Thursday, January 2 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF On Thursday, 12/26/19 at 2045 hrs, a group of 6 to 8 young males were seen jumping on a picnic table on Kanamoto Park at Lefthand Dr. The table was destroyed and no suspects were identified.

Thursday, January 2

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, 12/26/19 at 2045 hrs, a group of 6 to 8 young males were seen jumping on a picnic table on Kanamoto Park at Lefthand Dr. The table was destroyed and no suspects were identified.

ARSON

On Tuesday, December 31, 2019, Police and Fire responded to the 4500 block of Redmond Dr on a fire. Several juveniles were observed starting a shrub on fire. The case is under investigation.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, January 02, 2020, at about 1504 hours, Longmont PSTs handled a report of criminal trespass of a vehicle that occurred around March 2019, license plates and a radio system were stolen. The incident was located at the 10th block of 9th Ave.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, January 1 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of Main Street in reference to a report of trespassing. A 41 year old male was arrested on two unrelated outstanding misdemeanor warrants. The case is cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On January 1, 2020 at about 2300 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to an unknown situation at 000 block of Valentine Lane, Longmont, CO. Informational report.

ASSAULT

On Thursday 01/02/2020 at approximately 0006 hours police responded to the 1900 block South Fordham Street in relation to an elder abuse assault. There are no additional leads to follow.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, 01/02/2020, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of Grand Ave and S Main St in reference to a possible criminal mischief incident. An adult female was contacted and later arrested. Cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 01/02/2020 Longmont Police recieved a report of civil custody issues between two parents, as well as a domestic violence incident that occurred in Firestone, CO. This report is for informational purposes only and this investigatino has been forwarded to the Firestone Police Department.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On 01/02/20 at 1300 hrs. I a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult female was taken into custody by order of the court and sentenced to twenty days in jail. The adult female was transported to the Boulder Jail to serve out her sentence. Case was cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 01/02'/20 at 1500 hrs a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the lobby of the police station. An adult male was contacted and advised he was turning himself in on an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the adult male was taken into custody. The adult male was released on bond with a return court date. The case was cleared by arrest

THEFT

On Thursday, 01/02/20, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1100 Blk. of Francis St. The case is under investigation.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, 01/02/2019, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of S Main St and Quail Rd in reference to a criminal mischief incident. An adult female was contacted and a report was taken.

FRAUD

On January 2, 2020, the Longmont Police Department investigated a fraud in the 2500 block of Main Street. There are no suspects at this time.

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, January 2, 2020, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Thursday 01/02/2019 at approximately 1155 hrs, Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Cameron Ln regarding an adult male with an active warrant. Adult male was found to be in possession of narcotics. Adult male was later arrested and transported to the jail.

MISSING PERSON

A Longmont resident reported a missing person in the 1700 block of Antero Drive. This case is closed as the person has been located.

WARRANT ARREST
On Thursday, January 1, 2020, at 1816 hours, Longmont Police arrested a 46-year-old male in the 800 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. The male was arrested without incident for an outstanding warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, January 1, 2020, at 1816 hours, Longmont Police investigated a possible sexual assault in the 1300 block of Dogwood Ln. This case is open and has been forwarded to Detectives for review and follow up.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Thursday January 1st, 2020, at approximately 1900 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Kay St. reference a juvenile party with an outstanding arrest warrant. Police contacted the juvenile and a parent. Cleared by arrest.

Friday, January 3

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bit by her dog while breaking up a dog fight between her two dogs.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, January 2, 2020 at about 1830 hours, I, Officers with the Longmont Police Department was dispatched a name and number regarding a harassment in the 100 Blk of 9th Ave., Longmont, CO. Informational report only

BURGLARY

On 01/02/2020 the Longmont Police received a report of a residential burglary, which occurred in the 1000 block of 16th Ave. A known suspect allegedly entered the residence unlawfully, and stole items of value from within. This case is under investigation.

DUI

On 01/03/2020 the Longmont Police contacted a vehicle for an equipment violation in the 900 block of Main St. Upon contact, the adult female driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and was taken into custody without incident. The female was booked and later released to a sober party on a summons.

WARRANT ARREST

On January 3, 2020, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Kimbark St reference an adult male with an active warrant. The male was taken in to custody without incident.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Friday, 01-03-2020, Longmont Police responded to the report of 3 individuals smoking something out of tin foil, in the area of Lashley St and 15th Ave. 2 of the 3 individuals were located, and later arrested. Cleared by Arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A juvenile female was bitten by the family cat. The cat was placed under quaratine.

BURGLARY

On 01/03/2020 Longmont Police took a report of a commercial business burglary in the 00 block of S. Main St. Police collected the available information and a report was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 01/03/20 at approximately 0847 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1300-block of Hilltop Dr in reference to a damaged vehicle. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

TRESPASS

On Friday, January 3, 2020, at approximately 1440 hours, Longmont Police received a call reference a suspicious situation in the 1700 block of Spencer St. An adult male suspect was reported to have entered a residence in the area. When confronted by the home owner, the unknown male suspect left. No further information.

THEFT

On 01/03/2020 officers received information that an adult male has been stealing money from his place of employment in the 1800 block of Main St for the last several months. This case will remain open for investigation.

