FRAUD

A theft report was received for a Longmont resident. This case is open.

MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW

On September 5, 2019 around 2215 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 10000 block of Ute Highway on report of a burning structure. An arson report was taken.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday 09/06/2019 at approximately 0221 hours police responded to the 900 block Pratt Street in relation to persons breaking into vehicles. There are no more leads to follow in the case.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On the morning of 9-6-19, employees of a business in the 700 block of Boston Ave discovered an unknown person threw a rock through a front window. Entry was not made into the business.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday 09/06/2019 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the Longmont Municipal courts for a warrant arrest. One adult male was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

DRUG VIOLATION

On September 06, 2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1600 block of Pace St. reference a suspicous vehicle. It was reported the adult male driver was passed out in the drivers seat and had hit a sign. Through the investigation the adult male was arrested on narcotics
charges.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 09/06/2019 around 1500 hours officers responded to a cold protection order violation in the 2300 block of Wedgewood Ave. An arrest was made after investigation.

WELFARE CHECK

On September 5, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Main Street on a welfare check. An adult female was taken into protective custody and placed on a mental health hold.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 09/6/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 300 Blk. of Sumner St. The suspects are unknown.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, 09/05/2019, Longmont Police Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle by phone. The vehicle was entered local police databases as stolen.

AUTO THEFT

A Fort Collins resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief in the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, September 5, 2019 at about 2229 hours, Longmont Police conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of East 8th Avenue on a juvenile male. Upon arrival officers found the juvenile was ok.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday 09/05/2019 at approximately 2326 hours police responded to the 1000 block Ken Pratt Boulevard in relation to a shoplift. An adult male was issued a summons for theft. The case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, September 6th, 2019, at around 00:55 hours, Longmont Police investigated a domestic violence related protection order violation. The investigation is ongoing and the case remains open.

On Friday, September 6, 2019 at about 0252 hours, Longmont Police found several vehicles that were broke into in the 1000 block of Bross St.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, September 6, 2019, officers responded to the 3200 block of Lake Park Way on a report of a domestic incident. A report was taken and a warrant was written.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday September 6, 2019 at approximately 0816 hours, Officer's took a report of a cold protection order violation in the 1300 blk of Lincoln St, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/06/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of E 8th Ave. referencing a domestic incident in progress. Police collected the available information, and one subject was arrested without incident. The case is cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported auto theft in the 1300 block of Main Street. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On September 6, 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln on a welfare check. An adult female was contacted and placed under arrest for a warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday, September 6, 2019, at 1428 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 500 block of S. Hover St regarding a theft. A 30-year-old female and a 31-year-old male were contacted and referred to restorative justice. This case is exceptionally cleared.

SHOPLIFT

On 09/06/2019 around 1830 hours officers responded to a cold theft in the 2200 block of Main Street. A report was taken.

PROTECTION ORDER

On August 15, 2019, an adult female reported that her ex-husband is stalking her. A report was taken and the case is open.

September 7

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 2100 block of Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported motor vehicle theft in the 1400 block of Renaissance Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 090619 the Longmont Police Department responded to an automobile versus pedestrian accident in the area of South Main Street and
Prospect Road. An adult male was walking in the roadway and struck by an adult male driver. This case is under investigation.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 09/07/2019, Longmont officers responded to the 400 blk of Lashley St. reference an intrusion alarm. It was found an unknown suspect attempted to make entry into the front door, but was unable to get through the glass.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday September 7, 2019 at approximately 0729 hours, Officer's took a cold suspicious incident call, that occurred in the 1900 blk of Mountain View Ave, in the City of Longmont, Bouulder County, Colorado.

HARASSMENT

On Friday 09/06/2019 at approximately 1340 hrs, an Officer was dispatched a cold telephone harassment. The Officer learned an adult female victim was being harassed by an adult female through several different types of communication. This case is still under further investigation.

CHILD

On September 6th, 2019, Officers responded to the area of Harvard Street and Humboltd Circle on report of a lost child. An information report was taken.

DRUG VIOLATION

On September 6, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded on a report of found property involving narcotics in the 1200 block of Red Mountain Drive.

