FRAUD

A financial institution reported possible elder financial abuse. An information only report was completed. Case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 900 block of 2nd Avenue reported items were stolen from from his unlocked vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

LITTERING

A Longmont resident reported littering in the 900 block of 17th Ave. This case is currently open.

FRAUD

An employee of a Longmont business reported a theft in the 400 block of Main Street. Case is currently open.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a theft from her vehicle while it was parked in the 1200 block of S. Hover Street. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On October 15, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1100 block of E. 17th Avenue on a suicide attempt. One adult female was transported to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold. This case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On 10/15/18 the Longmont Police Department responded to a welfare check in the 1000 block of South Hover Street. An 18 year-old male was contacted and issued a summons for underage consumption of alcohol. Cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, October 15, 2018 at about 2128 hours, Longmont police dispatched to the 200 block of St. Clair Ave. on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers spoke to all parties involved. Case closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On October 15, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 500 block of Olympia Avenue on a welfare check. A juvenile male was transported to the hospital after using LSD. This case is open.

DEATH

On Monday 10/15/2018 at approximately 0548 hours police responded to the 1400 block Kay Street in relation to a medical assist, later changed to a death Investigation. The case will be closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On October 15, 2018 a vehicle trespass report was received from the 1700 block of Lashley St. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered and property stolen from inside. Case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On October 15, 2018 Longmont police responded to Troxell Avenue on a family disturbance. One adult male was arrested for harassment and other related charges as a result of an altercation with his elderly father. This case is cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On Monday 10-15-2018, officers took a report of a sexual assault in the 1300 block of Grays Peak Dr. The case has been forwarded to the detective division for follow up. Case open.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday October 13, 2018, at approximately 2255 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a call of a suicidal male at in the 2400 block of 9th Ave. who had cut himself. The male was placed on a mental health hold, and transported to the hospital. The case is closed.

THEFT

On Sunday October 14th, 2018 Longmont officers were made aware of a trailer theft in the 700 block of Crisman Dr. Case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday, 10-15-2018, police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Tulip Street Longmont, CO 80501 on a criminal mischief which had just occurred. Police investigated and documented their findings. Case closed.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 10/14/2018 Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of Antero Dr. reference a suicidal party. An adult female was reportedly involved in a disturbance with family members, and making threats to kill herself. Upon arrival, officers contacted the female and she was placed into protective custody without incident. The female was transported to Longmont United Hospital, where she was placed on a mental health hold.

WELFARE CHECK

On Sunday 10/14/2018 at approximately 2317 hours police responded to the 2200 block Pratt Street in relation to a welfare check. An adult female was taken into protective custody on a Mental Health Hold. She was transported to hospital and left in their care. The case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, 10/15/18 at approximately 0112 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to a physical disturbance between a male and a female in the 2400 block of Main St. An adult male was arrested for a domestic violence related offense. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A delivery man was bitten by a dog in the 400 block of South Francis Street. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

BURGLARY

On 10-15-18 the Longmont police investigated a burglary and theft of office equipment at a local apartment complex. There were no suspects, or evidence leading to a suspect. The case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Monday October 15th, 2018 Longmont officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Collyer St. to attempt to locate a wanted party. One juvenile female was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Monday, October 15, 2018, Longmont police took a report of stalking in the 2200 block of 14th Ave. An adult female and adult male are suspect. Case open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 10/15/18, officers responded to a domestic incident in the 1700 block of Hover St. The call was a civil matter with one party trying to serve the other party paperwork. Case is informational and closed at this time.

HARASSMENT

On October 15, 2018 Longmont police officers were dispatched to the Longmont PD lobby in reference to a harassment. A report was taken for information only. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Monday, October 15, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of Main St. on a disturbance. An adult female is suspect in a harassment and child abuse investigation. Case open.

BURGLARY

On October 15, 2018 Longmont police investigated a burglary in the 300 block of Bross St. No suspect information was available and the case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 10/15/2018 at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont police officers took a report of a criminal trespass that occurred in the 2300 block of Clover Basin Dr. This case was forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

SHOPLIFT

On Monday, October 15, 2018, at approximately 1820 hours, officers investigated a theft in the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt. An adult female was issued a summons on a misdemeanor theft charge. The case is closed.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On October 15, 2018 officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Meadow Drive in reference to a suspicious situation. A report was taken for information only. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On October 15, 2018 Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Collyer Street in reference to a burglary. A report was taken for information and it was closed due to insufficient suspect leads.

Sunday, October 14

DUI

On 10/14/2018, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Main St. with a vehicle observed to run a red light. After an investigation, the adult male driver was placed into custody for driving under the influence. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On October 14th, 2018, officers responded to the intersection of Mountain View Ave. and Venice Street on report of a single motorcycle crash. One adult male was contacted and arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On 10/14/2018, at approximately 1751 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 9th Ave. and Coffman St. in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. One adult male was contacted and arrested on DUI and traffic related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday October 13th, 2018 Longmont officers were dispatched to an accident just south of Ken Pratt Blvd on S. Main St. Upon further investigation one adult male was arrested for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 101318 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a cold hit and run accident in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. A 26 year-old male reported his vehicle was damaged while parked and unoccupied. Case closed.

