Longmont Police Report - January 22, 2019

DRUG VIOLATION On 1/21/19, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle near East 5th Avenue and Greenwood Lane. The adult male driver and adult male passenger were later arrested on numerous narcotic related charges.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 1/21/19, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle near East 5th Avenue and Greenwood Lane. The adult male driver and adult male passenger were later arrested on numerous narcotic related charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

STABBING

On January 21, 2019, at approximately 2340 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to a report of a female who stated she was being chased by her husband with a knife. The incident occurred in the 1800 Block of Mount Sneffles Street. The female sustained two stab wounds to the chest. The male was located in the residence and he had a laceration to his neck. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 1/22/19, Longmont officers responded to the 2000 block of Estes Lane on the report of a domestic disturbance. This case is closed at this time.

THEFT

On January 22, 2019, a theft report was received from the 2500 block of Main Street. An adult male reported items were stolen from his business. A suspect was contacted and issued a summons. This case is cleared by arrest - summons issued.

WARRANT ARREST

On 01/22/19, at approximately 1845 hours, Longmont police officers responded to the 700 block of Main Street on a warrant arrest. Officers contacted an adult female who was placed into custody for an active warrant. The female was later released on bond. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, January 15, 2019, officers responded to the 600 block of Gooseberry Drive in reference to a domestic violence incident. An adult female was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Thursday, January 17, 2019, Longmont police officers, we were dispatched to the 200 block of South Main Street in reference to a warrant for a failure to appear. This case was closed with an arrest of an adult male.

LIQUOR LAW

On Friday, 1/18/19, officers took a report of a juvenile female in possession of alcohol in the 600 block of East Mountain View Avenue. Following an investigation, a juvenile female was issued a summons into municipal court.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, 1/20/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle. There is no suspect information. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On 1/22/19, officers responded to the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a disturbance. An adult male was issued a summons. This case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On January 21, 2019, a fraud report was received from the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. An adult male reported his bank card information was used to make two fraudulent purchases. This case is closed.

THEFT

On Monday, 1/22/19, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 1500 block of 14th Avenue. This case is under investigation.

FRAUD

Longmont police responded to the McDonald's restaurant located at 1900 Main Street on a report of a forgery in progress. This case has been closed.

HARASSMENT

On Friday 1/17/19, police investigated a harassment in the 1000 block of Button Rock Drive. A juvenile male was cited. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT 

On January 22, 2019, at approximately 1730 hours, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Hover Street on the report of a theft. An adult female was given a Longmont municipal summons and released.

TRESPASS

On Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at 2000 hours, officers were dispatched to 1600 Iron Horse Drive on a first degree criminal trespassing. Due to a lack of suspect information, this case is closed.
