SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported a shoplift in the 1000 blk of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is open.

LOST PROPERTY

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 2400 block of Calais Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1300 block of 11th Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 1200 block of Red Mountain Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

ASSIST

On May 27, 2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark reference a possible case of elder abuse. It was reported that an adult male was possibly not being taken care of by an adult female and an adult male. This case will be forwarded to DHHS.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday 05/31/2019 at 0809 hours Longmont Police Officers took a sixteen year old male into custody in the 800 block of Coffman Street in the
city of Longmont for an active FTA warrant out of Boulder County. This case is cleared by arrest.

DEATH

Longmont Police responded to 606 Pratt Street on a report of a deceased resident. An investigation concluded nothing suspicious and the case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 05/31/2019, Longmont Police responded to the lobby of the Safety and Justice Center at 225 Kimbark St. to contact a subject with active warrants. Police contacted the individual, who was placed in custody without incident. The subject was booked and later released on bond. The case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On 5/31/2019, Officers reponded to a report of fraud which occurred in the 300 block of Main Street. evidence was collected and no suspects have been identified.

SHOPLIFT

On May 30, 2019 Longmont Police responded to a business in the 2500 block of Main Street on report of a shoplift that just occurred. An adult female was provided a summons to court for stealing $164.20 worth of merchandise. This case is cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG
On 05/30/19, animal control was dispatched to an aggressive dog call. The owner was given a summons for the incident.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 05/30/19, a report was taken reference an idenity theft and theft which occurred in the 600 Blk. of Penhurst Cr. The suspects are unknown.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Thursday, May 30, 2019 at about 2229 hours, Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 300 block of Hover Street on a report of a suicidal juvenile. Upon arrival officers contacted a juvenile female. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. Case closed.

DUI

On Friday, May 31, 2019 at about 0020 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 4000 block of Nelson Road on a report of a DUI driver. Upon arrival Officers arrested an adult male for DUI. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 05/31/19, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief, criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 2200 Blk. of Provenance St. The suspects are unknown.

FRAUD

On Friday, 05/31/19, a report was taken reference an identity theft which did not occur in Longmont. The suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday 05/31/2019 at approximately 1132 hrs, Officers pulled over a maroon sedan with expired temporary plates in the 1700 block of Lakeshore Dr. Officers learned the adult female driver of the vehicle had an active felony warrant from Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The female was arrested and later transported to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 05-31-2019, Longmont Police responded to the report of a criminal mischief to a vehicle in a parking lot in the 2600 blk of 3rd Ave Pl. Upon investigation, it is unknown if anything was taken from the vehicle, and there were no witnesses.

SEX ASSAULT

On Friday, May 31, 2018 at about 1500 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department took a report regarding a possible child abuse, which occurred in the 2700 Blk of Main Street. Case is open.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday 05/31/2019 at 1349 hours Longmont Police Officers issued a municipal summons for theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. This case
is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday, May 31, 2019, at 1556 hours, Longmont Police investigated a theft in progress in the 500 block of S. Hover St. A 25-year-old male was contacted and issued a summons and released. This case is cleared by arrest.

MISSING PERSON

On 05/31/2019 around 1700 hours officers responded to the 2100 block of 9th Avenue to assist an elderly female. Officers were able to reunite the female with other family members. Report generated for information purposes only.

CHILD

On Friday, 05/31/2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of 4th Ave and Dickerson St in reference to a possible child abuse incident. The case remains open pending further investigation.

INFORMATION

On 5/31/2019 Officers took a call from of a possible harassment from a mandatory reporter. A report was completed for information only.

BURGLARY

On 05/31/19 officers responded to the 1700 block of Duchess Dr for a civil issue. An adult female advised she was being evicted illegally by her landlord. While on scene the landlord discovered the basement of the residence had been broken into.

WELFARE CHECK

On May 31, 2019, Longmont Police responded on a welfare check in the 2300 block of Smith Ct. An adult female was contacted and spoken to.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Friday, May 31, 2019 at about 2100 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department was dispatched to a suspicious situation in the area of 800 blk of E. 17th Ave., Longmont, CO. The individuals were contacted. One individual had an active arrest warrant. The individual was later booked and taken to the Boulder County Jail. Closed by arrest.

June 1, 2019

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 600 block of Pratt Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DUI

On the evening of 5-31-19, officers responded to a disturbance between 2 adult females in the 4500 block of Redmond Drive. One female left prior to officers arriving, but was located a short distance away. She was arrested for DUI and violating a protection order. The case is cleared by arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

Video evidence was submitted for a possible barking dog offence. The videos provided were reviewed.

INFORMATION

On 06/01/2019 around 1645 hours officers responded to Longmont United Hospital and took a madatory report related to an elderly male. Report generated for informational purposes.

MENACING

On Saturday 06/01/2019 at approximately 2153 hours police responded to the 1400 block South Collyer Street in relation to a disturbance. A juvenile female was arrested on felony menacing. The case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On May 31, 2019 officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Ken Pratt Blvd in reference to a theft. A 21 year old male and a 21 year old female were served with summons' for theft. Case cleared by arrest-summons only.

VICIOUS DOG

On 05/31/19, Animal Control was dispatched to a dog bite. The dog bite was provoked and the dog was put on quarantine at home.