THEFT

On Sunday October 14th, 2018 Longmont officers were dispatched to a theft in the 300 block of 3rd Ave. Items recovered. Victim did not want to pursue charges. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On 10/14/2018, Longmont police responded to the 600 block of Frontage Rd. regarding a disturbance which had just occurred. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is under further investigation.

CIVIL

On Sunday, October 14, 2018, at approximately 1540 hours, officers contacted an adult female by phone regarding her concerns about the living conditions of a juvenile. Officers were able to determine that the juvenile lives in Weld County. The information was forwarded to social services. The case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, October 14, 2018 officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Steppe Drive in reference to a burglary. A report was taken and the case remains open for further investigation.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Sunday, October 14, 2018 at about 18000 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 Block of South Coffman Street, Longmont, CO for the report of a vehicle crash. It was later advised by dispatch the suspect fled the scene. Witnesses were able to identify the driver. The driver was later located and arrested. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, October 14, 2018, police responded to the 800 block of Pace St. on a disturbance from a road rage incident. Two adult male drivers were contacted. After an investigation both drivers were issued summons and released.

Saturday, October 13

SEX ASSAULT

On Saturday, 10-13-2018, Longmont police investigated a sexual assault that occurred in the 700 block of S. Martin St. This case is open and investigation is ongoing.

ROBBERY

On October 13, 2018, Longmont police took the report of a strong armed robbery in the 1800 block of 11th Ave. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On October 7, 2018 Longmont police investigated a series of vehicle break-ins in the 700 block of 17th Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspects and this case is closed.

MENACING

On Thursday, 10/11/18 at approximately 1130 hours, an officer took a report of a possible felony menacing that occurred in the 2100 block of Francis St. This case is open and referred to detectives for follow up.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday October 12th, 2018 Longmont officers were on patrol in the 1900 block of Collyer St. Officers contacted one adult male who was arrested on a warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Friday, October 12, 2018 at approximately 1013 hours Longmont police investigated an assault in the 500 block of S. Hover St. An adult male was reportedly assaulted by an acquaintance. This case is closed as the victim did not wish to pursue charges.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday, 10/12/18 at approximately 1300 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main St. on a report of a shoplifter. An adult male was issued a summons and released. This case is cleared by arrest/ summons issued.

DUI

On 10/13/18 the Longmont Police Department responded to an injury accident in the 900 block of Quartz Court. A 20 year-old male was issued a summons for driving under the influence of alcohol and related charges. Cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On October 13, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 block of Barnard Court on a protection order violation. One adult female was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, October 13, 2018, at approximately 0135 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 3800 block of Pike Rd., on a domestic incident. One adult male was arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Saturday, October 13, 2018, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of S. Pratt Parkway in reference to a report of an assault. A 45 year-old male was arrested on an unrelated warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On October 13th, 2018, officers responded to the 700 block of S. Sherman Street in an attempt to contact a wanted party. One adult female and one adult male were contacted and arrested for active outstanding felony arrest warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, October 13, 2018 officers responded to the area of 1st Ave and Terry St. in regards to a potential domestic in progress. Officers contacted a male and female. After investigation there was no crime, both parties were arguing. Case closed.

MENACING

On Saturday, October 13, 2018 officers responded to the 9800 block of 119th St. in regards to a felony menacing that took place. A female attempted to use a public restroom and according to her an adult male showed her a knife. The male was later contacted and taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. Cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On October 13, 2018 Longmont police investigated a harassment in the 3000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. No crime was committed and a report was taken for information only.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday 10/13/18, Longmont police responded to the 1200 block of S. Hover St. reference a theft. An adult male was later located and summonsed for stealing a bottle of vodka. The case is cleared.

SEX ASSAULT

On Saturday, October 13, 2018 at about 1500 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to 1700 block of S. Pratt Pkwy, Longmont, CO for the report of a cold sex assault. The victim only wanted the incident documented at this time. Case Closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On October 13, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1200 block of Meadow Street on an outside agency assist. A runaway was located and turned over to another agency. This case is closed.

THEFT

On 10/13/2018, at approximately 1530 hours, Longmont police took a theft report in the 10 block of Denise Place, in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. With no suspect leads the case will be closed.

On 10/13/2018 officers took a report of a possible theft in the 200 block on Main St. The case is closed with no leads or suspects.

SHOPLIFT

On 10/13/2018 Longmont police responded to a business in the 500 block of S. Hover St. reference a shoplift. An adult female was issued a summons for theft. Case cleared by arrest - summons issued.

HARASSMENT

On October 13, 2018 the Longmont Police Department were contacted regarding a stalking complaint in the 1600 block of 9th Ave. This report is for information only.

