AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a motorcycle theft in the 1600 block of 24th Avenue. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 500 block of Sierra Avenue. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

ASSAULT

On 3/9/19 at approximately midnight, Longmont police officers responded to the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard for the report of an assault. This incident was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, March 9 at around 0116 hours, Longmont police investigated a domestic violence incident in the 100 block of Judson Street. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 3/9/19, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 600 block of Lashley Street on a domestic. A 42 year-old female entered the residence of a 64 year-old male, refused to leave, and damaged property inside. The female was arrested and transported to jail on domestic violence related burglary, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest. This case was cleared by arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On March 1, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1700 block of Spencer Street on the report of a disturbance. An adult male was taken into protective custody and placed on a mental health hold. This case is closed.

INFORMATION

On Friday, 3/9/19, Longmont police officers took a report of possible harassment by phone. At this time no suspects were identified and no further leads were found to investigate. This case was closed due to a lack of leads.

DISTURBANCE

On March 8, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Lashley Street on the report of a disturbance. An adult male threw a shake at his elderly mother. The male suffers from mental illness. The mother did not want to press charges. This case is cleared exceptionally.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On 3/8/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street on a report of a hit-and-run that just occurred. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a witness who identified the vehicle. Officers arrested one adult male on multiple charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Friday, March 8, 2019, officers responded to a harassment via telephone. An investigation was done and a report was taken. This case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On 3/8/19, officers with the Longmont Police Department arrested an adult male while investigating a disturbance in the 300 block Mountain View Avenue.

ASSAULT

On 3/8/19, Longmont officers responded to the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard in reference to an assault that had occurred earlier in the day. This case was exceptionally cleared due to the victim refusing to prosecute.

FRAUD

On 3/8/19, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a forgery and theft in the 300 block of Martin Street. An unknown adult male suspect passed a forged $100 bill to a pizza delivery driver. This case was closed due to a lack of investigative leads.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday, March 8, 2019 at about 2052 hours, Longmont police dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street on a report of a theft. Upon arrival, officers were informed an adult male attempted to walk out of a store with merchandise without paying for it. The adult male was identified. This case is open.

FRAUD

On Friday 3/8/19 at approximately 2122 hours, police received a call for service in relation to a theft, which included a fraud. This case is open and has been requested to be forwarded to the Longmont Detective Division.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, March 8, 2019 at about 2133 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Collyer Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers arrested an adult female for a protection order violation, 3rd degree assault, criminal mischief, and domestic

against an adult male. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Friday, 3/9/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Bent Way and South Hover Street in reference to a possible child issue. Officers contacted an adult male and a juvenile female, and took a report. This case is closed.

PEDESTRIAN CONTACT

On 3/9/19, officers with the Longmont Police Department contacted an adult male that was arrested for outstanding arrest warrants near Hubbard Drive and Fox Street. Officers then contacted another adult male that was arrested for outstanding arrest warrants near a stolen camper in the 100 block of Rothrock Place. Another adult female and adult male then barricaded in the camper and refused to come out as both also had outstanding arrest warrants. Officers took both into custody. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, March 9, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 900 block of 23rd Avenue in reference to a report of domestic violence. A 38 year-old female reported being harassed by her 34 year-old boyfriend. This case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday, 3/9/19 at approximately 1030 hours, officers responded to a welfare in the 000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. Officers contacted a juvenile female that had questions about her parent/guardian. This case will be closed. This report for information only.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, March 9, 2019, officers responded to the area of Main Street and 3rd Avenue in regards to a traffic accident. Upon investigation, a male was found to have an unrelated outstanding warrant. The male was also in possession of suspected drugs. The male was later taken into custody. This case was cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

On 3/9/19, Animal Control was dispatched to an aggressive dog incident without injuries. Warning was given.

On March 9, 2019, the Longmont Police Department investigated a theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. This case is open.

THEFT

On 3/9/19, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a theft that occurred on East County Line Road. Upon arrival, the adult male suspect had fled the scene and the adult male victim was still on scene. The victim did not wish to pursue charges. This case is exceptionally cleared.

WARRANT ARREST

On 3/9/19, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a theft that occurred on East County Line Road. Upon arrival, the adult male suspect had fled the scene and the adult male victim was still on scene. The suspect was located and arrested on a warrant unrelated to the theft. This case is closed.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On Saturday, March 9, 2019 at around 0518 hours, Longmont police investigated a possible rollover accident on County Road 28. The investigation is closed due to a lack of information.

SEX ASSAULT

On 3/9/19, Longmont police received the report of a cold sexual assault that occurred near the 100 block of 9th Avenue. Police collected the available information, and no arrests have yet been made. This case is under further investigation.

TRESPASS

On Saturday, March 9, 2019, Longmont police took a report of a theft in the 900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. An unidentified male is a suspect. This case is closed.

MISSING PERSON

On March 9, 2019, Longmont officers took a call of a missing person in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. The missing person was a juvenile female. She was later located and returned home. This case is closed.

DEATH

On Saturday, March 9, 2019, the Longmont Police Department conducted a death investigation in the 800 block of East 5th Ave. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On 3/9/19, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a sexual assault. Jefferson County Human Services advised a report was made concerning a juvenile female who had been sexually assaulted by a juvenile male in the 900 block of Yew Court. This case is under investigation.

DUI

On Saturday, 3/9/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of 15th Avenue and Main Street in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. An adult female was contacted and later arrested without incident for DUID. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Saturday, March 9, 2019, at approximately 2330 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report on a harassment through social media in the 1600 block of Centennial Drive. The case is open, referred to detectives.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday, 3/10/19 at approximately 0150 hours, police received a call for service in relation to a theft of a motor vehicle on 6th Avenue, just east of 6th Avenue and Main Street. The vehicle was found and appears to have not been stolen. This case will be closed.

AUTO THEFT

On 3/10/19, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a motor vehicle theft from the 1200 block of Kimbark Street. An adult male reported an unknown suspect stole his vehicle which was left running and unattended in a parking lot. This case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 3/10/19, an adult male resident of the 1300 block of South Terry Street reported an unknown male attempted to enter his locked car. There are no leads and the matter is closed.

On 3/10/19, Longmont police received the report of a cold vehicle trespass in the 1200 block of Spring Creek Court. Police collected the available information and no arrests have yet been made. This case is currently closed.

WARRANT ARREST

An adult male had 3 active warrants for his arrest and he surrendered himself at the Longmont Police Department. This case is is cleared by arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Sunday, March 10, 2019 at approximately 1630 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street in response to a reported suicidal party. One party was taken to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Sunday, March 10, 2019 at about 1900 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2500 Block of Main Street for the report of a theft. The suspect was contacted and released on a summons. This case was cleared by arrest.

FOUND PROPERTY

On March 10, 2019, a Longmont police officer was dispatched to a report of found property in the 1500 block of Ashcroft Drive. An adult male was contacted. This case is closed.

On March 10, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 1100 block of Main Street on the report of a disturbance. An adult male was spoken to and a report taken. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.
