BURGLARY On Wednesday, 2/13/19, a report was taken in reference to a burglary which occurred in the 2400 block of 3rd Avenue Place. This case is closed as suspects are unknown.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday, 2/13/19, a report was taken in reference to a burglary which occurred in the 2400 block of 3rd Avenue Place. This case is closed as suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST

On 2/13/19, officers were dispatched to 1035 Kimbark Street in reference to a probation violation. This case was cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at approximately 2143 hours, Longmont police responded to the 500 block of Main Street on a report of a male refusing to leave a business. The male was arrested for a violation of a protection order and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was
cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On Tuesday, February 13, 2019, Longmont police officers received a report of harassment from an adult female in the 1600 block of 9th Avenue. It was
determined that no crime was committed and a report was taken. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 2/12/19, Longmont police responded to the 1100 block of Chestnut Drive in reference to a domestic violence related felony menacing/suicidal party.
This case is currently under investigation.

VICIOUS DOG

On Tuesday, February 12, 2019, a police officer investigated an aggressive dog complaint located in the 2300 block of Flagstaff Drive. An adult female was issued a municipal summons for an aggressive animal.

SEX ASSAULT

On 2/12/19, officers were dispatched after receiving a phone message regarding a possible sex assault in the 1400 block of Red Mountain Drive. Contact was made with an adult female. The female stated she wanted to have the incident documented, but does not wish to pursue charges at this time. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 2/12/19, officers investigated a DV-related protection order violation occurring in the 100 block of Grant Street. This case is open.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

Police assisted school personnel with a female student who was reported to be suicidal. After questioning the girl and her mother, it was decided that she would be placed on a mental health hold. She was taken to Boulder to the mental health walk-in clinic. This case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Wednesday, February 13, 2019, a Longmont police officer was dispatched to the 1400 Block of Stuart Street in regards to a disturbance. A 52 year-old woman was taken into custody for 3rd Degree Assault and domestic violence. This case was cleared by an arrest.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 00 block of East 5th Avenue. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 2/13/19 at approximately 1409 hours, an adult female was taken into custody in the 1000 block of Kimbark Street for a probation violation and
transported to jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to contact a party by phone in reference to an
allegation of abuse made by a male party in an assisted living center in the 1400 block of Coffman Street. This case is closed. This report is for information only.

TRAFFIC STOP

On February 13, 2019, officers conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of Ken Pratt Boulevard and Sherman Drive. One adult male was contacted and issued a summons for driving under revocation, operating an uninsured vehicle and other traffic related charges. This case was cleared by arrest with a summons issued.

Regardless of the CAD Call Type the type of case investigated may remain the same or be changed and the case can be closed with one of several dispositions.
