Police Report: January 9, 2018

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS On 1-9-18, officers spoke to a male who found a wallet in the 2200 block of Main Street. The owner of the wallet was contacted and it was discovered the item had been stolen 2 days prior from the owner's vehicle.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

On 1-9-18, officers spoke to a male who found a wallet in the 2200 block of Main Street. The owner of the wallet was contacted and it was discovered the item had been stolen 2 days prior from the owner's vehicle. There are no leads and the matter is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On 01/09/2018, at approximately 0532 hours, Longmont Police investigated an auto theft in the 3800 block of Columbia Drive. The case is closed.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 01/09/18, The Longmont Police Department responded to a residence in the northeast part of town, reference two vehicle break in's. Upon arrival, an on-scene investigation and interview were completed. At this time there are no leads or information to follow up on. Case Status is Closed.

INFORMATION

On Tuesday 01/09/2018 at about 8:06 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Baker St on a request to check the welfare of an adult female and her two year old son. This report is for informational purposes only. Case closed.

DEATH

On 01/09/2018 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 2600 block of Elmhurst on a medical assist. An adult male was found to be deceased. Case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 1/9/18 Longmont Police responded to the 4500 block of Redmond Dr. reference a possible protection order violation. The incident was investigated and it was determined there was not enough evidence for criminal charges. The case was closed.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 01/09/17, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1300 Blk. of Dry Creek Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

HARASSMENT

On Tuesday 01/09/18, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of S Main St reference a harassment. The case is cleared.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday 01-09-2018, Officer took a report of a cold sexual assault on a juvenile. The case was forwarded to detectives for follow up and will remain open.

WARRANT ARREST

On 01/09/18, an adult female was arrested in the 1000 block of Kimbark St. for violating terms of probation. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail after being booked in at the Longmont Police Department.

TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 01-09-2018 Police were dispatched to a disturbance located in the 800 block of Coffman Street, Longmont, CO 80501. Police investigated and issued four summons's to four adults. Case closed/ summons issued.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 01/19/18 the Longmont Police Department took a report of information concerning allegations of kidnapping and sexual assault occurring in another jurisdiction. This report will be forwarded to that jurisdiction.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 01/09/18, Officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop. The driver was booked and released on a summons. Case closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, 01/09/18 at approximately 0055 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Sumner St in reference to a physical domestic disturbance in progress. An adult female was arrested and later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

PEDESTRIAN CONTACT

On 01-09-18 at approximately 0253 hrs. an adult male was contacted and arrested for escape charges out of Larimer County. The contact/arrest took place at the 200 block of  Main St. The male was turned over to a deputy from the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

TRESPASS

The Longmont Police Department investigated an open container complaint at 700 Longs Peak Av. Case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Tuesday, January 10, 2018 at approximately 1721 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Alpine St on a report of a possible menacing. It was later determined to be a theft. This case is closed.
