Police Report: June 21, 2017

Missing Person On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at approximately 3:45am, Longmont Police took a report of a juvenile female who had run away from her residence. There are no suspicious circumstances reported. Case closed.

Missing Person

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at approximately 3:45am, Longmont Police took a report of a juvenile female who had run away from her residence. There are no suspicious circumstances reported. Case closed.

Theft

On Monday, June 19, 2017, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2500 block of Main St. The case is under investigation.

On Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at approximately 10:24pm, the Longmont Police Department investigated a phone theft and violation of protection order in the 300 block of Main St. Case is unfounded.

A Longmont resident in the 4500 block of Nelson Road reported a theft of prescription medication from her residence. The case status is closed due to lack of viable suspect information.

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred on 06/17/17 in the 1300 block of Sommerset Cr. The case is closed as the suspects are unknown.

Warrant Arrest

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the Boulder County Probation Department, regarding a Detainer for an adult female. The adult female was contacted and taken into custody on the Detainer. The arrestee was later booked and transported to the BSO Jail. Case Status is Arrest, adult female.

On Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at approximately 11:19pm, officers were dispatched to 600 block of 11th Avenue on a welfare check. Officers contacted an adult female, and it was found out that she had a warrant out of Ft. Collins PD. The adult female was taken into custody, transported to the Longmont Public Safety Building, booked in full by departmental policy, and transported to Boulder County Jail. The case was cleared by arrest.

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at approximately 1:01am, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd in reference to a welfare check. An adult male was arrested on an active warrant and new charges of animal cruelty. The case is cleared by arrest.

FDC/Crime Trespass

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, The Longmont Police Department responded to the northeastern part of town, reference a motor vehicle break in. An on-scene investigation was completed. At this time there are no leads or information to follow up on. The case will be forwarded to Detectives for information only. Case Status is Closed.

On Wednesday June 21, 2017 at approximately 9:56am, Officers responded to the 1800 block of Caleta Trl for the report of a first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle. A report was taken. This case is closed.

The Longmont Police Department investigated a First Degree Criminal Trespass. Case is referred to Detectives for follow up.

Criminal Mischief

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief which occurred in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

Protection Order

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, Officers discovered 7 violations of a protection order. An adult male was arrested.

Other Agency Assist

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at 9:15pm, Longmont Police investigated an escape in the 200 block of Main Street, Longmont. The case was closed upon issuance of a warrant and location of one adult male.

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Boulder Police Department with an investigation. All inquiries need to be directed to the Boulder Police Department.

DUI

On Sunday, June 18, 2017, at approximately 9:40pm, Longmont Police responded to the area of 17th Ave and Main St. Longmont, CO, in reference to a hit and run accident. Upon further investigation, the suspect, an adult male, was located and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Case cleared by arrest.

Disturbance

On Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at about 7:05pm, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Kimbark Street on a report of a possible domestic. Upon arrival the 2 people were gone but contacted minutes later near Pace and Mountain View Avenue. Two adult females were arrested and transported to the Boulder County jail.

On Tuesday, June 20, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of Independence on a fight. This case is closed.

Harassment

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, a harassment at the 4900 block of Eagan Cir. was reported to Longmont Police. The case is currently under investigation.

Robbery

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017 officers were dispatched to handle a call in the lobby of the police department regarding a robbery that occurred in the 1700 block of Main St. A 54 year old male alleged being robbed. This case is closed.

Suspicious Situation

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at approximately 4pm, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2300 block of Main St. in response to a suspicious situation. This report is for information only.
