A Longmont, CO resident in the 2300 block of North Shore Drive reported an incident of identity theft occuring in New York.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported receiving a fordged check in the 2100 block of Hackberry Circle.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, May 16, 2019, at approxiamtely 0215 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd.,
on reports of a shoplift. An adult male attempted to steal two items, which were later recovered.

MISSING PERSON

Longmont Police took a report of a missing female from a foster home. The case has been referred to Investigation for review.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

An adult male was issued a summons for urinating in public at in the 2500 block of Main St. Cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Thursday 05/16/2019 at 1132 hours a Longmont Police Officer recovered a stolen Georgia license plate in the 10 block of South Main Street in the city of Longmont. There are no suspects or additional leads in this case at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday 05/16/2019 at 1359 hours Longmont Police Officers investigated a domestic incident which took place in the 3000 block of East
Ken Pratt Boulevard in the city of Longmont. There are no additional leads or suspects in this case at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On May 16, 2019 at approximately 1533 hours the Longmont Police Department took a report of a domestic incident where a female was contacting a male and he felt it was harassing. Case was investigated.

INFORMATION

On May 16th, 2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 500 block of Main Street on report of a disturbance. A report was taken of the
incident. Nothing further to report.

THEFT

On May 11th, 2019, at 1806 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Blvd on report of a theft. Officers collected the available information and no suspects have been identified.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Longmont Police contacted a motorist in the 800 block of Kimbark St, for a suspected warrant. The Longmont
man was arrested, and posted bond. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday, 05/12/2019, Longmont Police Officers conducted a pedestrian contact in the 500 blk of Main St. An Adult female was contacted and
later arrested on active arrest warrants. Cleared by Arrest.

THEFT

On Tuesday May 14th, 2019, at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to contact a party by phone reference possible
theft. Police contacted three adult males. The case is currrently closed.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at approximately 0515 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 block of E. 5th Ave., in the
City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado, on report of a male banging on the door of a residence. The male was attempting to
enter the residence and was placed under arrest. The case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Wedesday, May 16, 2019, Officers responded by phone to a disturbance around the 1500 block of Sepia Ave. An investigation was conducted and the case is open.

FRAUD

A Longmont, CO resident in the 100 block of Grant Street reported her identity had been used fraudulently in California.

SHOPLIFT /OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On May 15th, 2019, Officers took an informational report about a possible sex assault that occurred in the 11000 BLK of Quail Road. This case
was sent to Boulder County Sheriff's Office to continue the ivestigation.

DISTURBANCE

On May 16, 2019 at approximately 0457 hours Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Quail Rd. on the report of a disturbance. Police
collected available information. No suspect has been identified.

ASSAULT

On May 16, 2019 at approximately 1533 hours the Longmont Police Department took a report of an assault that occurred in the 1700 Block of Main Street on May 15, 2019.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, May 16, 2019, at approximately 1521 hours, Longmont Police Officers assisted with a warrant arrest, at the 1500 block of Main St.
A 31 year old male was contacted and later arrested for an outstanding warrant. Nothing further to report.

CHILD

On 05/16/2019 (Thursday) at approximately 1520 hours Officers responded to the 1700 block of Cambridge Drive on the request of Longmont
Fire Department. Upon arrival Officers learned there was a small child living in the home with a parent who might need parenting resources.

On Thursday May 16th, 2019, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to contact a party by phone reference possible child abuse. Police contacted an adult female. The case is open. Referred to detectives.

May 17

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 1400 block of Terra Rosa Avenue.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 00 block of 6th Avenue.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, May 16, 2019 at about 2206 hours, Longmont Police contacted a vehicle at 21st Ave and Grant Street for displaying ficticious license plates. The driver, an adult male, was issued a summons for several traffic offenses and an adult passenger was arrested for two active warrants and possession of methamphetamines. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a total bond of $5,500.00. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Thursday, 05/16/2019, Longmont Police Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E Ken Pratt Blvd and County Line Rd. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for DUI. Cleared by Arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 05/16/2019, Longmont officers responded to the 1200 blk of Pace St. reference a disturbance. An juvenile female was placed on a mental health hold.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 051319, officers took a report of a possible ongoing domestic violence-related stalking occurring outside of Longmont. The information was documented and provided to the associated jurisdiction.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog in a store in the 1700 block of Main St. The owner was issued a summons and the dog placed under quarantine.

