FRAUD

The employee of a Longmont business reported theft. This case is open.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported auto theft in the 00 block of Lois Place. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported motor vehicle theft from the 300 block of South Hover Street. This case is open.

FRAUD

On 09/13/2019 at approximately 1026 hours, Longmont Police Department took a report of counterfit currency being passed at a restaurant in the 1000 block of Francis St. A detailed report was taken.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Thursday 091219 at approximately 1026 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to 9th Ave and Gay St. on an auto vs bicycle crash. Case is open.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On September 12, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to a vehicle trespass in the 2400 block of Airport Road. An adult male suspect was contacted but the victim did not wish to press charges.

On Friday, 09/13/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred on Sunset Cr. The suspects are unknown.

ASSAULT

On 09/12/19 officers responded to the 1800 block of Lincoln Dr for a disturbance. Two adult males were issued summonses for assault.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, September 12, 2019, Longmont Police Officers took a report of domestic incident, which occured on the 1200 block of Juniper St. A 42 year old male, and a 32 year old female were contacted. A report was taken.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, September 12, 2019, at approximately 2240 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report reference a harassment in the 300 block of Quail Rd.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, September 12, 2019 at about 2157 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Spencer Street on a report of a
fight. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult male for 3rd degree assault. The male was transported to the Longmont Police Department for
booking and released on a summons.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, September 13, 2019 at about 0445 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 1900 block of Main Street on a Boulder County Warrant for failure to appear. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on no bond.

MENACING

On Friday, September 13, 2019 officers responded to the area of Nelson Rd and S Hover St in regards to an adult male on a bicycle threatening two adult male occupants of a truck with a weapon. All parties were contacted and the male was later arrested. Cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On September 13th, 2019, officer were dispatched to the 300 block of S. Sunset St. on the report of a returned runaway and possible child custody issue. Officers advised Loveland Police that the runaway out of their jurisdiction had been located. The case is closed.

THEFT

On Friday, 09/13/19, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in Longmont. The case is under investigation.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday September 13, 2019, at 1613 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to a criminal trespass at the 1500 block of Harlequin
Drive.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/13/2019, at approximately 1222 hours, Longmont Police responded on a report of a Domestic Violence incident. Officers were unable to locate the individuals however, took a detailed informational report of the incident.

DEATH

On Friday, September 13, 2019 Longmont Police responded to a medical assist in the 800 blk of Meeker St. An adult male shot himself and was
deceased on scene. The case is open and under investigation.

SHOPLIFT

On September 13th, 2019, Officers responded to the 500 BLK of S. Hover Street on report of a theft from a business. One unknown adult male
fled prior to Officer arrival.

SHOPLIFT

On 09/13/2019 around 1500 hours officers responed to the 2500 Block of Main Street reference a shoplifing. An investigation was conducted later and a suspect was issued a summons.

PROTECTION ORDER

Officers were called to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln on a report of an adult male hitting a vehicle. After investigation an adult male was arrested on violation of protection order as well as bond conditions. Case is cleared by arrest.

September 14, 2019

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 900 block of Mountain View Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 800 block of First Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

LOST PROPERTY

A Laporte resident reported a lost wallet in the 00 block of South Bowen Street. Information report only.

WELFARE CHECK

On Friday 09/14/2019 at approximately 0220 hours police responded to the 400 block Main Street in relation to a drunk person. An adult female was taken into protective custody on a mental health hold.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 09/14/2019 at approximately 0745 hours police were notified of a hit and run in the 2000 block of Estes Ln. Officers were able to locate the run driver and vehicle. The driver was issued a summons. This case is closed.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 9/13/2019 officers responed to the area of S Airport Rd and Nelson Rd on a report of a Hit and Run accident. The case is open.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Friday, September 13, 2019, officers attempted a traffic stop in the area of 9th Ave and Grant St. The vehicle eluded police and a report was
taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, September 13, 2019 at about 2328 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Airport Road on a report of a
domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult male for assault against an adult female. The male was transported to the Boulder
County Jail.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday, September 14, 2019, officers were dispatched to the area of 17th Ave and Main St on a report of a suspicious situation. An adult male was contacted and issued a summons for harassment.

