PROTECTION ORDER

On October 16, 2018, officers investigated a protection order violation. After an investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 9100 block of Nelson Road. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

MISSING PERSON

A Longmont resident reported a missing person. This case is open.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported a theft in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is open.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On January 9, 2019, a theft report was received from the 2700 block of Nelson Road. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered and items were stolen from inside. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On January 10, 2019, a identity theft report was received from the 200 block of 9th Avenue. An adult female reported her debit card number was used to make fraudulent transactions. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 1/10/19, officers investigated a protection order violation that occurred in the 800 block of Vivian Street. The suspect was identified and arrested.

ASSAULT

On 1/10/19, at approximately 1339 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a call for service regarding an alleged assault that had occurred in the 800 block of Main Street. A detailed report was taken and the case will remain open pending follow up.

WARRANT ARREST

On January 10, 2019, at approximately 1732 hours, officers arrested an adult male on two outstanding warrants for traffic offenses. The male bonded out and the case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Tuesday, January 8, 2019, officers responded to the 900 block of Grandview Meadows Drive in reference to a stolen wallet. A report was taken and the case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On January 9, 2019, at approximately 1315 hours, officers took a report of a sexual assault of a juvenile female. The case is open and was referred to the detective division for investigation.

CURFEW/JUVI PROBLEM

On Wednesday 1/9/19, at approximately 2327 hours, police responded to the 700 block of Tenacity Drive in relation to a disturbance. A juvenile male was issued a summons for curfew. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, 1/10/19, at approximately 0124 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Pratt Street. An adult male was arrested for an active warrant and he was issued a summons for traffic violations. This case cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On Friday, 1/4/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and Zlaten Drive in reference to a trespass. A juvenile male was contacted and later issued a summons for trespassing. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A male was accused of animal cruelty. After watching a video of the incident, no charges were given.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday 1/10/19, at 1315 hours, a Longmont police officer took a report of an alleged sexual assault which took place on Monday, 1/7/19, at 0900 hours, in the 300 block of Atwood Street in the City of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, 1/10/19, at approximately 1632 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop at 4th Avenue and Kimbark Street. One adult female was arrested for an outstanding warrant and new traffic charges without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On Thursday, January 10, 2019, at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street in response to a reported trespass. One adult was contacted and arrested on outstanding warrants. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On January 10, 2019, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a possible harassment that occurred in the 1500 Block of Main Street. An adult male was reporting that his ex-girlfriend had texted him two days ago and he didn't want to have any communication with her. The case is closed unless further leads develop.

ASSAULT

On 1/10/19, at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont police responded to the 600 block of Martin Street in reference to an assault. This case is open pending further investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, 1/10/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and Sherman Drive in reference to a possibly intoxicated male. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for outstanding warrants. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.

DUI

On January 10, 2019, officers responded to the 900 block of Grant Street on the report of an injury accident. A vehicle hit a parked vehicle and ended up in the front yard of a residence. The adult female driver was arrested for DUI related charges. This case is cleared by arrest.
