CHILD
On 01/25/2020 Longmont Police responded to the 1300 block of Coffmant St on a report of a an adult harboring two runaway juvenile males in an apartment. Upon arriving on scene, police contacted the two males at the apartment. Both were later returned to their parents. The two adults in the aparment were placed into custody for various charges. Case cleared by arrest.
WARRANT ARREST
On 012520 the Longmont Police Department contacted an adult male in the lobby of the LPD who turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear. The male was arrested and transported to jail. Cleared by arrest.
WELFARE CHECK
On January 25, 2020 the Longmont Police Department completed a welfare check in the area of 19th Ave. and Main St. An adult female was placed into protective custody and placed on a 72 Hour Mental Health Hold.
PROTECTION ORDER
On January 25, 2020, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Delaware Ave on a report of a suicidal party. An adult male was arrested for violating his protection order and the case is cleared by arrest.
ASSAULT
On 01/24/2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 800 block of 15th Ave on a report of an assault. Upon arrival an adult male was found to have been assaulted and was transported to the hospital. At this point there are no suspect leads.
WELFARE CHECK
On 1-25-20 at 0025 hrs., officers responded to a welfare check in the 1500 block of Pratt Street. A teen female was taken into protective custody after admitted she tried to overdose on medications in an attempt to harm herself.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On Saturday, January 25th, 2020, at around 0306 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Terry St on a report of a suspicious incident. An adult female was taken to the hospital and placed on an emergency mental health hold. Nothing criminal at this time.
FRAUD
On 01/25/2020 Longmont Police took a call reference possible fraudulent activity on a party's bank account, who lives in the 2000 block of Nelson Rd. in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. Police collected the available information and the case is open.
DUI
On January 25th, 2020, Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of 3rd Ave and Sunset Street. Four adults were contacted in the vehicle. The adult male driver was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.
MISSING PERSON
On 01/25/2020 Longmont Police took a report of a missing runaway juvenile in the 900 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. Police collected the available information and the juvenile has been entered into the system as a runaway.
VICIOUS DOG
A Longmont male was bitten by a dog while jogging. The owner was located and the dog was quarantined at home.
THEFT
On January 25, 2020 around 2130 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of Main St. On a report of a theft. A report was taken.
THEFT
On 012520 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a theft from a business in the 500 block of Main Street. Two adult male suspects were identified, contacted, and issued summonses. Cleared by arrest.
