Longmont Police Report: June 26, 2018

SEX ASSAULT On June 26, 2018 Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1700 block of Meadow Street in reference to a sexual assault. A 48 year old female was assaulted by a 50 year old male.

SEX ASSAULT

On June 26, 2018 Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1700 block of Meadow Street in reference to a sexual assault. A 48 year old female was assaulted by a 50 year old male. This case was forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

THEFT

On June 25, 2018 a theft report was received from the 1200 block of South Hover Street. Two juvenile males were witnessed stealing clothing items from the business. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On June 26, 2018 a vehicle trespass report was received from the 900 block of Botton Rock Drive. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered and several personal items were stolen from inside. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

THEFT

On June 26, 2018 a theft report was received from the 2500 block of Main Street. An adult male reported a male and female were witnessed stealing merchandise from the business. Case cleared by arrest, summons issued.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 062618, Officers were dispatched to Collyer Park at 600 Collyer St on a report of a physical disturbance. An adult female was arrested for the incident. Case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

An employee of a firework stand located in the 2500 block of Main Street reported a theft of miscellaneous items. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

VICIOUS DOG

A male party was bitten by a dog in Longmont. The dog has been placed on a home quarantine. The owner has been warned.

DISTURBANCE

On 062518, officers responded to an address in the 2200 block of Dunbar Ct on a report of a disturbance. An adult female was issued a summons for False Imprisonment. Case is cleared by arrest, summons issued.

THEFT

On Monday 062518 at approxmiately 2013 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a theft in the 1800 block of Hover St. Case is open.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Monday June 25, 2018, at approximately 10:27 PM, the Longmont Police Department was dispatched to a suicidal party on the 300 block of Pikes Peak Place. The suicidal party had left the residence. An emergency phone ping was authorized but the party was not located. Case is closed.

THEFT

On 6-25-18 an adult female resident of the 700 block of Martin St requested information about evicting her adult grandson from her home. She was provided the information. In the process of speaking to her, she mentioned having items stolen in which the grandson was the suspect of the theft. She did not wish to pursue charges, and the matter is exceptionally cleared.

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday 062618 at approximately 0107 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a family disturbance in the 1800 block of Terry St. A report was taken for documentation. Case closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Tuesday, 06/26/18 a report was taken reference an aggravated auto theft and theft which occurred in the 300 Blk. of Quail Rd. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Tuesday, June 26, 2018, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business located in the 300 block of Kimbark Street reported a theft of a cell phone booster. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On June 26, 2018 Longmont officers took a report of a Criminal Trespass to a vehicle in the 1500 block of Elmhurst Drive. The taken items were recovered a short distance away and there are no suspects in this case. The case is Closed.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Tuesday, June 26, 2018, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a theft from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the 300 block of Collyer Street. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

VICIOUS DOG

On 06/26/18, a Longmont boy was bitten by a dog. The dog was put on a home quarantine and the owner has been warned.

FRAUD

On Tuesday, June 26th 2018 officers took a report of a cold fraud that occurred within the City of Longmont. The case is closed at this time.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday, 06-26-2018, Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Bross Street, Longmont, CO 80501 on a unlawful sexual contact. Police are still investigating. Case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 6/25/18, officers responded to the 1100 block of Fall River Cir on the report of a possible Domestic Violence incident. An adult female was placed into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.
