THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1700 block of Main Street. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On February 16, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 600 block of 11th Avenue in reference to an adult female chasing an adult male through the area with an axe. Officers arrived on scene and contacted both parties. Through the investigation the female was taken into custody on domestic violence related charges. This case was closed by arrest.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Saturday, 2/16/19 at approximately 1554 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to Mountain View Avenue and Pace Street on an injury crash. One adult male was arrested on traffic charges and outstanding warrants. This case is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at approximately 2050 hours, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of Main Street for a disturbance. After the investigation, a Longmont woman was arrested on violation of two restraining orders, unrelated to the current incident. This case was cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 2/15/18, Longmont police officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Hover Street. The driver of the vehicle was found to have an active arrest warrant. The adult male was placed into custody and released to the Weld County Sheriff's office. This case is closed.

DUI

On Friday, 2/15/19, Longmont police officers responded to the intersection of Clover Basin Drive and Airport Road in reference to a vehicle stalled in the intersection. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for DUI. This case was closed and cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On February 15, 2019, officers responded to the 1200 block of Hover Street on the report of a theft from a business. One adult female was contacted. She was arrested for 2nd degree burglary and other applicable charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Friday, February 15, 2019 at approximately 2338 hours, officers responded to the 2100 block of Daily Drive on a report of a runaway juvenile female. The juvenile female was located in the residence. The juvenile female stated she ran away due to a fear of injury. After investigation officers determined no threat of injury was posed. This case is unfounded.

ASSAULT

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue in reference to a report of an assault. A 26 year-old female reported being assaulted by her roomate. A 22 year-old female was arrested. This case was cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman's dog was attacked by a loose dog.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A male was bitten by a ferret. The ferret was quarantined at home.

THEFT

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, officers were dispatched to a cold theft on the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. A report was taken for information only. This case is closed.

DEATH

On February 16, 2019, Longmont police responded to a medical call. A person was found to be deceased. An investigation was conducted and this case is open.

WELFARE CHECK

On February 16, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Dexter Drive in response to a welfare check. A report was taken for information only. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 1200 block of South Hover Street on report of a shoplift. Officers on scene investigated the shoplift and documented their findings. This case is closed.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday, 2/16/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of 17th Avenue and Alpine Street in reference to a suspicious situation. Three juveniles were contacted and a report was taken. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Saturday, 2/16/19, Longmont police officers took a report of a possible sex assualt by phone. The case remains open pending further investigation.

SEX ASSAULT

On 2/16/19 at approximately 2300 hours, Longmont police officers responded to the report of a possible assault that had occurred earlier that day in the 2300 block of 9th Avenue. This incident is still under investigation.

DUI

On 2/17/19, officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Main Street and Mountain View Avenue where an adult male was arrested. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, February 17, 2019, Longmont police were dispatched to a report of a domestic violence incident which occurred in the 600 block of South Main Street. A 23 year-old male reported his 19 year-old female girlfriend assaulted him. The female was arrested on domestic violence related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On February 17, 2019, an adult female approached Longmont police in the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Main Street claiming her boyfriend was trying to kill her. After investigation, an adult male was located and arrested in Westminster, Colorado on domestic violence, weapons offenses, and drug related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, February 17, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 1500 block of South Terry Street on the report of a disturbance. Officers investigated and documented their findings. This case was closed by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 2/16/19, Longmont police responded to the area near East Rogers Road and Sugarmill Road in reference to a suspicious incident. Police collected the available information and no arrests have been made at this time. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, officers took a report of a burglary in the 400 block of Main Street. A male reported that someone had broken into his place and took several items. There are no suspects at this time.This case is closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Saturday, February 16, 2019 at approximately 1908 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on an outside agency assist. Officers assisted Boulder Police Department Officers with apprehending two adult males with outstanding warrants. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, February 16, 2019 at around 2214 hours, Longmont police investigated a cold burglary in 1300 block of South Coffman Street. The investigation is closed.

THEFT

Officers took a report of a cell phone theft in the 2200 block of Main Street on 2/16/19. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 1600 block of Flemming Drive in response to a report of harassment. A 33 year-old female reported being harassed and stalked by her ex-boyfriend's family. More investigation is needed. This case is open.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, Longmont police investigated a vehicular eluding incident in 900 block of Hover St. A suspect has been identified and the investigation remains open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 2/17/19, Longmont police took a report of a business being vandalized in the 1800 block of Boston Avenue. A report was taken and the case is closed with no leads or suspects at this time.

IDENTITY THEFT

On 2/17/19, at approximately 1542 hours, officers were dispatched a fraud that occurred in the area of Summer Hawk Drive and East 9th Avenue. An adult female informed officers about her credit card being stolen and used. This case is still under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On February 7, 2019, Longmont officers responded to the 800 block of Allen Drive. on report of a suspicious situation. An adult male was taken into custody on a previous warrant. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday, February 17, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 800 block of Main Street on report of criminal mischief. Officers investigated and documented their findings. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Sunday, February 17, 2019 at approximately 2030 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street in response to a reported shoplifting. Suspect has not yet been identified. This case is closed.