Friday, October 12

TRAFFIC STOP

On Friday, October 12 2018, Longmont police attempted to stop a vehicle in the 400 block of 15th Ave. The vehicle, driven by an unknown suspect, fled from the stop and eluded officers. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

On October 12, 2018 a burglary report was received from the 1600 block of Great Western Drive. An adult female reported someone entered her garage and damaged her vehicle. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On October 12, 2018 a vehicle trespass report was received from the 1100 block of Lefthand Drive. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered and items taken from inside. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

AUTO THEFT

On October 12, 2018 an auto theft report was received from the 1300 block of Kestrel Lane. An adult female reported her vehicle was stolen from her residence. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, October 12, 2018 at approximately 1119 hours a juvenile male turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without incident, booked and later transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Center. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On October 12, 2018 a theft report was received from the 000 block of Reed Place. An adult female reported her bicycle was stolen from her back porch. This case is closed.

THEFT

On October 12, 2018 a theft report was received from the 1700 block of Stardance Circle. An adult male reported a tool box was stolen from the bed of his truck. Case is closed.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On Thursday, October 11, 2018, Longmont police observed a 36 year-old female operating a motor vehicle near the intersection of 23rd Ave. and Main St. officers were aware that the female's license status was suspended. A warrant was written for the female's arrest.

THEFT

On Thursday, October 11, 2018, officers responded to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd reference a theft. An adult male was taken into custody. He was booked and released from the station, the case is cleared by arrest--summons issued.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, October 11, 2018, officers responded to the 1400 block of E. 3rd Ave. reference a car break in. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SEX ASSAULT

On October 11, 2018, officers received a mandatory report via phone of a sexual assault that occurred somewhere in Longmont. The victim did not want police contact. The case is cleared exceptionally.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, October 12, 2018 at about 0045 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on a report of a domestic disturbance. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On October 12, 2018 at approximately 0158 hours, officers contacted a male in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. The male was found to have a domestic violence warrant out of Westminster. The male was arrested and turned over to Westminster police officers. Cleared by arrest

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On October 12, 2018 at approximately 0317 hours Longmont police responded to the 1600 block of Ashcroft Court on the report of a criminal mischief incident. Case closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 10/12/18 at 0949 hrs. a Longmont police officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the Longmont Municpal Court. An adult female with an active municpal warrant for her arrest was taken into custody. The adult female posted bond and was released. The case was cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A mail carrier was bitten in the area of Lincoln Pl. & Lincoln St. The dog was placed under quarantine.

DEATH

On 10/12/2018 Longmont police responded to the 800 block of Hillside Ct. reference a death. The incident was investigated and referred to the Boulder County Coroner's Office.

Thursday, October 11

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a bicycle theft in the 2300 block of Squires Court. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, October 11, 2018 at about 0045 hours, Longmont police arrested an adult male in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on an active warrant, 4 protection order violations, 7 violation of bond conditions, and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Case cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, October 11 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1000 block of Ponderosa Circle in reference to a report of a vehicle theft. A 61 year-old female reported her running vehicle was stolen from her driveway. The case is closed.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On 10/11/18 at 0853 hrs. a Longmont police officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was sentenced to serve twenty days in the Boulder County Jail. The adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case was cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, 10/11/18 at approximately 1015 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Kimbark St. on a report of a probation violation. An adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOOTING

On Thursday, October 11, 2018 at approximately 1051 hours, Longmont police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2100 block of Meadow Ct. An adult male sustained a gunshot wound in the incident. The suspect adult male was contacted and taken into custody a short time later. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was treated for his injury. This case is open and pending additional investigation.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, 10/11/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass which occurred in the 1300 block of Sherman Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FRAUD

HOLD On Thursday, 10/11/18, a report was made reference theft of an at risk adult.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, October 11, 2018, at approximately 1540 hours, Longmont police contacted a 40 year-old male in the area of Mountain View Ave. and Lee Way. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

ROBBERY

On Thursday, October 11, 2018 at about 1530 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Meadow Street, Longmont, CO for the report of a robbery. The suspect was later identified. Case open - warrant pending.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, 10/10/18, a report was taken reference a theft which did not occur in Longmont. The case has been closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at approximately 1456 hours Longmont police investigated a domestic violence incident in the 1100 block of Button Rock Dr. Following the investigation it was determined that the incident was not domestic violence related, however it was a family disturbance. This case will be closed and forwarded to Boulder County Housing and Human Services for information.

THEFT

On 10/11/18 Longmont police responded to the 500 block of S. Hover St. reference a theft. The adult, female suspect was referred to the restorative justice program.

VICIOUS DOG

On Thursday, 10/11/18, at 0730 hours, a woman was bitten by a dog while walking at McIntosh Lake. The dog has been quarantined and the owner issued a warning.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog at in the 700 block of Crisman Dr. It is unknown at this time who the dog belongs to or where it lives.

INFORMATION

On October 11, 2018, at approximately 1751 hrs Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive on the report of a theft. Case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, October 11, 2018 at approximately 2000 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Lashley St. in response to a reported shoplift.
