Police Report: April 22, 2018

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS On 04/21/2018 Longmont Police took a call of a cold first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle in the 0 block of S. Main St. A report was taken and the case is open and under investigation. HARASSMENT On 4-22-18 at 0104 hrs.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 04/21/2018 Longmont Police took a call of a cold first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle in the 0 block of S. Main St. A report was taken and the case is open and under investigation.

HARASSMENT

On 4-22-18 at 0104 hrs., officers responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Iowa Ave between two adult male room-mates. During the argument, one male touched the other. No injuries were incurred and the party who was touched did not wish to pursue charges. The matter is exceptionally cleared.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday, April 22, 2018 at about 0228 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Alpine Street on a report of a vehicle window being broken out. Upon arrival officers found a vehicle window had been shot by a BB gun. Case closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday April 22, 2018, at approximately 0205 hours, the Longmont Police Department assisted the Boulder Police Department with a domestic violence investigation in then 800 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. No domestic violence reports were substantiated. One adult female was arrested for violation of a protection order. Case is cleared by arrest.

DEATH

On April 22nd, 2018, Officers responded to the 1800 BLK of Stroh Place on a death investigation of an adult male. There were no suspicious circumstances. Case closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On April 22, 2018 the Longmont Police Department investigated a Domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Quail Rd. An adult male was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related 3rd Degree Assault, Harassment, and Obstructing Telephone services. The male was later transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday 04/21/2018 Longmont PD received a call of a domestic incident. Upon further investigation the case is closed with insufficient probable cause.

ASSAULT

On Sunday, April 22, 2018, at approximately 1430 hours a road rage incident occurred in the area of South Sunset Street and Boston Road. The incident resulted in the adult male driver of one vehicle and the adult male passenger of the other vehicle fighting in the middle of the street. One male suffered a minor injury. The other male was not located and the case is closed.

MISSING PERSON

On 04/22/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Allen Dr. in reference to a welfare check on a juvenile. The juvenile was found to be a listed runaway, and he was later returned to his father. The case is exceptionally cleared, as the juvenile has been returned safely.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, April 22, 2018 at about 1544 hours, with the Longmont Police Department responded to 2400 blk of 17th Ave., Longmont, Colorado for the report of a domestic violence incident. One party was arrested and transported to the Boulder Co. Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Sunday April 22, 2018 at approximately 1748 hours, Officer's responded to the 10 blk of 9th Ave, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of child abuse. Case open.

CHILD

On Sunday, April 22, 2018, at approximately 2100 hours, officers were dispatched to Longmont United Hospital at 1950 Mountain View Avenue on a report of child abuse.

SEX ASSAULT

On 4-22-18 at 2130 hrs., an officer was informed of an unreported unlawful sexual contact on a 14 year old female teen that happened over a year ago in Longmont. The matter is open, under further investigation by detectives.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On April 20, 2018 at approximately 2335 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to Ken Pratt Blvd., and South Martin Street on the report of a hit and run accident. An adult male was issued a summons. Case closed.

DEATH

On April 21, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of Emery Street on report of a deceased adult female. There were no suspicious circumstances involved in the death. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On April 21, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a suspicious adult female in the 1000 block of Alta St. The vehicle the female was associated with was stolen out of Lafayette Colorado. The female was arrested for motor vehicle theft and an unrelated warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On April 21, 2018 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Collyer Street in reference to a welfare check. A report was taken for information only.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by her own dog in the 3800 block of Pike Road. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

ASSAULT

On 4-21-18 at 2230 hrs., officers responded to take a report from a teen male resident of Longmont who had been involved in a fight earlier in the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. The case is open, under further investigation.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 04/21/2018, at approximately 2234 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1500 block of Hover St reference a criminal mischief call. Upon arrival suspects had fled however, were contacted later and one juvenile male was referred to LCJP. Open-referred to detectives.

SEX ASSAULT

On April 22, 2018, Longmont Police Officers received a call of a sex assault that had occurred in the 300 block of Main St. It was reported that an adult male had sexually assaulted an adult female the night prior. This case is currently under investigation. Case open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday 04/22/2018 Longmont PD was dispatched to a criminal mischief at the 1000 block of Sunset St. Upon further investigation 3 juvenile males were contacted. Case is open for further investigation.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, April 22, 2018 at about 1530 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to 4100 Blk of Da Vinci Dr., Longmont, CO for the report of a criminal mischief. There are no suspects at this time. Case closed pending new leads.

SHOPLIFT

On 04/22/2018 officers responded to the 2500 block of Main St on a report of a theft. Officers followed up on leads but were unable to identify the suspects.
