AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 1400 block of Terry Street reported his vehicle was stolen. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported identity theft in the 800 block of Tanager Circle. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DISTURBANCE

On January 31, 2019 at approximately 0136 hours, officers responded to the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a disturbance. An adult male was arrested for obstruction and other related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On 1/30/19, police responded to a disturbance. A male was transported to the hospital due to intoxication and advised to call back when sober to report a crime. Once reported the case was closed due to a lack of evidence.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, January 31, 2019 at approximately 0900 hours, Longmont police began an investigation into unlawful sexual contact allegations occurring in 2017 in the 1100 block of Lefthand Drive. This case is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday 1/31/19, officers investigated a restraining order violation. There was no evidence to support a violation. This case is closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Thursday, 1/31/19, a report was taken in reference to an outside agency assist.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 1/31/19, Longmont officers investigated a report of a domestic violence incident that occurred between one adult male and one adult female. This case is open pending investigation.

VICIOUS DOG

On January 30, 2019, a 19 year-old woman was bitten by her own dog while breaking up a dog fight. The dog was quarantined at home away from the other dogs and the owners were warned about the behavior.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the lobby of the police department reference civil issues. Police contacted an adult female. This case is closed. For information only.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported identity theft in the 200 block of Maggie Street. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 1/30/19, officers responded for a first degree criminal trespass from a vehicle in the 600 block of Mountain View Avenue. This case was closed by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, January 31, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 900 block of 23rd Avenue in reference to a report of vehicle theft. A 36 year-old male reported his vehicle stolen. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

ROBBERY

On 1/31/19 at approximately 0539 hours, Longmont officers was dispatched to a call of a shoplift or possible robbery in progress in the 2800 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard. A juvenile male was taken into custody on scene. This case was cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

The Longmont Police Department investigated a burglary in the 1400 block of Coffman Street. This case is closed.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On Thursday, 1/31/19 at approximately 1013 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a property damage crash in the 2500 block of Main Street. There was not enough information to substantiate a crash report. This case is closed.

DUI

On Thursday, 1/31/19 at approximately 1111 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the intersection of 6th Avenue and Terry Street on an injury crash. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. This case was cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 1300 block of Sherman Drive. This case is closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

THEFT

A Dacono resident reported his trailer stolen from the 400 block of Weaver Park Road in Longmont. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

CHILD

The Longmont Police Department investigated a child abuse at 1600 Hover Street. This case is open.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On January 31, 2019, Longmont police responded to the Boulder County Probation office at 1035 Kimbark to arrest an adult male on a probation detainer. This case was cleared by arrest.

ASSIST

On Thursday, 1/31/19 at approximately 1546 hours, officers assisted a local mental health facility take an adult male who was in a mental crisis into protective custody. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 1/31/19, Longmont officers arrested one adult male in the 1800 block of Delaware Place on a protection order violation. This case was closed, cleared by arrest.
