FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported identity theft which occurred outside of Longmont. This case is open.

BURGLARY

A Longmont resident reported an attempted burglary in the 700 block of Glenarbor Circle. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DUI

On Saturday, 3/23/19, Longmont police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 3rd Avenue and Coffman Street. An adult male was contacted and later arrested without incident for DUI. This case was closed, cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 3/23/19 at approximately 0134 hours, police responded to the 400 block of Main Street in relation to a disturbance. A domestic incident was disclosed during the incident and an adult female was arrested for domestic violence related charges against an adult male. The case was cleared by arrest.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Friday March 22, 2019 at approximately 1430 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to contact a party by phone in reference to possible narcotics sales. Police contacted an adult male. This case is closed. This report is for information only.

VICIOUS DOG

On 3/22/19, animal control was called to the Longmont Humane Society for a dog that was surrendered due to a dog bite. The dog was placed on quarantine at the shelter.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On Friday, 3/22/19 at approximately 1724 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a hit-and-run crash at 9th Avenue and Pace Street. The run driver was later contacted and summonsed for traffic charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Friday, March 22, at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to contact a party by phone in reference to possible harassment. Police contacted an adult female. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, March 22, 2019 at approximately 2030 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Barnard Court in response to a reported permanent protection order violation. One party was taken into custody and later transported to Boulder County Jail. This case was closed, cleared by arrest.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Friday, March 22, 2019 at approximately 2110 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 700 block of Cameron Lane on a disturbance between a mom and her adult son. One adult male was arrested on 3rd degree assault and possession of narcotics.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Friday, 3/22/19 at approximately 2119 hours, police responded to the 1700 East Ken Pratt Boulevard in relation to a medical assist, later determined to be an outside agency assist. This report is generated for the agency and will be forwarded onto them. The case will be closed in Longmont.

VICIOUS DOG

On Friday, 3/22/19 at approximately 2301 hours, a dog bite was reported to the police that occurred in the 600 block of Martin Street. This case is open and will be referred to the animal control division.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported motor vehicle theft in the 100 block of East Rogers Road. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

MISSING PERSON

An Englewood resident reported a missing person in the 1300 block of Collyer Street. This case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On March 23, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Sunset Way on a welfare check. An adult female was taken into protective custody. This case is closed.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1500 block of Terry Street. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, March 23, 2019, officers responded to the 1200 block of South Hover Street in response to a shoplift. An investigation was conducted and an arrest was made. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 3/23/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Nelson Road and Airport Road in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. An adult male and an adult female were contacted, and a report was taken. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On 3/22/19, Longmont police learned about a sexual assault on a child that occurred in 2017. The incident was disclosed in an interview at a child advocacy center. Police are investigating leads and follow-up interviews are underway.

DUI

On March 23, 2019, officers responded to the intersection of East 15th Avenue and Willodene Drive on the report of a hit-and-run crash. One adult male was located in the area for DUI related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, 3/23/19, Longmont police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 3rd Avenue and Main Street. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for active arrest warrants. This case was closed, cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Sunday, March 24, 2019 at around 0200 hours, Longmont police investigation a DUI accident in the 200 block of Main Street. An adult female was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest

AUTO THEFT

On March 24, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to an assault on the 900 block of Lashley Street. This case is open pending further investigation.

DUI

On Sunday, March 24, 2019, officers responded to the 1500 block of Hover Street in response to an injury accident. An investigation was conducted and an arrest was made. This case was cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On March 24, 2019 at approximately 1725 hours, Longmont officers responded to the 00 block of Main Street on the report of a disturbance. An adult male was taken into custody. This case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On 3/19/19, Longmont police responded to the 2500 block of Main Street for a male acting strange. The male was contacted and taken into protective custody. This case is closed.

CHILD

On 3/24/19 at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont police responded to the 20 block of East 5th Avenue in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival, officers contacted a juvenile male left alone in the residence. A relative was contacted to care for the juvenile and an informational report was taken and forwarded to Department of Health and Human Services. This case  is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On March 23, 2019, Longmont officers responded the 1700 block of Cambridge Drive on a call of a welfare check. One adult male was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW

On March 23, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Mumford Avenue in response to a medical call. A 33 year-old female was transported to the hospital on an overdose. This case is closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont male was bitten by his cat in the 4600 block of Portofino Drive. The cat was placed on quarantine at home.

DISTURBANCE

On 3/23/19, officers responded to a disturbance in the 1600 block of Hover Street. After an investigation, all three adult males involved in the incident did not wish to pursue charges. This case was exceptionally cleared.

WARRANT ARREST

On 3/24/19 at approximately 0200 hours, Longmont police officers contacted a male in the 300 block of Main Street. The male was found to have an active warrant. This incident was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On March 24, 2019, Longmont police were dispatched to Teal Circle on a domestic violence in progress. The adult male suspect left the scene prior to police arrival. This case is open pending an arrest warrant for the male party.

DRUG VIOLATION

On March 24, 2019, Longmont police officers were working to locate a male party who had several active warrants in the 200 block of East Rogers Road. Through their investigation, an adult female was taken into custody on narcotics violations as well as traffic violations. The adult male was also located and taken into custody. This case was closed by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday, March 24, 2019, officers responded to the 200 block of Lashley Street on a report of a traffic stop. An adult male was later arrested in the 200 block of Martin Street for multiple warrants. This case was cleared by arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A vet tech was bitten while attending to an injured cat at the vet clinic. The cat is on quarantine.

THEFT

On 3/24/19 at approximately 2030 hours, Longmont police took a report of theft call for service in the 800 block of Meeker Street. The victim requested an informational report be taken but no charges be filed in this case. This case is closed.