SHOPLIFT

On May 31, 2019, the Longmont Police Department investigated a shoplifting in the 2500 block of Main Street. The suspect fled prior to officers' arrival. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 31, 2019 Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Atwood Street in reference to a domestic in progress. A 46 year old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC STOP

On May 31, 2019, the Longmont Police Department attempted to stop a suspected drunk driver in the area of 23rd Avenue and Collyer Street. The driver eluded police in a reckless manner and officers did not pursue the vehicle.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont women reported her dog was attacked by another dog at Mountain View and Collyer. Offending dog owner was issued a summons.

MENACING

On 06/01/2019, Longmont Police responded to the area near County Line Rd. and E Ken Pratt Blvd. referencing a menacing that had just occurred. Police investigated the incident, and no arrests have been made at this time. No suspects have yet been identified.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 06/01/2019 Longmont Police responded to the 2000 block of Ionosphere St. in reference to a possible vehicle break in. Police collected the available information and no arrests have been made at this time.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, June 1, 2019, Longmont Police investigated a harassment and disorderly conduct in the 5100 block of William Pl. No further leads at this time.

DUI

On Saturday, June 01, 2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to a Property Damage Accident, located at Erfert St and Ute Highway. A 52
year old woman contacted and later arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 6/1/19, Longmont Police Officers responded to 1515 Kansas Avenue on a child that fell from a second story window. A report was taken for informational purposes.

June 2, 2019

ASSAULT

On Sunday 06/02/2019 at approximately 0121 hours police responded to the 2200 block East Ken Pratt Boulevard in relation to a shoplift. The case is open.

THEFT

On 05/30/2019, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln. to a report of a juvenile male who did not pay for his cab fare. There are no suspect leads at this time.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On June 1st, 2019 at approximately 1520 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 00 block of Reed Place Longmont, CO on attempt to locate. An adult female was contacted and arrested on outstanding warrants.

DRUG VIOLATION

On June 1, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Main Street on an assist to medical personnel for an adult male who was unresponsive. The male was suspected to have used narcotics. He was later transported to the hospital.

PROTECTION ORDER

On June 1, 2019 Officers responded to an injury accident in the area of S. Emery Street and Ken Pratt Blvd. A 38 year old female was arrested on protection order violation related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday June 01, 2019 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd on a Domestic. Upon further investigation one adult male was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

DRUNK

On 6-1-19, citizens called in on an intoxicated adult male staggering ion the roadway in the area of Main and Pike. The adult male was located and taken into protective custody due to his intoxication level.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, June 1 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 2300 block of Bowen Street in reference to a report of an assault. A 43 year old female was arrested for domestic violence, and a 42 year old male was arrested for violation of a protection order. The case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday June 1, 2019 at approximately 2318 hours, officers responded to the 2300 block of Bowen St on a report of a disturbance. Upon investigation one adult male was found to be in violation of a protection order. The male was arrested. Case is cleared by arrest.

MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW

On 6/2/19, officers responded to the 00 block of Frontier Pl on a medical issue. An adult male was transported to a medical facility. This case is
under investigation.

MENACING

On Sunday, June 2, 2019, officers responded to Huntington Court on a report of a menacing between an adult male and adult female. An arrest warrant was obtained for an adult male and the case was forwarded to detectives.

BURGLARY

On 06/02/2019 Longmont Police responded to a business in the 600 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. in reference to a possible business burglary. A report was taken, police collected all available information.

FRAUD

On Sunday June 2, 2019 at approximately 0649 hours, Officer's took a fraud report, which occurred in the 100 blk of Ken Pratt Blvd, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

STABBING

On 06/02/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 1700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. referencing a subject who was being treated for an accidental self-inflicted stab wound. Police investigated the incident, and no arrests have been made. No other individuals appear to have been involved in the incident.

WARRANT ARREST

On June 2, 2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1500 block of Gay St reference a suspicious vehicle. Through the investigation they contacted an adult male who had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On 06/02/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 1400 block of Main St. referencing a property damage accident. Police collected the available information, and one subject was cited without incident. The case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday June 2, 2019 at approximately 1008 hours, Officer's responded to the 600 blk 15th Ave, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a possible burglary.

VICIOUS DOG

On 6/02/19, animal control was dispatched to a Longmont female that had been bit by a dog. The dog was quarantined and the owner was issued a ticket.

On 06/02/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Harvest St. referencing a cold vehicle trespass. Police collected the available information, and no arrests have yet been made. No suspects have been identified.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, June 2, 2019 officers responded to the 200 block of Sunset St in regards to a possible burglary. An adult male was seen climbing into a residence. This case is open for further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On June 2, 2019 Longmont Police responded to a report of a disturbance between a male and female at the corner of 3rd Avenue and Main Street. The male left the scene prior to police arrival and the female denied anything physical occurred. This report is for information only.

GRAFFITI

On Sunday, June 3, 2019 at about 1500 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to 1800 blk of Meadow Street, Longmont, CO for the report of graffiti. No suspects at this time.

SHOPLIFT

On June 2, 2019, Longmont Police responded to the report of a shoplifting in the 2500 block of Main St. An adult male was contacted and issued a summons for theft. This case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Sunday, June 3, 2019 at about 1700 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched a name and number regarding a theft a cold theft. The theft occurred on 05/23/2019. No suspects.
