FRAUD

A report of possible elder financial abuse was reported to the Longmont Police Department by a mandated reporting party. The case status is open and forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported a forgery and theft in the 1300 block of Keystone Court. Case is closed due to lack of viable suspect information.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported a theft in the 1400 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday 10/18/2018 at 1304 hours Longmont Police Officer took a twenty-five year old man into custody for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of South Hover Street in the city of Longmont. This case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Thursday, 10/18/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1700 Blk. of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. The case is under investigation.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Thursday, October 18, 2018, at approximately 1530 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Price Rd and Boston Ave on an attempt to locate a wanted person. Arrestee was located, taken into custody and transported to Boulder County Jail without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Boulder Police Department with an investigation. All inquiries need to be directed to the Boulder Police Department.

CHILD

On Wednesday 10/17/2018 at about 1055 AM an Officer from the Longmont Police Department received a report of possible child abuse from the 4900 block of Nelson Road. Case unfounded.

MENACING

On 101718, Officers responded to the 2500 block of Main St reference a menacing. An adult male menaced another adult male with a knife. The case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 101718, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Emery St reference a domestic incident between an adult male and female. The case is cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On October 17, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2100 block of Main St on the report of a trespass. An adult male was contacted and taken into protective custody on a mental health hold. Case is closed.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On October 17, 2018 at approximately 2200 hours Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Kimbark on the report of a cold hit and run accident. Case closed due to lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday 10/17/2018 at approximately 2217 hours police responded to the 3900 block Florentine Drive in relation to a disturbance, later determined to be a domestic incident. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. A warrant has been signed and the case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, October 17th, Longmont Officers responded to the 1500 block of Centennial on a domestic incident. Case is closed.

FRAUD

On October 18, 2018 at approximately 0000 hours Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of South Main Street on the report of counterfeit money being used at a local business. Case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

On Thursday, 10-18-2018, Longmont Police received a report of a cold burglury to a garage in the 300 blk of Pratt St. Upon investigation, there are no workable leads therefore this case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday 10/18/2018 at 0745 hours a Longmont Police Officer took a report in the 400 block of Lashley Street in reference to a first degree criminal trespass/theft which had taken place. This case is closed with no active leads.

DISTURBANCE

On Thursday 10/18/2018 at about 9:09 AM Officers from the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 2000 block of 9th Ave in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder and State of Colorado on a report of a family disturbance between a father and son where the son was chasing the father with a brick. Case cleared by arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On 10/18/18, Thursday Longmont Animal Control responded to a barking dog complaint, evidence was provided for review.

WARRANT ARREST

On 10/18/18 at 1019 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer contacted an adult male in the Longmont Municipal Court. The adult male had an active warrant for his arrest. The adult male was taken into custody on the warrant and then released on bond. The case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Thursday, 10/18/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1000 Blk. of Marmot Ct. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, October 18th, 2018, Longmont Officers investigated a menacing which occured near County Line and HWY 119. An adult male was issued a summons and case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On 10/18/2018 officers investigated a possible harassment that took place in the 1400 block of Lincoln Cir. After investigation, no probable cause was established that a crime had been committed. This report is for informational purposes only.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, 10/18/2018 at approximately 2030 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 block of south Main St. on a burglar alarm. A window to a business appeared to have been broken with a rock. This case is closed.
