SHOPLIFT
On Thursday, May 25th, 2017, Longmont Officers responded to the 1000 block of Main St in reference to a shoplift in progress.  One adult male was taken into custody on several charges.  Case cleared by arrest.
DRUNK
On 052517 the Longmont Police Department responded to an intoxicated party in the 200 block of Kimbark Street. A 36 year old male had walked away from a detoxification center and had an open container of alcohol on his person. The male was taken into custody, issued a summons for the open container, and transported back to the detoxification center. Cleared by arrest.
WARRANT ARREST
On 052617 the Longmont Police Department conducted an extra patrol at XXX Longs Peak Avenue. Two adult males and an adult female were trespassing on a municipal premise. The female had an active warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. One male was issued a summons for the trespassing and the second was warned. Cleared by arrest.
On Friday, 05/26/2017, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near Sunset Street and Donovan Drive.  The 26 year old male driver was found to have a warrant and was arrested.  He was transported to Boulder County Jail.
 OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 
On Friday May 26, 2017 at approximately 7:57am, Officer's responded to the 900 Blk of Neon Forest Cir, in Longmont Colorado for the report of a runaway.
DEATH 
On 05-26-17 the Longmont Police investigated an unattended death. The case was referred to the Boulder County Coroners Office for follow up.
On Friday, 05/26/17 at approximately 10:15am, the Longmont Police Department was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Main St. near the greenway, on a report of an adult male who was not conscious and not breathing. The male was pronounced deceased on scene. There do not appear to be an suspicious circumstances at this time. This case is open and forwarded to Detectives for follow up.
CHILD 
On 5/26/17 Longmont Police received a report of a possible child abuse on 5/23/17 at the 1200 block of 19th Ave. The case is currently being investigated.
VICIOUS DOG
On Friday, 05/26/17, a man was bitten by a dog when it broke from his leash. The man was treated and released at UC Health. The dog will be quarantined with its owner.
BURGLARY 
On 05/26/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 2000 block of Estes Lane to the report of a possible burglary. A report was taken and the case is closed with no leads to follow up on.