DUI

On September 6th, 2019, Officers responded to the intersection of East County Line Road and Weld County Road 20 1/2 on a single-vehicle crash. One adult male was contacted. He was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, September 6, 2019, officers responded to the 1000 block of Main St. on a report of a welfare check. An adult male was found to have several warrants out for his arrest. He was transported to the Boulder County Jail and the case is cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Friday, September 6th, 2019, at around 2359 hours, Longmont Police investigated an autotheft in the area of Pike Rd and S Sunset St. The charges are unfounded and the investigation is closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 9-7-19 at 0420 hrs., Longmont officers assisted Colorado State Patrol Officers with a hit-and-run investigation that happened on I-25 and the suspect vehicle registered to a Longmont address.

BURGLARY

On 09/07/2019 Longmont Police responded to a business in the 900 block of S. Hover St. to a report of a break in. Numerous items were taken from the business and police collected the available information and a report was taken. No suspects at this time.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman's dog was attacked by a loose dog. The owner was issued a summons.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1000 block of Alta Vita Court. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DISTURBANCE

On 09/07/2019 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance on the 200 block of Andrew Court. After investigation the case was unfounded.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A man was issued for Cruelty to Animals for leaving his dogs in a hot trailer.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday 09/07/2019 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a violation of protection order in the 300 block of 15th ave. Case is open.

September 8

ASSIST

On Sunday, September 8, 2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1000 block of Hover St. to locate a runaway. A juvenile male was contacted and released to his parents.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 9/6/19, at approximatley 10:30 p.m., Officers assisted Boulder County Sheriff's Office in the apprehension of a suspect eluding them in a pursuit. The suspect was apprehended by BCSO after stop sticks were deployed.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, 09/07/2019 Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of County Line Rd and E Ken Pratt Blvd in reference to a possible shoplift. An adult female was contacted and arrested on multiple charges. Cleared by Arrest.

DUI

On 090719 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 block of Kimbark Street on an accident on private property in which two unattended vehicles were damaged by a 37 year old male driver of another vehicle. The driver was arrested on DUI and other charges. Cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On September 7th, 2019, Officers contacted three adult males in the 800 BLK of S. Hover Street. One of the males was arrested on a prior outstanding arrest warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 090719, officers responded to the 400 block of 9th Ave reference a disturbance involving three adult males in the 900 block of Kimbark St.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, September 7, 2019, officers responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. on a report of a disturbance. An adult female was found to be in violation of her protection order. She was taken to the Boulder County Jail and the case is cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On Sunday, September 8th, 2019, at around 0056 hours, Longmont Police investigated a trespassing incident in the 1800 block of Hover St. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 090819, officers responded to the 100 block of E 6th Ave reference a domestic incident between an adult male and female. The case is open.

THEFT

On Sunday September 8, 2019 at approximately 1009 hours, Officer's took a cold theft report which occurred in the 1500 blk of Easter Ct, in the City of Longmont Boulder County, Colorado.

DISTURBANCE

On September 8, 2019 Longmont Police were dispatched to Roosevelt park on report of a disturbance between two males which started verbal and quickly turned into a physical fight. Officers had to detain one male to prevent further altercations. All parties were later released on warnings once the situation was de-escalated. This report is for information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday September 8, 2019 at approximately 1341 hours, Officer's responded to the 900 blk of Kimbark St, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a protection order violation.

VICIOUS DOG

A loose small dog was injured by a loose large dog in the 1000 block of Woodside Drive. Both dog owners were warned about the incident.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A male left dog feces in the front yard and it was recorded on security cameras.

VICIOUS DOG

A dog got loose and attacked another dog, a warning was given for the incident.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Sunday, 09/08/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Kane Dr. in reference to a report of a suicidal male. A juvenile male was taken into protective custody and transported to Longs Peak Hospital for treatment and evaluation.

FRAUD

On Sunday September 8, 2019 Longmont officers responded to the 800 block of Main St to receive a counterfeit bill. This case is being
forwarded to fraud detectives.
