WARRANT ARREST

On 09/18/2017 Longmont police responded to the 200 block of S. Main St., reference an adult male who had active felony warrants for his arrest. The male was contacted, taken into custody without incident, and later transported to the Boulder County Jail.

THEFT

The Longmont Police Department received a referred report from Travis County, TX regarding a reported scam with connections in Longmont, CO. The case status is closed due to lack of viable suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On January 17, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2500 block of Main Street on a suspicious situation. One adult female was contacted and found to have two warrants for her arrest. This case is cleared by arrest.

CURFEW/JUVI PROBLEM

On Wednesday, 01/17/18, Longmont Police Officers contacted two parties, illegally camping along the St Vrain Greenway near S. Pratt Pkwy and Royal St. An adult male and an adult female were both cited and released on summonses.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit provided technical support to the DEA on an on-going narcotics investigation. All inquiries need to be directed to the DEA.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont juvenile was bitten by the family dog. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

DEATH

Longmont Police responded to the 1400 block of Red Mountain Drive on a report of death investigation. The case has been closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Wednesday, 01/17/18, The Longmont Police Department responded on a Sexual Assault complaint. Interviews were completed. At this point, there is no further information to follow up on. The case is Closed with no further information or charges.

WARRANT ARREST

On January 17, 2018, an adult female was arrest in the 300 block of Main Street on an outstanding warrant. The case is closed.

DUI

On Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at about 1400 hours, the LPD was dispatched to the 700 blk of Main St reference a traffic accident involving a possible DUI. A male party was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both, careless driving and no proof of insurance. The case is cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at approximately 1457 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of Timberline K-8 on a report of a possible child abuse. This case is open and has been forwarded to Detectives.

MENACING

On Wednesday 01-17-2018, Officers responded to a menacing with a machete in the 2500 block of Main St. An adult male was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On Wednesday, January 17, 2018, Police took a report on a cold sex assault on a juvenile on the 1500 block of 17th Ave. The report is open for investigation.

CHILD

On Wednesday, 01-17-2018, Police were to contact an adult male with information regarding a possible child abuse. Police documented their findings and will continue to investigate. Case is open.

HARASSMENT

On January 17, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a harassment in the 1700 block of Sumner St. A juvenile male was spoken to and a report taken. This case is exceptionally cleared.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 1/16/18 Longmont Police responded to the 1300 block of S. Sunset St. reference a narcotics violation. A juvenile male was issued a summons and released at the scene.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On January 16, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 500 block of 23rd Ave on the report of a domestic violence incident. An adult female ran to a nearby fire station to seek help. An adult male was contacted and taken into custody. Case is cleared by arrest.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On January 16, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to Yale Drive and Mountain View Avenue on a hit and run motor vehicle crash involving a light pole. This case is closed.

ASSAULT

On Wednesday, January 17th, 2018, Longmont Officers took an assault report on the 1800 block of Stroh Pl. Case is closed.
