FRAUD

A Longmont business in the 1000 block of Alta Vita Court reported an incident of forgery. The case status is open and has been forwarded for further investigation.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 600 block of 10th Avenue. This case is closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, 1/17/19, officers took a report of a cold harassment from the 1800 block of Stroh Place. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On January 17, 2019 a fraud report was received from the 2600 block of Beech Circle. An adult male reported his personal information was used fraudulently to establish a cell phone account and purchase phones. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On January 17, 2019 a fraud report was received from the 800 block of Hilltop Street. An adult male reported his personal information was used to make a fraudulent purchase. This case is closed.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On January 17, 2019 a criminal mischief report was received from the 100 block of Ash Court. An adult female reported the windows were busted out of her vehicle. This case is closed.

THEFT

On January 17, 2019, the Longmont Police Department investigated a license plate theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. This case is closed.

THEFT

On January 14, 2019, Longmont police investigated a theft in the 2200 block of 17th Avenue. No evidence was available to suggest any suspects and the case is closed.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On Wednesday, 1/16/19, officers responded to a hit-and-run accident near Price Road and South Fancis Street. The case is open with a suspect identified.

SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business located in the 2500 block of Main Street reported an theft of merchandise. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, January 17, 2019, at approximately 0842 hours, Longmont police began an investigation into sexual assault allegations in the 200 block of Sweet Valley Court. This case is open pending further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at around 2150 hours, Longmont police investigated a domestic incident in the 4000 block of Lucca Drive. No crimes were committed and the investigation is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 1/17/19, an employee of Longmont Power and Communications reported damage to a street light pole in the area of Moonlight Drive and Bluemoon Drive. There are no suspects, the case is closed.

THEFT

On Wednesday, 1/16/19, Longmont police took a report of a theft in the 1000 block of Sunset Street. This case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.

THEFT

On January 17, 2019, at approximately 1500 hours, officers responded to the 600 block of Main Street on a report of a theft. No suspects were identified and this case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On 1/17/19, officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street on a report of a shop lift. While investigating an adult male shoplifter, officers witnessed an adult female, unrelated to the original call, conceal merchandise inside her backpack. Officers contacted the female and upon investigation, she was found to have an illicit controlled substance on her person. The adult female was booked and transported to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On 1/17/19, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of Terry Street in reference to a possible burglary in progress. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
