Police Report: August 23, 2017

DEATH On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at approximately 0200 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 5200 block of Bella Vista Dr. Longmont, CO, in reference to a medical assist. Upon further investigation, one adult male was pronounced deceased.

DEATH

On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at approximately 0200 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 5200 block of Bella Vista Dr. Longmont, CO, in reference to a medical assist. Upon further investigation, one adult male was pronounced deceased. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday 08-23-2017, at 0806 hours, Officers responded to the Boulder County Probation Office and arrested an adult male on an outstanding warrant out of Estes Park. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 08-23-17 the Longmont Police responded to a disturbance at a residence. A male was arrested regarding a protection order and warrants. The case is closed.

MISSING PERSON

On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 2100 hours, Longmont Police investigated a runaway in the 900 block of South Bross Street, Longmont. One juvenile female was listed as a runaway and the case was closed, pending her location or return.

SHOPLIFT

On 08/21/2017 at about 1439 hours Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of S Hover Rd on a report of a theft. Case closed.

THEFT

A former Mead, CO resident reported his wallet was stolen from his back pocket while he was in the 300 block of Main Street, Longmont, CO. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at baout 1440 hours Longmont Police took a report of a protection order violation that was occurring in the 1200 block of Carbide Ct. Case open.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 1200 block of Kimbark Street reported a theft of painting equipment from her vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

VICIOUS DOG

On Tuesday, 08/22/17, a two year old boy was bitten by his grandma's dog. He was treated and released at the Salud Clinic and the dog will be quarantined at home.

BURGLARY

On August 22, 2017 at approximately 1800 the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of Barnard Ct. on report of a theft. Case is open pending further follow up.

 DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 08/23/2017 at about 1927 hours an officer noticed erratic driving in the area Hover Rd and Riviera St. A 31 year old female was taken into custody on traffic and domestic related stalking charges. Case cleared by arrest.

MENACING

On Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at approximately 2100 hours, Longmont Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of South Main in response to a disturbance. One adult male was taken into custody and transported to Boulder County Jail.  This case has been closed by arrest.

THEFT

On August 22, 2017 Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Mccall Place on the report of a theft of a bicycle. Case will be closed due to no suspect information.

DRUNK

On Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at 2314 hours, Longmont Police investigated a trespass complaint in the 1900 block of South Coffmann Street, Longmont. One intoxicated male was transported to the ARC (Addiction Recovery Center) and the case was closed.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On August 23, 2017 at approximately 0350 hours Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street on the report of a possible burglary. 3 unknown males entered a business and removed multiple items. Case closed

THEFT

On Wednesday, 08/23/17, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in July, 2017 behind 24 Boston Ct. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 600 Block of Collyer St. reported a theft. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 08/24/2017, officers responded to the 900 block of Longs Peak Ave. An adult male was summoned on an open container violation and transported to jail for an outstanding warrant. Case is cleared by arrest.
