FRAUD

A Longmont resident in the 00 block of East Mountain View Avenue reported an incident of identity theft occurring outside the city limits of Longmont.

FRAUD

On 7/23/19, the Longmont Police Department began investigating a stolen debit card used to ship merchandise. This case is being investigated.

THEFT

On July 23, 2019, a theft report was received from the 100 block of Primrose Court. An adult female reported money being stolen from her from a former business partner.

AUTO THEFT

The Longmont Police Department took a report of an attempted Auto Theft from 2535 Sunset Street.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, 7/23/19, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Grand Avenue and South Emery Street in reference to an injury accident. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for active arrest warrants. Cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, Police took an informational report on the 900 block of South Hover Street. An adult male made a broad reference to shooting up a store. A report was taken to document the incident.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at approximately 1906 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 17th Avenue and Hover Street in reference to a motorcycle that in a business parking lot with a flat tire. Officers determined that the motorcycle was stolen out of Ft. Collins. The owner was notified of the recovery.

FRAUD

On July 21, 2019, a Longmont Police Officer fielded a fraud report from the 1200 block of South Hover Street. An adult female was contacted. There are no viable leads at this time.

CHILD

On Monday, 7/22/19, a Longmont police officer took a report of child abuse occurring in the 2400 block of Airport Road. The case is open.

FOUND PROPERTY

On July 22, 2019 Longmont police officers were requested to assist on the collection of narcotics items from the 000 block of South Main Street.

TRESPASS 

On 7/23/19, the Longmont Police Department contacted an adult male trespassing on municipal grounds in the 700 block of Longs Peak Avenue. The male was issued a summons for after hours presence on municipal grounds. Cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG 

A Longmont male was bitten by the family dog in the 4300 block of Bella Vista Drive. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

BURGLARY 

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at approximately 0816 hours, an officer took a report of a cold burglary to a garage which occurred in the 2100 block of Sand Dollar Circle. There are no suspects at this time.

THEFT

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, officers responded to the 1300 block of Baker Street in response to a theft. An investigation was conducted and a report was made.

WARRANT ARREST

July 23, 2019, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 600 Peck Drive on the report of a wanted party in the area. Juvenile male was contacted and placed under arrested for outstanding warrants.

CHILD 

On 7/23/19 at approximately1051 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of Longspeak Avenue in reference to a child call for service.

SEX ASSAULT

On 7/23/19, at approximately 1137 hours, Longmont Police took a third hand phone call in reference to an alleged sex assault. The information was passed to the correct jurisdiction.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

The Longmont Police Department arrested an adult female at 1035 Kimbark Street on several Probation Violation Detainers. Cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 7/23/19, Longmont Police responded to a business in the 200 block of Collyer Street in reference to a disturbance between an adult female and her 9 year-old child. Police collected the available information and a report was taken for informational purposes.

VICIOUS DOG

A juvenile was bitten by a neighbor's loose dog in the 1400 block of Morningside Drive. The dog owner was warned and the dog placed on quarantine at home.

VICIOUS DOG

On Tuesday, 7/23/19, a 15 year-old girl was bitten by a neighbor's dog as she walked by. The dog has been put on quarantine at its home.

AUTO THEFT 

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, Officers responded to a motor vehicle theft via phone. At this time this case is open pending future investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at approximately 1900 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Kingston Court in reference to a domestic incident. Police contacted an adult male, adult female and juvenile female. The case is currently closed. This report for information only.

DISTURBANCE

On July 23, 2019 at approximately 1853 hours, the Longmont Police Department placed a juvenile male on a mental health hold. The case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, 7/23/19 Longmont Police Officers responded to the Longmont Police Department in reference to an adult female on scene with active arrest warrants. The female was contacted and arrested without incident. Cleared by arrest.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 7/23/19, officers took a phone call reference a narcotics complaint involving to juvenile males in the 1500 block of Calkins Avenue. The case is open.
