FRAUD

On 4/19/18, a Longmont business in the 2200 block of Main St., reported an incident of theft via check fraud. The case status is open for follow-up.

INFORMATION

On 041818, Officers responded to the 900 block of Corey St on a welfare check. An adult male requested Officers check the welfare of a juvenile male. The case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, 04/19/18, The Longmont Police Department responded to an attempt motor vehicle theft in the central part of town. An on-scene investigation and interviews were completed. At this point, there is suspect information and the case will be forwarded to Detectives. Case Status is Open

FRAUD

On April 19, 2018 a theft report was received from the 2400 block of Main Street. An adult female was contacted who reported she answered a fraudulent email involving a money wire transfer. Case is open.

FRAUD

Longmont Police responded to the Lamplighter Motel on a report of found counterfeit money. Suspects have been identified.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday April 19, 2018, Officers arrested an adult male for various DV crimes in the 1300 blk of Sumner Street. The case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, 04/19/2018, Longmont Police Officers took a report by phone of a protection order violation. The case remains open pending further investigation.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Thursday, April 19, 2018 at about 1530 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to 300 Blk of Main St., Longmont, Colorado for the report of several individuals smoking meth in public. The individuals were contacted and no illegal substance was found. One party contacted had a warrant and later taken to the Boulder County Jail on the warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

MISSING PERSON

On Thursday, April 19, 2018 officers responded to the 1500 block of Mayfield Ln. A report was taken. Case closed.

THEFT

On April 19, 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of Main St on the report of a theft. A report was taken and this case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday April 18th, 2018, at approximately 2300 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Sumner St. reference a possible restraining order violation. Police contacted an adult female. The case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Thursday 04/19/2018 at 0746 hours a Longmont Police Officer took a report of a second degree burglary, theft, first degree criminal trespass, and aggravated motor vehicle theft in the 600 block of East Rogers Road in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

INFORMATION

Longmont Police responded to Sanborn Elementary to assist Housing and Human Services with an interview. This report is for information only.

DISTURBANCE

On 4/19/18 LPD responded to the 1400 block of 15th Ave, reference a fight. Two juvenile males were issued a summons for fighting in public. The case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On April 19, 2018 officers responded to the 700 block of Atwood in regards to a protection order violation. After investigation a male was taken into custody. Cleared adult arrest.

INFORMATION

On Thursday, April 19, 2018, at 1752 hours, Longmont Police documented an informational report regarding an incident that occurred in the 4900 block of Nelson Rd. This incident is non-criminal and the case has been closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 041918, Officers responded to the 1200 block of Meadow St on an attempt to locate. An adult male was arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.
