FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 1600 block of Judson Drive. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

A Longmont resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief in the 1500 block of Sunset Street. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An employee of a Longmont business reported vandalism in the 2300 block of Main Street. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

A Longmont resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 700 block of Teal Circle. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

IDENTITY THEFT

A Longmont resident reported an incident of identity theft which occurred in Fort Collins, CO. This case is closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a first-degree criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief in the 2400 block of 9th Avenue. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 12/21/18, the Longmont Police Department K-9 unit was asked to assist the Boulder Police Department. A K-9 track was requested in an attempt to locate an armed carjacking suspect that fled from police. This report was written for informational purposes only.

BURGLARY

On 12/22/18, Longmont officers responded to the 1700 block of Duchess Drive in reference to a disturbance. This case is cleared by arrest.

DRUNK

On 12/22/18, Longmont police contacted a severely intoxicated male in the 2300 block of Gay Street. He was highly disoriented and unable to walk on his own. The male was taken into protective custody and placed on a mental health hold. This case is closed.

MENACING

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, at approximately 1631 hours, officers responded to the 1900 block of Main Street on the report of felony menacing. This case is cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On December 20, 2018, the Longmont Police Department investigated a suspicious situation that occurred in the 500 block of 3rd Avenue. An adult male was contacted inside a local business and placed on a mental health hold.

FRAUD

On Thursday, December 20, 2018, at about 1730 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched a name and number regarding a fraud. The suspect used a credit card for the online ordering of a game station. This case is open at this time.

BURGLARY

On Friday 12/21/18, Longmont officers were dispatched to a burglary in the 1800 block of Main Street. The investigation is ongoing. This case is open.

SHOPLIFT

On December 21, 2018, Longmont police officers responded to the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard in reference to a shoplift. Through their investigation, officers located an adult female suspect. The female was issued a summons to appear for theft. This case is closed by arrest/summons.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/21/18, at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont police performed a welfare check on a juvenile in the 2600 block of 3rd Ave. The juvenile was found to be happy and healthy but an adult female on the scene and was found to have warrants for her arrest. This incident was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 12/22/18, officers took a report of a possible theft in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive. This case will remain open for investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday 12/21/18, at approximately 2235 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 5100 block of Eagan Circle on a domestic incident. One adult male was arrested for domestic violence related charges without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENTĀ 

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1900 block of Carr Drive in reference to a report of domestic violence. A 44 year-old male was arrested on domestic violence related charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, at approximately 0336 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 3100 block of Captains Lane on reports of an attempted first-degree criminal trespass to a vehicle. Three males were seen attempting to enter a vehicle. Two of the three males were later contacted while driving away from the area. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence and attempted first-degree criminal trespass to a vehicle. The passenger was arrested for attempted first-degree criminal trespass to a vehicle.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On December 22, 2018, Longmont police took a report of a vehicle break-in via a broken window in the 2000 block of Red Cloud Road. This case is closed with no workable leads or suspect information.

FOLLOW-UP

On December 22, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 700 block Cameron Lane on a welfare check. An adult male was contacted and placed on a mental health hold.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported an attempted burglary in the 900 block of Yucca Court. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DEATH

On December 22, 2018, Longmont police and fire department personnel responded to the 1800 block of Hayward Place on a possible deceased male. The adult male was pronounced dead at the scene. This death does not appear to be from suspicious circumstances and this case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 12/22/18, Longmont police contacted a reporting party by phone referencing a cold protection order violation near the 1500 block of Centennial Drive. Police investigated the matter and one subject was arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, at approximately 1540 hours, officers responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard for the report of a shoplift. This case is cleared by summons.

VICIOUS DOG

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, at about 1800 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 block of Francis Street for the report of an animal bite. The animal bite victim's skin was not broken during the bite. The victim did not want to file

charges at this time. The owner of the animal was not around during the time of contact. This case has been forwarded to Longmont Animal Control for additional follow-up.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, Longmont officers responded to the 2200 block of Main Street on a hit-and-run. This case is open.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, at approximately 1900 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Lashley Street on a reported shoplift. Currently there are no suspects. This case is closed.

ROBBERY

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, Longmont officers responded to the 800 block of Coffman Street on a robbery. This case is open.

ASSAULT

On 12/23/18, Longmont officers responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Avenue in reference to an assault. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/23/18, Longmont police responded to the 2200 block of 14th Avenue on a domestic violence disturbance. An adult female was later arrested on assault charges. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, 12/23/18, at approximately 0730 hours, officers received a report of a burglary and theft at a residence in the 4500 block of Nelson Road. Due to the lack of suspect information, this case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, at approximately 0715 hours, an officer took a report of a restraining order violation which occurred in the 2500 block of Lanyon Drive. This case is currently under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/22/18, at 2130 hours, officers were dispatched to a call of a male trespassing in theĀ  200 block of Coffman Street. He was found to have an active warrant and was arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, at about 2305 hours, Longmont police arrested an adult female at the intersection of Kimbark Street and 15th Avenue on an active arrest warrant out of the Boulder Police Department. The female was transported to the Boulder County jail and held on $50.00 bail. This case is cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, at about 0110 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 300 block of Main Street on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found a female had been hit in the head by an unknown object that was thrown by another female. This case is open.

DUI

On Sunday, 12/23/18, at approximately 0152 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop near East 5th Avenue and Martin Street. An adult male was arrested for a felony DUI and other charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, officers responded to the 500 block of Main Street in regards to a business that was broken into. Nothing was left behind and several cash drawers were taken. There are no suspects at this time.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, 12/23/18, Longmont police received a report of a burglary to a business in the 1100 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. There is currently no suspect information and this case will be closed.

VICIOUS DOG

Two males were bitten by a loose dog while breaking up a dog fight in the 1000 block of Townley Circle. The loose dog was not located.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont male was bitten by the family cat in the 00 block of Ash Court. The cat was surrendered to the Longmont Humane Society.

FRAUD

On December 23, 2018, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of 17th Avenue in reference to a fraud. A report was taken and the case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, at about 1545 hours, officers responded to the 700 block of South Martin Street for the report of a motor vehicle theft. The vehicle and contents have not been located at this time. This case is closed pending the development of new leads.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On December 23, 2018, officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Meadow Street in reference to a domestic incident. A report was taken and the case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, at approximately 1644 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Main Street on a theft that had just occurred. Two adult females were contacted a short distance from the business and issued tickets for theft. The merchandise was returned to the business. This case is cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On 12/23/18, at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to a report of trespassing in the 300 block of Quail Road. The male party had left before officers arrived but had been identified. This incident is still open pending follow-up.
