THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a theft his automobile in the 1200 block of South Coffman Street. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On October 22, 2018, the Longmont Police Department assisted the Weld County Sheriff's office in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. This case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 10/23/2018, Longmont police responded to the area of 9th Ave. and Hover St., reference a suspicious situation call. An adult female advised three females were vandalizing her car, and was locked one of their own number in the trunk of the car. Upon arrival officers found the female, who was seeing things that were not there, and determined nobody was in the trunk of her vehicle. The female was taken into protective custody for a mental health evaluation, but at the hospital was found to be in possession of narcotics. The female was medically cleared and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On October 23, 2018, a vehicle trespass report was received from the 1200 block of Parker Drive. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered and personal property was stolen from inside. Case is closed.

CHILD

On 10/23/18, officers responded to the 2400 block of Spencer St. on a child abuse investigation. Case is closed at this time.

SEX ASSAULT

Longmont police took a report of a possible sexual assault on a child that occurred somewhere in Longmont. The case is under investigation.

FRAUD

On October 23, 2018, an identity theft report was taken from the 1600 block of Pace Ave. An adult female reported her debit card number was stolen and used to make fraudulent charges. Case is closed.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 10/23/18, a report was taken reference an identity theft which did not occur in Longmont. The case is closed.

BURGLARY

On October 23, 2018, a burglary report was received from the 1400 block of Gay Street. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered while it was parked in her garage and personal property was stolen from inside. Case is closed.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD

On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, officers responded to the 500 block of Lashley St. reference a possible sexual assault. The case is open and forwarded to detectives.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 10/16/18, officers took a report of a fight in the 1400 block of Alpine St. Following an investigation the case will be closed. Referred to school.

ABANDON/PARKING

On 10-22-18 a truck was located in the area of 8th and Atwood St. that had fictitious plates. The plates were seized and the owner of the truck cited.

DEATH

On October 22, 2018, Longmont police responded with emergency medical crews on a report of an adult male not conscious but possibly breathing. After over half an hour of attempts to revive the male, he was pronounced dead on scene. Cause is unknown, but nothing appears suspicious. This case is closed.

DEATH

The Longmont Police Department investigated a death investigation in the 700 block of Mt. Evans St. Case is closed and referred to Halcyon Hospice.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Monday, October 22, 2018, at approximately 1943 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop in theĀ 1200 block of Main St. The vehicle eluded the officers. Case closed lack of suspect information.

THEFT

On October 22, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2500 block of Main Street on a theft which had just occurred. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On October 23rd 2018, officers responded to the 2000 block of Meadow Drive on a repeat disturbance. Officers contacted one adult female who was the victim of an assault. One adult female is the suspect and had fled the scene prior to officer arrival. A second adult male is a suspect for a protection order violation. This case will be open for further investigation.

THEFT

On Tuesday 10/23/18 at approximately 0043 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a theft in the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. The suspects were contacted and one suspect was arrested on two outstanding warrants and later turned over to the Larimer County Sheriff Office. The other suspect was issued a summons for traffic charges. They settled their debt related to the theft committed. Case cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On 10/23/18, officers took a report of a stolen Honda in the 700 block of Mt. Evans St. There are no suspects at this time. This case is closed.

A Longmont resident reported a theft from his vehicle in the 1800 block of Little Bear Court. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

On Tuesday, 10/23/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 100 block of Snowmass Pl. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FRAUD

On Tuesday, 10/23/18, a report was taken reference an identity theft which occurred in the 1300 block of Carriage Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

VICIOUS DOG

On 10/23/18, at 0001 hours, a man was bitten by his roommate's dog when he grabbed its collar after it had killed a raccoon in its yard. The man treated the wound himself and the dog has been placed on quarantine.

BURGLARY

On October 23, 2018, Longmont police investigated a burglary in the 600 block of Robert St. Investigation is ongoing.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 10/23/18 at approximately 1430 hours, officers responded to the 200 block of Lashley St. on a suspicious occurrence. Officers contacted an adult male suffering from mental health problems and placed him into protective custody. He was transported to a facility for evaluation.

DISTURBANCE

On October 23, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 3100 block of Colgate Dr. on a family disturbance. One juvenile male was placed on a mental health hold and the case is closed.

FRAUD

On October 23rd, 2018 at approximately 1803 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to a fraud that occurred in the 900 block of Lashley St., Longmont, CO. This case is closed.

RUNAWAY

On 10/22/18, officers assisted Aurora PD with a runaway. This case is closed.
