FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On August 03, 2017 a report of a trespass was taken from the 1000 block of Towley Cir. Officers spoke with an adult female of reported her vehicle was broken into while it was parked in front of her residence. There are no workable leads or suspect information. Case closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 08/03/2017 at approximately 1513 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue in reference to a restraining order violation. An adult male was contacted and arrested.
AUTO THEFT
On August 3rd, 2017 at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Bowen Street Longmont, CO in reference to a stolen vehicle. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On 08/03/2017 the Longmont Police Department took a vehicle trespass that occurred in the 3800 block of Peck Dr. The trespass approximately one month prior. An adult male reported his vehicle was unlocked when it was entered and items were stolen including work files. The files were located in the 1100 block of Left Hand Dr. on 08/03/2017. This report is under investigation.
DISTURBANCE
On 08/03/17 at 2102 hrs. Longmont police Officer responded to 1600 Hover St. on a disturbance. The case is open.
TRAFFIC STOP
On Monday, July 17, 2017, two Longmont residents were issued summons for traffic violations and possession of drug paraphernalia. This occurred in the 1000 block of Coffman Street and is cleared by arrest.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
The Longmont Police Department assisted Colorado State Patrol on an injury accident at Highway 66/Pace St. Case is closed.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Wednesday, August 2, 2017 Longmont Police Department took a report of criminal mischief on a truck in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. No suspect information at this time. Case closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On 08/02/2017, Longmont Police responded to the 1000 block of Harmon Place in reference to a neighbor dispute. An adult male was arrested on an active warrant and later transported to Boulder County Jail.
FRAUD
On Wednesday, August 2, 2017 the Longmont Police took a report for informational purposes. Case closed.
DISTURBANCE
On Wednesday, August 2, 2017, officers from the Longmont Police Department responded to the 600 block of Collyer St reference a disturbance. An adult male was issued a summons for third-degree assault. Case cleared by arrest.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Wednesday 08/02/2017 at 2138 hours Longmont Police Officers investigated a domestic incident which took place in the 200 block of Coffman Street in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On 08/02/17, at approximately 10:45 pm, Officers contacted an indivual behind the closed businesses at 1800 Industrial Circle. The subject refused to obey orders and subsequentlty resisted officers when they tried to place him into custody. He was cited and released on a summons after being medically cleared.
DISTURBANCE
On August 2, 2017 at approximately 0014 hours officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Olympia Avenue on the report of a domestic. Officers did not have probable cause that a crime occurred. Case closed
HARASSMENT
On 08/03/2017, Longmont officers responded to the 2700 blk of Denver Ave. reference an harassment. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
DRUG VIOLATION
On 08/03/2017 Longmont Police contacted a male passed out in his vehicle in the 700 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. He was later found to be in possession of illicit narcotics. He was placed into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by Arrest.
CIVIL
On Thursday August 3, 2017 at approximately 1301 hours, Officer's responded to the 500 Blk of Rider Ridge Dr, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado for the report of a disturbance. It was discovered to be a civil issue. This case is closed.
MITTIMUS ARREST
On Thursday, 8-3-2017 at 1130 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male on a Mittimus arrest at Longmont Municipal court.
SEX ASSAULT
On August 3, 2017, Officers took a report of a cold sexual assault. The case is open.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On August 3, 2017 the Longmont Police Department began an investigation on a possible domestic incident that occurred in the 700 block of Hubbard Dr. This case has been forwarded to Investigations for follow up.
DEATH
On Monday, July 17, 2017, Longmont Police Department was dispatched to Baylor Street, in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado on a report of an unconscious male who was not breathing. This case is closed.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
On Wednesday, 08/02/17, a woman was bitten by a cat that she was fostering for the Longmont Humane Society. The cat will be quarantined at its foster home. The woman treated the wound herself.
HARASSMENT
On 08032017 Longmont PD received a call on a road rage incident at the 300 block of S. Main st. Both parties were contacted. Case is open for further investigation.
WARRANT ARREST
On 08032017 Longmont PD was dispatched to the 300 block of Lashley St. on an ATL. One female was taken into custody. Case is cleared on arrest.
