WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, September 8, 2018 at about 2322 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult female in the 700 block of independence Drive on an active warrant, possession of a schedule II substance, and fictitious license plates. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 9, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a domestic violence incident in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive. One adult female was arrested on domestic violence related charges and taken to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman's dog was attacked by a loose dog. The owner was issued a summons.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday September 9, 2018 at approximately 1627 hours, Officer's were dispatched to the 1300 blk of Collyer St, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a domestic disturbance. Cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, September 9, 2018, Police responded to the 1200 block of Hunter Ct on a violation of protection order. After an investigation, it was determined an adult male violated a protection order against an adult female. Case is closed pending a warrant.

DISTURBANCE

On September 8, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Main Street in reference to a disturbance. A juvenile male was cited for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Case cleared by arrest-Summons only.

MENACING

On September 8, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Yeager Drive on a menacing which had just occurred. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On September 9, 2018, the Longmont Police Department contacted a male in the 600 block of Independence Drive. The male was found to have two warrants for his arrest. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On 9-9-18 officers responded to a theft that just occurred at a business in the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard. An unknown female attempted to steal items form the store. She dropped the items and ran to a grey minivan when confronted by store employees. The identity of the female is unknown and there are no additional leads. The matter is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On 9-9-18 officers responded to a theft that just occurred at a business in the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard. An employee was able to obtain a license plate of the suspect's vehicle as he fled, and the case is open, under further investigation.

THEFT

On Sunday, September 9, 2018 officers took a report of a bicylbicyclet in the area of Ken Pratt Blvd and S Martin St. No known suspects at this time. Case closed.

CHILD

On 09/09/2018, at approximately 1400 hours, Longmont Police responded to the area of 1100 Atwood St, to an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a child. A thorough investigation was conducted and a report was taken for informational purposes. Officer's found no probable cause for criminal charges at this time. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, September 9, 2018, Longmont Police responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Hilltop Dr. An adult female was issued a summons for harassment. Case cleared by arrest - summons issued.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/09/2018 officers responded to the 1500 block of Main St on a report of a domestic incident in progress. After investigation, an adult female was arrested for domestic related charges. Case is cleared by arrest.

Saturday, September 8

TRAFFIC STOP

On September 7, 2018 Officers attempted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Main Street. A 20 year old male was arrested for traffic related charges, resisting, obstruction and an outstanding felony warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Friday 09/07/2018 at approximately 2217 hours police conducted an extra patrol in the zero hundred block of South Sunset Street. An adult male was issued a summons for Parks Ordinance violation and was also found to be wanted on warrant. He was then found to be in possession of narcotics. The case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 090818 the Longmont Police Department responded to a domestic in the 4500 block of Redmond Drive. A 50 year old female and a 40 year old male were involved in an altercation. The male reported the female threw items at him. The female denied the allegations. The male had no injuries and could not clarify what was thrown at him. This case is closed.

SHOOTING

On September 8th, 2018, Officers responded to a shooting in progress in the 300 BLK of Main Street. Officers were given a description of an adult male and female who were located a short location away from the scene. Both were arrested for multiple charges related to the shooting. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday, September 8, 2018, at approximately 0540 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Coffman St. Longmont, CO, in reference to a suspicious situation. Upon further investigation, one adult male was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Case cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On 09/08/2018 Longmont Police responded to the area of Hover St and 17th Ave on a report of a road rage incident. An adult male was later arrested on multiple charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, September 8, 2018 at approximately 1037 hours, Longmont Police investigated a domestic incident in the 800 block of Hubbard Dr. involving an adult male and female. There was insufficient evidence to support criminal charges. This case is closed.

THEFT

On Saturday, 09/08/18 at approximately 1157 hours, a male reported a theft that occured in the 300 block of Mountain View Ave. This case is open pending further investigation.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, September 7, 2018 at about 0600 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a protection order violation that occurred in the area of Centennial Park. Case open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, September 7, 2018 at approximately 0704 hours Longmont Police investigated a criminal mischief in the 500 block of Mt. Evans Dr. An unknown suspect threw a rock into the windshield of a parked car. Due to the lack of leads this case will be closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 7, 2018 Longmont Police responded to a domestic violence incident in the 10 block of 9th Avenue. An adult female was arrested on domestic related charges and taken to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday September 7, 2018 at approximately 1558 hours, Officer's responded to 2700 blk of E Ken Pratt Blvd, in the City of Longmont, Weld County, Colorado, for the report of a disturbance. Cleared by summons.

THEFT

On 09/07/2018 at approximately 1645 hours officers were dispatched to a theft at the Marshall's store located at 205 Ken Pratt Blvd. An investigation was conducted and multiple arrests were made. Case Closed.

