Police Report: February 13, 2018

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION On 02/13/18 at approximately 0140 hrs. an officer contacted two males under suspicious circumstances in the 1100 block of Kimbark St. One of the males lied about his identification.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 02/13/18 at approximately 0140 hrs. an officer contacted two males under suspicious circumstances in the 1100 block of Kimbark St. One of the males lied about his identification. It was discovered the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested, booked, and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

On 02-13-18 the Longmont Police investigated a car burglary and criminal mischief at a local business. There were no suspects, and the case was closed.

BURGLARY

On 2/13/18, Police investigated a burglary in the 200 block of E. Mountain View Ave. Two juveniles were later cited. Case is Closed

THEFT

On Tuesday, 02/13/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1200 Blk. of Fordham St. The case is under investigation.

THEFT

On February 13, 2018 a theft report was received from the 2000 block of Ionosphere Street. An adult male was contacted who reported his lap top computer was stolen. Case is under investigation.

THEFT

On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 a Boulder County Adult Protection Caseworker reported a theft on behalf of a client. This case is closed due lack of evidence of the theft.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 02/13/2018, Longmont Police responded to the lobby of the Longmont Police Department in reference to a cold domestic violence-related incident that occurred earlier in the 300 block of Colony Pl. Police spoke with all involved subjects, and no arrests have been made. The case is currently closed.

DEATH

On 02/12/2018 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to a medical call in the 900 block of Terry St. An adult male was found deceased at the scene. There were no suspicious circumstances found. The case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 officers responded to a shoplift call that just occured in the 1900 Block of Main St. At this time there is no suspect. Case closed.

ARSON

On 02/13/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Terry St. referencing a dumpster fire. Police and Fire personnel both arrived on scene, and the fire was put out before any buildings were damaged. No suspect information is available, and the case is currently closed.

THEFT

On February 12, 2018 Longmont Police responded to a theft in the 700 Blk of S Main St. No suspects could be identified and the case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Monday 021218 at approximately 2053 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a protection order violation in the 1800 block of Antero Dr. Case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Monday February 12, 2018, at approximately 2359 hours, the Longmont Police Department was dispatched on two males breaking into a garage at the 900 block of Collyer St. No suspects were located and nothing was taken from the residence. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Tuesday 021318 at approximately 0030 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a criminal mischief in the 2300 block of Santa Fe Dr. This was determined to be a false report. Case is exceptionally cleared.

FRAUD

On Tuesday February 13, 2018 at approximately 0930 hours an officer took a report of a forgery which occurred in the 700 block of 9th Ave. The case is closed due to no workable leads.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On 02/13/18 at 1048 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest out of the Longmont Municipal Court. The case was cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at approximately 1526 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a possible restraining order violation that occurred in the 1000 block of Sunset St. This case is closed due to insufficient evidence.