MISSING PERSON

On 010320 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a runaway from the 200 block of East 8th Avenue. An adult female reported her juvenile daughter had run away and requested a report.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Thursday, 01/02/20, Longmont Police responded to a hit and run accident at Main Street and 17th Avenue. One vehicle left the scene and this case is still under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, January 2, 2020, at approximately 2252 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Bowen St and Alaska Ave. An adult male was arrested on outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 01/03/2020, Longmont officers responded to the 200 block of Hover Road on a reported suspicious situation. Evidence was collected.

SHOPLIFT

On 01/03/2020, Longmont officers responded to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd on a shoplift.

Saturday, January 4

BURGLARY

On Friday, January 3, 2020 at about 2016 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department was dispatched to 2300 Blk of Winding Drive, Longmont, CO for the report of a burglary. No suspect information at this time.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 01/04/2019, Longmont Police received information referencing a cold trespass to a vehicle in the area of 5th Ave. and Baker St. Police collected the available information, and no arrests have been made as of the time of this report.

BURGLARY

On Saturday January 04, 2020 at approximately 1000 hours an officer took a theft report from a locker from a business in the 2200 block of Main St.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 010420 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a theft that occurred in the 4400 block of Redmond Drive. An adult female reported an adult male took documents from her. This case is under investigation.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On January 4, 2020 the Longmont Police Department placed an adult female on a 72 hour Mental Health Hold.

LITTERING

On 01/04/2019 Officers were dispatched to a littering call on the 1100 block of Main Street. No suspects have been identified at this time.

LOST PROPERTY

On January 4, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of lost property in the 2200 block of Pratt St. This case is closed.

MENACING

On 01/04/2020 officers responded to the 1900 block of Mccall Pl on a report of a possible menacing between two adult males. After investigation officers could not determine if a crime had been committed.

On December 29, 2019, Longmont Police took several reports of motor vehicles being entered in the 1800 block of Ashford Cir. Several people were spoken to and a report taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, January 3, 2020 at about 2230 hours, Officers with the Longmont police department responded to 1400 blk of Deerfield Court, Longmont, CO for the report of a domestic violence disturbance. One party was arrested and taken to the Boulder County Jail.

DUI

On Saturday 01/04/2019 at approximately 0200 hours police responded to the zero hundred block 9th Avenue in relation to an unknown injury accident. An adult male was later arrested for DUI and other charges. The case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, January 4, 2020, Longmont Police Officer's responded to a theft which occured at the 500 block of S Hover St. A 61 year old male was issued a summons.

WELFARE CHECK

On January 4, 2020 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2900 block of Lakeshore Dr. on the report of a disturbance. An adult male was contacted and placed on a 72 hour Mental Health Hold.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday 01/04/2020 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Renaissance Drive on a domestic incident.

LOST PROPERTY

On 1/3/20, an officer took a report regarding a lost driver's license.

Sunday, January 5

HARASSMENT

On Sunday 01/05/2019 at approximately 0321 hours police responded to the area of East 9th Avenue and Alpine Street in relation to a domestic incident. There was no crime committed. This report is generated for informational purposes.

CHILD

On 01/05/2020, at approximately 0325 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 15th St, and Martin Rd, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, in reference to a child that was located without any parents or guardians.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

On 01/05/2020, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of 17th ave and Sumner St on a hit and run accidnet. An adult male was later contacted and arrested and released on a summons.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 01/05/2020, at approximately 0429 hours, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E. St Clair Ave, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, in reference to a disturbance in progress.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday January 5, 2020 at approximately 1200 hours officers arrested an adult male on an outstanding warrant in the 1700 block of Hover St.

On January 5, 2020 the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of 918 S Bross St on the report of a suspicious male. The adult male was contacted and found to have an active arrest warrant. Male was taken into custody.

On Sunday January 5, 2019 at approximately 1510 hours, Officer's responded to 1200 Blk of Hover St, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County,Colorado in regards to a physical disturbance taking place.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont boy was bit by the family dog, the dog was placed on quarantine at the shelter.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday, January 5, 2020, Longmont Police Officer's were dispatched to a theft at the 500 block of S Hover St. A twenty-eight year old female was contacted and later arrested on warrant charges.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On January 5, 2019, officers responded to the 700 block of Baker St. on a report of a suicide attempt. An adult male was transported to the hospital for a mental health hold and the case is closed.

DUI

On 01/05/2020, Longmont officers responded to the 1300 block of S Coffman Street on a reported hit and run accident. One adult male was arrested for DUI and other traffic offenses. Case cleared by arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 01/05/2020 Officers responded to the 2700 block of East Ken Pratt Blvd. on a suicidal party. A Juvenile male was taken into protective custody and placed on a mental health hold.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, January 4, 2019, officers responded to the 800 block of Kimbark on a disturbance between an adult male and an adult female. The adult female did not want to press charges and the case is closed.

On Saturday 01/05/2020 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1300 block of S. Coffman St.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On January 5, 2020, the Longmont Police Department investigated a domestic violence-related incident in the 00 block of Newby Place.

WARRANT ARREST

On January 5, 2020 around 1630 hrs, Longmont Police contacted an adult male in the 1100 block of Main St. for a traffic stop. The male was taken into custody on an existing warrant.