CHILD

On Friday September 7, 2018 at approximately 1821 hours, Officer's took a report of a suspicious incident, which took place in the 1400 blk of 14th Ave, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Case closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog while trying to break up a dog fight. Both dog were quarantined at home.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 09/07/2018, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Vivian St. After investigation it was found that an adult female was restrained in a mandatory protection from the adult male driver. The female was arrested and taken to Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/08/2018, officers responded to the 4500 block of Redmond Dr. on a report of a welfare check. After investigation, it was found that an adult male had grabbed his adult girlfriend. The adult male was arrested for domestic violence related charges and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 8th, 2018, Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 BLK of Tulip Street. One adult male is the suspect and fled prior to Officer's arrival. This case will be open for further investigation.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On September 8, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of 8th Ave on the report of a suspicious situation. An intoxicated adult male was attempting to enter a home that was not his. In the process, he damaged the residence door. Case is cleared - Summons issued

INFORMATION

On Saturday, September 8, 2018 at approximately 0750 hours an officer took an informational report reference a juvenile concern in the 2200 block of Emery St.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont man was bitten by a stray cat.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

On Saturday, 09-08-2018, Longmont Police responded to a downtown business on the report of an indecent exposure in the 500 blk of Main St. Upon investigation, it was determined that an unknown aged male entered the business and exposed himself to a female clerk. The male's identity is unknown and this case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 09/08/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1400 block of Ashcroft Dr. referencing a cold criminal mischief. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

FOUND PROPERTY

On Saturday, September 8, 2018, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the area of S Airport Rd and Dahlia Way in response to a found property call. The item found, an outdated automatic teller machine (ATM) appears to be the result of an illegal dumping. Streets has been notified to pick the item up as soon as possible. Case Closed.

Friday, September 7

AUTO THEFT

On September 7, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the area of Whitehall Drive and Signature Ct in reference to an auto theft. A report was taken and the case was closed for insufficient suspect leads.

ASSAULT

On Friday, 09/07/18 at approximately 0848 hours, Officers were dispatched to the ER of the Longmont United Hospital on a report of an assault. An adult male was placed under arrest and taken to jail. Case is cleared by arrest.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On Septment 07, 2018 a criminal mischief report was received from the 1600 block of Pace Street. An adult male reported the front door glass was busted out of his building. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

CHILD

On Friday September 7th, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a child call in the 2400 block of Airport Rd. One juvenile male was involved in an accident. Case is closed unfounded.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, 090718 officers investigated a protection order violation in the 600 block of E. Mountain View Ave. A juvenile male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder Juvenile Assessment Center.

MISSING PERSON

On Friday, 09/07/18, a report was taken reference a missing person in the 2100 Blk. of Kay St. The case is closed.

THEFT

On September 07, 2018 a theft report was received from the 2500 block of Main Street. An adult male reported two unknown adult males shoplifting merchandise. Case is open.

ASSAULT

On Friday, 09/07/2018, Longmont Police officers responded to the area of Ken Pratt Blvd and County Line Rd in reference to an assault. Officers met with a juvenile male victim and a suspect was identified. This case remains open pending further follow up.

THEFT

On Friday, 09/07/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 700 Blk. of 3rd Ave. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

DEATH

On Friday, September 7th, 2018, at around 14:42 hours Longmont Police responded to a death investigation in the 600 block of Lashley St. This investigation is closed.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On September 5, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 100 block of 9th Avenue on the report of a Hit and Run Accident. Case Closed

SHOPLIFT

On 09/06/2018 at approximately 1100 hours, Longmont Police Officer responded to take a report of Shoplifting from a business in the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. This case is still open pending further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday September 6th ,2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a cold harassment in the 1300 block of S. Bowen. Upon further investigation case is closed.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Thursday, 09/07/18, Longmont Police responded to 4th Avenue/Terry Street on a car versus bicyclist. The bicyclist was transported to the hospital for injuries. The driver of vehicle was issued a ticket for the accident.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, September 7, 2018 at about 0311 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult female for three active arrest warrants. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a total bond of $1,500.00. Case cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday 090718 the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic contact in the area of S. Hover St. and Nelson Rd. One adult male was arrested on two outstanding warrants and new charges of protection order and bond violations. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Friday 09/07/2018 at approximately 0548 hours police responded to the 300 block Main Street in relation to suspicious incident, later determined to be a burglary. The case is exceptionally cleared as the victim does not want to press charges.

BURGLARY

On 09/07/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 2700 block of Nelson Rd. referencing a cold burglary report. Police investigated the incident, and no arrests have been made. The case is currently closed.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 09/07/2018 at approximatley 1100 hours, Longmont Police Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 700 block of 9th Ave. This case is closed with an informational report.

VICIOUS DOG

A dog bit a female while out of state, the dog has been put on quarantine at home.

CHILD

On Friday, 09/07/2018, Longmont Police officers responded to the area of Alpine St and Mountain View Ave in reference to a child custody issue. Due to questions about the children's safety, emergency custody of the children was given to the father. Case Closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On Friday, September 7, 2018, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Main St. on a welfare check. A juvenile male was taken on an emergency hold and handed over to Heatlh and Human Services. The case is closed.
