THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 400 block of Main Street. This case is closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, January 11, 2019, at about 0543 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Main Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found a violation of a protection order was committed. This case is open.

FRAUD

On Friday, 1/11/19, Longmont police received a report of a theft from an at-risk elderly female. The theft was an internet scam and most likely the suspects are out of state/out of country. This report is a courtesy report for the Longmont resident victim. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On January 4, 2019, Longmont police investigated a report of possible sexual assault between juveniles and self harming behavior. After an investigation, this case is closed with no probable cause, and associated parties were provided resources for the self harm concerns.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On January 7, 2019, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 15th Avenue to assist Boulder County Housing and Human Services. Officers responded and assisted with contacting an adult male and an adult female in reference to a case that was being worked by DHHS. Officers assisted with the investigation and it was later determined to be a civil matter. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On January 10, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 500 block of 3rd Avenue on a fraud. An unknown adult female attempted to pass a counterfeit bill. She was refused service and left prior to officers' arrival. This case is closed.

DUI

On January 10, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to a report of a suspected drunk driver in the 1600 block of Pace Street. An adult male was contacted in a vehicle and arrested for driving under the influence. This case is cleared by arrest.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On January 10, 2019, at approximately 2230 hours, Longmont police responded to South Hover Road and Clover Basin Drive on the report of an injury accident. An adult female was issued a summons. This case is closed.

TRAFFIC STOPĀ 

On 1/11/19, Longmont officers made a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Collyer Street. An adult male was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and open containers of marijuana in a vehicle. This case is cleared by arrest. Summons issued.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On January 11, 2019, at approximately 0020 hours, Longmont police responded to the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on the report of a hit-and-run accident. The case will be closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 1/11/19, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of 9th Avenue. Upon arrival, officers were able to speak with an adult male and an adult female.

WARRANT ARREST

On 1/11/19, Longmont police responded to the 300 block of Lashley Street in reference to an attempt to locate a subject with an active warrant. Police located the subject, who was arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 1/11/19, Longmont police responded to the 400 block of Lashley Street in reference to a cold criminal mischief report. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made at this time. This case is currently closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 1/11/19, Longmont police conducted a follow-up for a previous incident near the 1700 block of Sunset Street. A report was taken for informational purposes only.

ASSAULT

On Friday, January 11, 2019, at approximately 1544 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched via phone on a reported assault. No arrests were made and this case remains open.

WARRANT ARREST

On 1/11/19, at approximately 1536 hours, Longmont police responded to a report of a juvenile male with active warrants for his arrest. Upon arrival, one juvenile male was contacted and arrested without incident on the warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On 1/11/19, officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street on a report of a shop lift. Upon arrival, the adult male had fled the scene. The case will be closed due to a lack of suspect information.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 1/11/19, officers took a report of a suspicious situation that took place on 1/10/19 around 2200 hours regarding three children. This report is for informational purposes only. This case is closed.
