CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 1300 block of South Terry Street. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

MISSING PERSON

An Arvada resident reported a missing person in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On January 30, 2019, an identity theft report was received from the 2100 block of Frontier Street. An adult female reported her debit card was used to make several fraudulent purchases. After a short investigation the original case was unfounded and the adult female was referred to LCJP for falsely reporting a crime. This case is closed.

MENACING

On Wednesday, 1/30/19 at 1131 hours, Longmont police officers took a 17 year-old male into custody for felony menacing, possession of a handgun by a juvenile, possession of schedule II narcotics for an incident which took place in the 2900 block of Nelson Road. This case was cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 1/30/19, the Longmont Police Department arrested a female for a violation of Community Corrections. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was closed.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, 1/30/19, a report was received from the Denver Police Department in reference to an identity theft which occurred in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is under investigation.

AUTO THEFT

On January 29, 2019, Longmont officers were dispatched to a stolen vehicle report in the 600 block of Rider Ridge Drive. There is no suspect information. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On January 29, 2019, the Longmont Police Department took a report from a home owner who stated her home was burglarized in the 500 block of Independence Drive. This case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at about 2140 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Pheasant Drive on a report of a disturbance between a father and daughter. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On January 29, 2019 at approximately 2215 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop near 6th Avenue and Emery Street. An adult male was found to have a warrant for his arrest for a failure to appear. He was arrested, released on bond, and the case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 1/30/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Emery Street in reference to a male and female party possibly having relations in the community laundry room. An adult male was found to be in violation of a protection order. This case was cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

Longmont police responded to 2142 Main Street on a report of a trespass. An adult male was issued a municipal summons for trespassing and released at the scene.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 2400 block of Meadow Street. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

WELFARE CHECK

On Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at approximately 0831 hours, Longmont police conducted a welfare check on an adult female possibly having a mental health episode. The female was being transported to a facility by a relative. She exited the vehicle and became uncooperative. Officers contacted the female, a CORE clinician responded and the female was taken into protective custody without incident.

WARRANT ARREST

The Longmont Police Department arrested an adult male at 225 Kimbark Street as he was surrendering himself on a Boulder County Sheriff's Office warrant. This case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1300 block of Lamplighter Drive. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DUI

On Wednesday, 1/30/19 at approximately 1217 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a traffic complaint/reported drunk driver in the area of 17th Avenue and Alpine Street. The vehicle was contacted near 17th Avenue and Main Street and one adult female was arrested for DUI without incident. This case was cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On 1/30/19 at approximately 1400 hours, officers responded to the 1700 block of Main Street for a trespassing complaint. This case was cleared by arrest, summons issued.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Wednesday January 30th, 2019, at approximately 1530 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to contact a party by phone in reference to a suspicious incident. This case was closed. This report is for informational purposes only.

ASSAULT

On January 30, 2019 at approximately 1500 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a menacing that occurred to an adult female in the 500 Block of Independence Drive in October 2018.

DEATH

On January 30, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 1400 block of Elmhurst Drive to investigate an unattended death of an adult male. The case is open pending further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On January 30, 2019, Longmont officers responded to the 0 block of Seattle Lane on a call of domestic violence between one adult male and one adult female. Upon further investigation it was found to be an argument resolved by separating the two individuals. This case was closed.

THEFT

On Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 1858 hours, Longmont police took a cold theft report in the 800 block of South Hover Street. No suspect information is available so this case will be closed due to a lack of workable leads.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On January 30, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1700 block of Princess Drive on a suspicious male looking into vehicles. The male was contacted and taken into custody after becoming uncooperative and obstructing officers. This case was cleared by arrest.
