FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DEATH

On December 15, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 00 block of 9th Avenue on an assist to medical personnel for an unconscious party. An adult male was pronounced dead on the scene. No suspicious circumstances or foul play are suspected. This case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, December 15, 2018, Longmont officers conducted a traffic stop on the 100 block of East 9th Avenue. This case is cleared by arrest

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/16/18, at approximately 2030 hours, Longmont police responded to the 1400 block of Baker Street to an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado in reference to a domestic violence call for service. One adult male was identified to have committed domestic violence related crimes and a warrant was drafted for his arrest. This case is open.

AUTO THEFT

On December 15, 2018, Longmont police took a report of a vehicle theft in the 800 block of 15th Avenue. An adult male was spoken to and a report taken. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

HARASSMENT

On December 13, 2018, at approximately 1917 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 4500 block of Redmond Dr on the report of a harassment. An adult male was contacted and issued a summons. This case is closed.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On 12/14/18, officers were dispatched to a hit-and-run accident on the 100 block of South Main Street. A suspect has been identified. This case is open.

DEATH

On 12/14/18, officers responded to the 700 block of Vivian Street on a medical issue. An adult male was deceased. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On December 14, 2018, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a cold criminal mischief and trespassing in the 100 block of 21st Avenue. This case is closed.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Friday, December 14, 2018, at about 2311 hours, Longmont police dispatched to the intersection of UTE Highway 66 and Pace Street on a report of a two vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers assisted Colorado State Patrol with traffic control and contacting witnesses.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Friday, December 14, 2018, at approximately 2300 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the area of Grand Avenue and South Lincoln Street in reference to an outside agency assist. Police contacted one adult male, and two juvenile males. The case is closed. This report for information only.

DUI

On December 14, 2018, officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 9th Avenue and Kimbark Street. One adult male was contacted and arrested for DUI related charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported an incident of fraud in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported a theft in the 200 block of Lashley Street. This case is closed by summons.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported an incident of identity theft in the 2300 block of Whistler Drive. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday, December 15, 2018, officers took a report of a possible protection violation that took place in the 500 block of South Hover Street. This case is closed.

THEFT

On December 15, 2018, Longmont police took a report of a theft in the 1500 block of Stuart Street. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

CIVIL

On December 15, 2018, officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Antero Drive in reference to a civil issue. A report was taken for information only. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday 12/16/18, at approximately 0333 hours, police responded to the 600 block of Frontage Road in relation to a trespass. An adult male was arrested on a violation of a protection order and an adult female was arrested on warrants. The case is cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday, 12/16/18, at approximately 0900 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a stolen motor vehicle that occurred in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue  Due to the lack of suspect information this case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Sunday December 16, 2018, Longmont officers were dispatched to investigate a potential sex assault in the 200 block of East 8th Avenue. This case is open.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday, 12/16/18, police took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 1400 block of Sharpe Place, Longmont, CO 80501. Police documented their findings. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On December 16, 2018, Longmont police investigated a shoplift in the 500 block of South Hover Street. Two juveniles were contacted and issued summons for the shoplift.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/15/18, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop near the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and East County Line Road. During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle had an extraditable arrest warrant from another agency. The driver was arrested without incident on the warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, December 15, 2018, at about 1730 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 500 block of South Hover Street, Longmont, CO for the report of a theft. The suspect was contacted and released on a summons. This case is cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On Saturday, 12/15/18, at approximately 2148 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to call a party in regards to an auto theft from earlier in the evening. A white 2017 Infiniti QX60 SUV was stolen from the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard with no suspect descriptors. This case is closed unless suspect identifiers can be obtained.

SHOPLIFT

On 12/15/18, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on a shoplift in progress. An 18 year-old male and two juvenile females were contacted after items were damaged and concealed. The property was recovered and all three were issued municipal summonses for theft and vandalism. Cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 12/15/18, at 2236 hours, officers responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of South Collyer Street. An adult male resident of Boulder harassed his adult sister (resident of Longmont). The female declined charges and a sober ride was arranged for the intoxicated male back to Boulder. The matter is exceptionally cleared (victim declined prosecution).

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 12/15/18, at approximately 2313 hours, police responded to the 1900 block of Kristy Court in relation to a welfare check. A domestic incident was disclosed to police at the time. This report is generated for informational purposes only and the case will be closed.

ROBBERY

On December 15, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to a robbery in the 900 block of Venice Street. Four juvenile individuals reported two unknown male suspects demanded their wallets and threatened to harm them. One juvenile male victim was punched by a suspect and suffered injury to his face. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Saturday, 12/15/18, at approximately 2049 hours, police responded to the 600 block of Terry Street in relation to a disturbance. On Sunday 12/16/18, at approximately 0055 hours, one of the parties involved in the disturbance disclosed a sexual assault. The case with be referred back to the original investigating officer and is open.

SHOPLIFT

On December 16, 2018, Longmont police responded to a business in the 2500 block of Main Street for shoplifting. An adult male was summonsed for theft and trespassed from the business. This case is cleared by arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont female was bitten by her cat. The cat was placed on quarantine at home.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, December 16, 2018, at approximately 1558 hours, officers took a report of a cold domestic disturbance, which took place in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. This case is cleared by arrest.