THEFT

HOLD OVER On Friday, 05/17/19, a report was taken reference a theft and identity theft which occurred in the 900 Blk. of Cranberry Ct. The
case is under investigation.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday 05/17/2019 at 1359 Longmont Police Officer cited a thirty year old man for theft and open container of alcoholic beverage prohibited in
the 600 block of South Emery Street in the city of Longmont. This case is cleared by arrest with a summons issued.

SHOPLIFT

Longmont Police responded to Walmart (East) on a report of a shoplifter. An adult male was issued a summons.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

Animal Control received a complaint of a dog that was left tied out while it was raining. The owner was located and issued a summons.

SHOPLIFT

On 5/17/2019, Longmont Police Officer responded to the 500 block of South Hover Street on report of a shoplift. An adult female was contacted and issued a municipal summons.

SEX ASSAULT

On 05/17/19 an adult female reported that an adult male acquaintance attempted to sexually assault her in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. The incident is under investigation.

HARASSMENT

On 05/15/19 an adult female advised she was harassed in the 1700 block of Duchess Dr by a family member. The incident is open.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On 05/16/19 a barking dog complaint was received and the evidence reviewed. Not enough evidence.

DISTURBANCE

On Thursday 05/16/2019 at approximately 1402 hrs, Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Main St in Longmont regarding a disturbance.
Officers observed an adult male witness attempting to restrain an adult male subject who was being combative and grabbing other people on the sidewalk. Officers learned the adult male subject had narcotics in his system, which was causing him to have erratic behavior. Officers later placed the adult male subject on a 72 hour mental health hold.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Thursday, 05/16/2019, Longmont Police Officers took a report of a possible incident involving minors. The reporting party did not wish to pursue charges. Exceptionally Cleared.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, May 16, 2019, officers responded to the Longmont Police Department and met with an adult female who had been assaulted. The female did not wish to press charges and a report was taken.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday May 17, 2019 at approximately 0742 hours, Officer's responded to the 1900 blk of Mountain View Ave, in the City of Longmont,
Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a disturbance.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday May 17th, 2019, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to contact a party by phone reference harassment. Police contacted an adult female. The case is currently closed.

May 18

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Bennett resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 800 block of Weaver Park Road.

SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported a shoplift in the 900 block of South Hover Street.

CIVIL

A Longmont resident reported a suspicious incident in the 1000 block of Champion Circle.

CHILD

On, Saturday, May 18th, 2019, at around 00:45 hours, Longmont Police investigated a child abuse incident in the 300 block of Quail Rd. An adult
female was booked and released on a summons from the Longmont Police Station. This case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday, May 19, 2019 at about 0142 hours, Longmont Police contacted a vehicle at 3rd Avenue and Baker Street for failing to display headlights. The driver, an adult male was arrested for DUI and other traffic offenses. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Saturday 05/18/2019 at approximately 0218 hours police conducted a pedestrian stop in the 1300 block South Collyer Street. On investigation it was discovered the juvenile male had committed several FDC's. The case is cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday, May 18, 2019, at approximately 0340 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a suspicious situation in the 200 block of S. Main St., in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. A white male with long hair, last seen wearing a dark blue t-shirt, and jeans, was attempting to break into a business, and had previously been seen trying to open the door handles of the business. The male
was chased off the property and was last seen running in a southwest direction. The male was later contacted and obstructed officers. The case
is cleared by arrest via summons.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, May 18th, 2019, at around 04:02 hours, Longmont Police investigated a shoplift in progress in the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd.
A suspect has been identified and the investigation remains open.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD

On May 18, 2019 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Kimbark reference the possible sexual exploitation of a child. It
was reported that an adult male had been receiving intimate pictures from a juvenile female. detectives were notified of the case. Case open.

TRAFFIC STOP

On May 18th, 2019 at approximately 1730 hours, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the area of Third Avenue and Pace Street. The
vehicle eluded and this case is open.

DISTURBANCE

On May 18, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to a disturbance in the 700 block of Crisman Drive. An adult male damaged property and was transported to jail after becoming combative with officers. This case is cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 05/17/19, Officers with the Longmont Police Department assisted CSP on a traffic stop at the intersection of Hwy 66 and Hover St. Longmont
K9 Rudi alerted to the presence of illegal narcotics. Methamphetamine, Heroin, and pills were found inside the vehicle. CSP arrested an adult female. This report is for informational purposes only.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Friday, 05/17/19 at approximately 1528 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Main St in reference to a hit and run
property damage accident. A suspected driver was developed during the investigation.

