FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 200 block of La Paz Place reported three vehicles were illegally entered. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

On 8-14-18, an adult female resident of Longmont was cited for theft from the 500 block of S Hover Street. Prior to her release, it was discovered she had an unrelated warrant. She was arrested and released after posting bond. The matter is cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On 081518, Officers received a report of inappropriate behavior between two juveniles in the 200 block of Peppler Dr. Case is open to Detectives for further follow up.

DUI

Longmont Police responded to the intersection of Airport Road and Nelson Road on a report of a motor vehicle accident. One driver was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and later released with a summons.

INFORMATION

Longmont Police took a report of a potential neighborhood issue in the 1400 block of Galilee Lane. The issue has been referred to the City of Longmont Community Relations Office.

THEFT

On Tuesday 08/14/2018 at 1303 hours a Longmont Police Officer investigated a theft which took place in the 500 block of Coffman Street in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

THEFT

On 05/15/2018, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to a theft that occurred in the 2200 block of Main St. The suspects left prior to the arrival of officers. At this point there is further follow up that needs to be completed prior to charges being filed.

On Tuesday, 08/14/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 000 block of 19th Ave. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Tuesday, 08/14/2018 at approximately 1900 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of Ute Hwy and Alpine St. to assist State Patrol with a traffic accident. This case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

On 08/14/18, a woman was bitten by her own dog while breaking up a dog fight.

A Longmont juvenile male was bitten by the family dog in the 5800 block of Westerly Place. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday 081418 at approximately 2130 hours, the Longmont Police Department took an informational report of a potential sex assault that occurred 24 years prior. Case closed.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 08/14/2018 Longmont Police responded to a report of a suicidal person in the area of 6th Ave. and Martin St. Upon arrival officers contacted an adult female, who had made suicidal statements to a third party. The female was taken into protective custody without incident, and transported to Longmont United Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

LIQUOR LAW

On Tuesday 081418 at approximately 2229 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated an underage alcohol service case in the 2300 block of Clover Basin Dr. Case is cleared by arrest.

On Wednesday, 08/15/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 700 Blk. of Meeker St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

On Wednesday, 08/15/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 2200 Blk. of Emery St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

DISTURBANCE

On Wednesday 08/15/2018 at 1317 hours Longmont Police Officers investigated a criminal mischief which took place in the 2200 block of Sunrise Drive in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

VICIOUS DOG

A woman's dog was bitten through a fence in the 1900 block of Juniper Street. The dog owner was warned about the aggressive incident and advised to repair the fence.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 8/15/18, Longmont Police Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of St. Clair Ave. The involved parties and a witness were interviewed. There was no probable cause for an arrest and a report was taken.
