Police Report: December 10, 2017

ASSAULT On Saturday, December 9, 2017, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of East ken Pratt Blvd on a report of an assault. Upon arrival officers arrested a juvenile male for 2nd degree assault and several other charges.

ASSAULT

On Saturday, December 9, 2017, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of East ken Pratt Blvd on a report of an assault. Upon arrival officers arrested a juvenile male for 2nd degree assault and several other charges. The juvenile was transported to the Weld County Juvenile Detention facility. Case cleared by arrest.

ROBBERY

On Sunday, 12-9-2017, Police were dispatched on a Robbery which had just occurred at in the 700 block of Ken Pratt BLVD, Longmont CO 80501. Police investigated and arrested one adult male who was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont juvenile was bitten by the family dog. The dog was quarantined at home.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 12/10/2017 at about 1633 hours two adult males were contacted in the western breezeway in the 400 block of Main Street after smoking marijuana near a large crowd which had gathered for a community Christmas Parade. A 31 year old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant and issued a summons for marijuana and alcohol related offenses. The other male was issued a summons and released. Case cleared by arrest.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Saturday 120917 at approximately 1913 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on an injury crash at S Hover St. and Trade Center Ave. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday 120917 at approximatley 2046 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a crash in the 800 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday 120917 at approximately 2240 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 12/10/17, officers responded to the 800 block of Ken Pratt Blvd on the report of a glass door being damaged by an adult male. This case is open pending investigation.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, 12/10/17 at approximately 0254 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of S Hover St in reference to a trespassing complaint. An adult male was arrested for violation of a protection order and an adult female was issued a summons for false reporting to authorities.

DUI

On Sunday, 12/10/17 at approximately 0441 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. An adult female was arrested for and active warrant and DUI charges. The female was later transported to Withdrawal Management.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/10/2017 at about 1052 AM Officers responded to the 200 block of E 8th Ave on a report of a domestic violence related incident. A 28 year old male was arrested after dumping a bag of refuse on his spouse and 9 month old baby. Case cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, December 10, 2017 at about 1516 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Collyer Street on a report of a possible drunk driver. Upon arrival Officers arrested an adult female for violation of a protection order and possessing an open container. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Sunday, December 10, 2017 at about 1600 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to an auto vs pedestrian crash at the 2200 Blk of Main Street, Longmont, CO. The driver of the vehicle was released on a summons. Cleared by summons.

DUI

On December 10th, 2017 at approximately 2112 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Nelson Rd. and Barberry Rd. An adult male was contacted and arrested.

AUTO THEFT

On December 10, 2017 Officers were dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle from the 600 block of Lashley Street. A report was taken and the case is closed for insufficient suspect leads.