FRAUD

On May 17th, 2019, Officers took a report of a online bank fraud. This case will be open for further investigation.

VICIOUS DOG

On the late evening of 5-17-19, a teen female resident of Longmont was bitten by a dog while she visited a friend in the 2300 block of Creekside
Drive. The owner of the dog, an adult female resident of Longmont, was cited for Aggressive Animal, and the dog was placed in quarantine.

DUI

On May 17th, 2019, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of 10th Ave and Francis Street. One adult male driver and one adult
female passenger were contacted. The driver was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On the early morning of 5-18-19, an adult male resident of the 400 block of Ridge Ave reported an unknown person had just attempted to enter his vehicle in his driveway. A juvenile male resident of Longmont was contacted nearby and arrested for trespassing into several vehicles.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday, May 18, 2019, officers responded to the 600 block of Longs Peak Ave. on a welfare check. An adult male was taken to the hospital
and placed on a mental health hold.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, May 18, 2019, Longmont Police Officers assisted with a drug violation, located at the 1400 block of Mountain View Ave. A male
and female were contacted and later issued summons.

DEATH

On Saturday, May 18, 2019 at about 1900 hours Longmont police and fire responded to the 1100 Blk of E. 17 Ave, Longmont, CO for a medical.
It was later determined the individual was deceased. The Boulder County Coroner's Office later arrived and investigated. Nothing suspicious.

May 19

DUI

On 05/18/2019 officers responded to the area of 17th Ave and Pace St on a report of a drunk driver. While officers were in route, they spotted the
vehicle breaking traffic laws and conducted a traffic stop. After an investigation, the adult male driver was arrested on alcohol related traffic
charges. Case is cleared by arrest.

DEATH

On 05/19/2019, Longmont officers responded to a death at the 800 block of S. Fordham Street. One adult female was discovered deceased in her room. No suspicious circumstances.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday May 19, 2019 at approximately 1343 hours, Officer's responded to the area of east 9th Ave and east County Line Rd, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for a warrant arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

On 05/19/19 animal control was dispatched to two dogs that attacked another dog. A warning was given to the owner.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Sunday, May 19 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 2400 block of Sunset Drive in reference to a hit and run crash. A 28 year old
female suspect has been identified. Charges are pending. The case is open.

MISSING PERSON

On May 19, 2019 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2700 block of E. 17th Ave. on the report of a run a way. The run a way was not located.

BURGLARY

On 05/15/2019, at approximately 2214 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to handle a burglary that occurred in the 100 Block of Mumford Ave. At this point there are no suspect leads.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On 05/19/18, Longmont Animal Control responded to a barking dog complaint, evidence was provided for review. A ticket was attempted .

VICIOUS DOG

On 05/18/19, a dog was bit by an off leash dog at Golden Ponds. The off leash dog was not located.

TRAFFIC STOP

On May 19th, 2019, Officers attempted to stop a motorcycle in the area of 15th Ave and Collyer Street. The motorcycle eluded Officers. No
suspect information is available at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 05/18/2019, Longmont officers took an informational report of an incident that occured on the 4000 blokc of Riley Court.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday May 19, 2019 officers responded to the 2100 block of Addie Rose Ln on a report of a disturbance. One Adult female was contacted and arrested on Domestic Violence related charges. Case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Sunday 05/19/2019 at approximately 0047 hours police received a call for service in relation to a theft in the 700 block Emery Street. There is no suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday, May 19, 2019, officers responded to the 1700 block of Main St. on a report of a welfare check. An adult female was issued a summons for criminal mischief.

INFORMATION

On Sunday May 19, 2019 at approximately 0954 hours officers responded to a possible disturbance in the 600 block of Lashley St. There was no disturbance and a report was taken for informational purposes reference a civil matter.

WELFARE CHECK

On 05/19/2019 Longmont Police responded to the area of 10th Ave. and Main St. in reference to a party being called in for a welfare check. After
the adult male was contacted, he was transported to the hospital and placed on a mental health closed. Case closed.

MISSING PERSON

On May 19th, 2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to a runaway in the 2700 block of East Ken Pratt Blvd. Officers located a juvenile male and safely returned him to his residence.

SHOPLIFT

On May 19, 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 2500 block of Main St on the report of a shoplifter. An adult male was contacted and issued a ticket for theft. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On May 19, 2019, Longmont Police responded to a report of two juvenile shoplifters in the 2500 block of Main St. Both were contacted and issued summonses for theft. This case is cleared by arrest.
