FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported an incident of fraud in the 00 block of Reed Place in Longmont. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information and jurisdictional issues.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a first degree criminal trespass from their vehicle in the 1500 block of Deerwood Drive. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 1500 block of Main Street. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

THEFT

On September 22, 2018, a theft report was received from the 1200 block of Pace St. An adult female reported her bike was stolen. This case number was used for property log in only. Case is closed.

DUI

On 10/02/2018, Longmont police responded to E. 9th Ave. and Meeker St., reference a hit and run accident. A vehicle struck a building at this location, and left the scene without reporting the accident to the police. Officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle and adult female driver in the 1000 block of Ponderosa Cir. The driver was taken into custody after a brief attempt to resist arrest, was medically cleared and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, 10/02/2018 Longmont police officers took a report of a cold burglary by phone. A suspect was identified and officers applied for an arrest warrant. The case remains open pending further investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On October 2, 2018 Longmont police responded to the 700 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. to attempt to locate a wanted male party. The adult male was located and taken into custody.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On June 19, 2018 Longmont officers investigated a report of a Criminal Trespass to a vehicle in the 1500 block of 19th Avenue. An unknown subject entered a vehicle parked in the driveway and went through items, but did not take anything. There are no suspects and this case will be closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, 09/30/2018 Longmont police officers responded to the area of 16th Ave. and Pratt St. in reference to a protection order violation. An adult male was contacted and later arrested without incident. The male was later taken to the Boulder County Jail. Case closed - Cleared by Arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On 10/01/2018 at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont police officers took a report about possible unlawful contact between a juvenile female and an adult family member. This incident is open and is still under investigation.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported identity theft in the 00 block of 4th Avenue. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DUI

On Monday 10/01/18 at approximately 2320 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop at 9th Ave. and County Line Rd. One adult female was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at approximately 0015 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report about a felony menacing and false imprisonment which occurred in the 600 block of Peck Dr. The case is open.

THEFT

On 10-2-18 at 0138 hrs., an adult female resident of Longmont reported two unknown Hispanic males stole her purse and phone from the 1600 block of Main Street after offering her a ride home from the bar. There are no leads and the matter is closed at this time.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, October 2nd, at around 0308 hours Longmont police investigated a first-degree criminal trespass in the 1300 block of S. Emery St. The case has been closed.

On Tuesday, 10/02/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 3500 block. of Lakeshore Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

The Longmont Police Department arrested a juvenile male in central Longmont, on outstanding warrants. Case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 10/2/18 Longmont police responded to a reported theft at the 1600 block of Hover St. An adult male transient was issued a summons for 2 counts of theft and resisting arrest.

FRAUD

On Tuesday, 10/02/18, a report was taken reference an identity theft which occurred in the 800 block of S. Main. The case is under investigation.

MISSING PERSON

On 10/2/18 Longmont police responded to a reported trespass at Price/Boston. Two juvenile males were contacted, issued warnings, and released. At a later time, both were reported by their parents as missing/runaway. On 10/3/18, one of the boys returned home.

ASSAULT

On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, officers took a report of a cold assault that occurred in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. There are no suspects at this time and the case will be closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On October 2nd, 2018 at approximately 1643 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 9th Ave and Lashley St. Longmont, CO. An adult male was contacted and arrested for narcotics possession.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 300 block of 3rd Ave. on a report of a protection order violation. An adult female was found to be unlawfully in a residence and violation a protection order. The adult female was placed into custody and transported to Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.