THEFT

On Saturday September 14, 2019 at approximately 1202 hours, Officers took a cold theft that occurred in the 1300 blk of Sunset St, in the City of
Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday September 14th, 2019, at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Cambridge Dr.
reference a domestic incident. Police contacted an adult female and two adult males. The case is currently closed. Referred to detectives division.

THEFT

On September 14th, 2019, Officers took a report of a theft from the 300 BLK of Quail Road. Two known adult suspects have been identified. This
case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday September 14, 2019, at about 2014 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Quail Rd for a domestic violence between an adult male and an adult female.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday, 09/14/2019 Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of S Martin St and Ken Pratt Blvd in reference to a possible theft. An adult female witness was contacted and a report was taken.

September 15, 2019

WELFARE CHECK

Officers responded to the 900 block of S. Bowen street for a welfare check. After contact, the female was transported to the hospital for a mental and physical examination.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On September 15, 2019 the Longmont Police Department investigated a criminal mischief that occurred in the 2400 block of Water Cress Ct.
The investigation did not result in the ability to file charges at this time.

SHOTS HEARD

On 09/15/2019 around 2100 hours officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 400 block of South Francis Street. An investigation was
conducted and report filed.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Monday, September 9 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Hover Street in reference to a hit and run crash. A 74 year old
male reported being in a crash where the other driver left the scene. The case is open and under investigation.

THEFT

On Thursday, September 12 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Quail Road in reference to a report of a theft. A 34 year old female reported her phone was taken from a locker.

VICIOUS DOG

On 09/13/18, a dog got loose from its yard and attacked a cat. The owner of the dog was given a ticket.

VICIOUS DOG

On 09/14/19, an 11 year old boy received injuries from a dog in Longmont. The owner was issued a ticket.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 09/14/2019 Longmont Police contacted an adult male and adult female near a building in the 700 block of Longs Peak Ave. The male was found to be in violation of a protective order against the adult female. The male was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Saturday, September 14, 2019 Longmont Police took a report of a possible fraud in the 1500 blk of Liberty Ct. Adult female sent about $1400 to a unknown person. There is no further leads in this case, it will be closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, September 14, 2019, the Longmont Police Department, took a report of a theft in the 300 block of Main St. An adult male is suspect.

DISTURBANCE

On 09/14/2019 around 2100 hours officers responded to a disturbance in the area of the 1000 block of Hover Street. An investigation was conducted and summons issued.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, September 14, 2019 at about 2200 hours, Longmont Police dispatched to the 1700 block of Main Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers arrested an adult male for criminal mischief, harassment, and domestic violence against an adult female. The
male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 9/14/19, officers responded to the 600 block of Martin St. An adult female and an adult male were contacted. The adult female was placed into custody for Domestic Violence related charges. She was transported to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Saturday 09/14/2019 at approximately 2313 hours police responded to the intersection of Main Street and 5th Avenue in relation to a bicycle theft that occurred sometime between 2200 and 2313 hours. There are no suspect leads.

NOISE

On 09/16/2019, Longmont officers responded to the 600 block of Grandview Meadows Drive for a noise complaint. Case cleared by summons.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, September 15th, 2019, at around 0156 hours, Longmont Police investigated a domestic violence related disturbance in the 4400 block of Redmond Dr. No arrests were made due to a lack of evidence.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/15/2019, Longmont officers responded to the 600 block of Peck Drive on a report of a domestic disturbance involving one female and one male. The adult male was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On 09/15/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr. referencing an assist for Longmont Fire. Police arrived and
collected the available information. No arrests have been made in reference to this case.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by two dogs while jogging in the 1400 block of Harvard Street. The dog owner was warned and the dogs placed
on home quarantine.

LOST PROPERTY

On Sunday, 09/15/2019 Longmont Police received a call referencing lost property. An adult male lost his wallet in the 600 block of Lashey St.

ASSAULT

On September 15, 2019 Officers were dispatched to a cold assault that occured at an unknown location. A report was taken and it is currently
being investigated.

THEFT

On Sunday 09/15/2019 Longmont Police were dispatched to a theft in the 1200 block of S. Hover St. Investigation ongoing. Case is open.

ASSAULT

On September 15, 2019 Officers took a report of an assault that occured in the 1900 block of Main Street. The case is under investigation.

GRAFFITI

On Sunday, September 15, 2019, officers located graffiti in the 300 block of 21st Ave. A report was taken, the Longmont code enforcement was notified, and the case is closed.
