July 29, 2018 DUI On July 29th, 2018, Officers responded to the 1300 BLK of Collyer Street on report of a disturbance. Officers arrived and contacted three adults, one inside of a vehicle in the driver's seat.

July 29, 2018

DUI

On July 29th, 2018, Officers responded to the 1300 BLK of Collyer Street on report of a disturbance. Officers arrived and contacted three adults, one inside of a vehicle in the driver's seat. The driver of the vehicle was arrested on DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On July 29, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a burglary in the 4500 blk of Bella Vista Dr. No suspect information was available and the case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On July 29, 2018 at about 1600 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department took a report of a cold first degree vehicle trespass that occurred in the area of 400 Blk of South Francis Street, Longmont, CO. The victim reported a custom wheelchair being taken from vehicle. No suspects at this time. Case Closed.

TRESPASS

On Sunday, July 29, 2018, at approximately 1858 hours, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Dickson Street on an adult male trespassing on the property. The male had been issued a written warning advising him not to return to the property on June 6, 2018. The male was issued a summons for trespassing and released. The case is cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Saturday, July 28, 2018 at about 2137 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of McCall Place on a report of criminal trespass. Upon arrival officers found a person was trying vehicle door handles on cars parked in a parking lot. Officers recovered a wallet and returned it to the owner. Case closed.

LOST PROPERTY

On July 28, 2018 Longmont Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of East Ken Pratt Blvd, on the report of a criminal trespass of a vehicle. Case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.

WELFARE CHECK

On July 28, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of 16th Avenue on a welfare check. An adult female was placed on a mental health hold after making suicidal statements and cutting herself. This case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday 072818 at approximately 2348 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2700 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. on a disturbance. Two juvenile males were summonsed for vandalism and fighting words. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 072918 the Longmont Police Department responded to a domestic in the area of 4th Avenue and Main Street. A 22 year old male got into a physical altercation with a 21 year old female and his 21 year old girlfriend. The male was arrested and transported to jail on charges which included domestic violence related harassment, harassment, and third degree assault. Cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Sunday 072918 at approximately 0227 hours, the Longmont Police Department assisted the Larimer County Sheriff Office in apprehending an eluding suspect. One adult female was arrested by their agency on felony charges, and summonsed by the Longmont Police Department for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On July 29, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were patrolling in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. They contacted an adult male in the area for a municipal ordinance violation. It was later learned the male had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident on the warrant. Case closed by arrest.

TRESPASS

On July 29, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were in the area of 300 Ken Pratt Blvd doing extra patrols. A adult male and an adult female were contacted in the area illegally camping on the Greenway. Both parties were issued Summons. Case cleared by arrest/summons.

WARRANT ARREST

On 07/29/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. regarding a possible theft. Officers investigated the matter, and one subject was arrested without incident for unrelated warrants. The case remains open for further investigation.

BURGLARY

On July 29, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Sunlight Drive in reference to a theft. A report was taken and the case is closed due to insufficient suspect leads.

CHILD

On July 29, 2018 at about 1909 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 Blk of Dry Creek Drive, Longmont, CO for the report of a child abuse. The child was placed in the care of a family member and Department of Housing and Human Services with be doing follow up at a later date. Case closed.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On July 29, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 000 block of Gardner Dr. in reference to a suicide attempt. A 32 year old male was taken into protective custody. Case closed.

July 28, 2018

DUI

On July 28th, 2018, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 BLK of Main Street. The adult driver was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 07/28/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 600 blk of Buchanan Ln. reference a domestic incident. Case cleared by arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On July 25, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2400 block of 9th Ave. on a welfare check. An adult male was contacted and transported to the walk in clininc in Boulder. This report is for information only.

FRAUD

On 07/28/2018 at approximately 1607 officers were dispatched to a cold fraud report in the lobby of the Longmont Police Department. An incident that occured on 07/09/2018 was documented and the case closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 07/28/18, Officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Twin Sisters Dr due to suspected impaired driving. The driver was arrested for a suspended license. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On July 27, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of S Terry St reference a vehicle that had been broken into. It was reported that an unknown suspect entered a vehicle and stole a firearm from within. The adult male victim did not know who the suspect may be. Case closed due to lack of suspect information and evidence.

BURGLARY

On 07/27/2018 Longmont Police took a report of a possible burglary call in the 2300 block of Spotswood St. A report was taken and the case is closed with no leads or suspects at this time.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday July 27, 2018 at approximately 1852 hours, Officer's responded to the 2200 blk of E Ken Pratt Blvd, in the City of Longmont, County of Weld, Colorado, for the report of a restraining order violation. Case open.

MISSING PERSON

On 07/27/2018 Longmont Police responded to a residence in the 1300 block of Whitehall Drive reference a missing at risk male juvenile. The juvenile was later found and returned home. A report has been completed for informational purposes and the case is closed.

BURGLARY

On July 27, 2018, Longmont Police responded to a report of a burglary and theft in the 900 block of Sumac St. An adult male was contacted and a report taken. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

On July 27th, 2018, Officers responded to the 2200 BLK of East Ken Pratt BLVD on report of a theft from a business. Two adult females stole various items and fled on foot. This case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 07/27/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 600 blk of Lashley St. reference a domestic incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, July 27, 2018, at approximately 2230 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Main Street, Longmont, CO in response to a domestic incident. One adult was placed under arrest and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case Closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 07/28/18, Officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop. The driver was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On 07/28/2018 Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Saint Clair Ave on a report of a family disturbance. A report was taken and forwarded to Social Services for information. Case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Saturday July 28, 2018 at approximately 1300 hours an officer took a report of a cold burglary which occurred in the 1200 block of Venice St approximately one week ago. A report was taken and evidence recovered to be tested for possible suspect/s.

INJURED ANIMAL

On 07/28/18, Saturday, a citizen found a dog wandering in the road and turned it in to Animal Control. The dog was taken to the vet for the treatment of wounds.

THEFT

On Saturday, July 28, 2018, at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of 4th Street, Longmont, Colorado in response to a theft. Currently there are no suspects. Case Closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday July 28, 2018 at approximately 1528 hours, Officer's responded to the 2200 blk of E Ken Pratt Blvd, in the City of Longmont, County of Weld, Colorado, for the report of a shoplift. Cleared by summons.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, July 28, 2018 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street in reference to a shoplift. Three juvenile females were referred to LCJP. Case exceptionally cleared.

CHILD

On July 28, 2018 Officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street in response to a shoplift. A report for child abuse was taken and refered to DHHS. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, July 28, 2018 Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 700 blk of Ken Pratt Blvd with a warrant. He was booked then transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On July 28, 2018, at approximately 2002 hrs Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of S. Hover St on the report of a disturbance. No charges filed at this time, case is closed.

July 27, 2018

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 072618 the Longmont Police Department responded to a domestic in the 200 block of Sorento Place. A 30 year old female physically assaulted a 34 year old male prior to chasing him with a knife. The female was arrested and transported to jail on charges which included Domestic Violence related felony menacing and assault. Cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, July 27th, 2018, Longmont Officers took an adult male into custody on the 1600 block of Pace St for violating a protection order. Case cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On July 27, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 0 block of 21st Ave on the report of a disturbance. On adult male was contacted and taken into custody for obstruction. Case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On July 27, 2018 a burglary report was received from the 2400 block of Emery St. An adult male reported a table saw was stolen from his unsecured garage. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On July 27, 2018 a criminal mischief report was received from the 100 block of E 5th Ave. An adult male reported the windshield was busted out of his vehicle. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, July 27th, 2018, at approximately 08:20 hours, Officers investigated a domestic violence incident in the 2400 block of Bowen St. Follwoing the investigation, an adult female was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail.

BURGLARY

On 7/27/2018 the Longmont Police Department took a burglary report from an open garage door, which probably occurred on 7/23/2018. This case is open.

FRAUD

On July 27, 2018 a fraud report was received from the 2900 block of Lake Park Way. An adult female reported her debit card was stolen and used to make fraudulant purchases. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On July 27, 2018 a criminal mischief report was received from the 400 block of Lashley Street. An adult male reported damage to the front window glass of his store. No suspect information. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On 07/27/2018 around 1500 hours officers were dispatched to a cold burglary located in the 600 block of Frontage Road. It was determined at some point in the past 24 hours, and unknown idividual or individuals had forced entry into multiple storage units at the business. There were no known suspects. Case closed.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Friday, July 27, 2018 at approximately 1800 hours, an adult female eluded officers in the area of Longs Peak Avenue and Martin Street. She was later contacted and arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday, 07/27/2018, Longmont Police officers responded to the area of Ute Highway and Main St in response to a traffic accident. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for driving under the influence. Case Closed - Cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, 07/26/2018, Longmont Police officers met with an adult female at the Longmont Police Department in reference to a protection order violation. Officers applied for an arrest warrant. Case Closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On July 26, 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1000 block of Kimbark St on the report of an adult male with a warrant. The male was contacted and placed into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On July 26, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Sapphire Ln. on the report of a suicidal male. An adult male was contacted and transported to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold. This case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont female was bit by a dog while considering adoption. The dog has been placed on quarantine.

CHILD

On Thursday, 07/26/2018 Longmont Police officers responded to the area of Collyer Park in reference to an unattended child. The child was returned home safely. Case Closed.

MENACING

On Thursday, July 26, 2018 at about 2209 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street on a report of menacing. Upon arrival officers were advised an adult male held a knife up towards another adult male who in return held up a box cutter to the first male. Case closed.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 07/27/18, Officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop at 9th Ave and Main St due to no plates. K9 alerted to narcotics. Meth pipe and digital scale found inside. Passenger issued summons for drug paraphernalia and driver issued summons for no plate. Case cleared by arrest-summons issued.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, July 27, 2018, officers were dispatched to a report of a stolen motor scooter from the 00 block of S Main St. The case is closed pending identification of a suspect.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday July 27, 2018 at approximately 1000 hours, Officer's took a report of a cold first degree criminal trespass, which occurred in the 800 blk of Lashley St, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On Friday, July 27, 2018 Longmont Police took a phone call of a cold burglary that occurred over a week ago in the 700 blk of Grandview Meadows Dr. An Xbox was stolen from an apartment. No suspect information is available. Case will be closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, July 27, 2018, at approximately 1530 hours Longmont Police Officers were dispatched, via phone call, on a reported automobile theft from the 2100 block of Zlaten Drive, Longmont, CO. There currently are no suspects. Case Closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 07/27/ 2018, at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of 5th Ave, an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a disturbance. After a detailed investigation there was no probable cause to pursue criminal charges however, a report was taken for informational purposes. Case closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 07/27/2018 officers investigated a possible assault that took place in the area of Harvard St and Lakeshore Dr. The assault took place in Boulder County and not the city of Longmont. This case is for informational purposes only and will be forwarded to Boulder County Sheriff's Office for further follow up. Case is closed.
