WELFARE CHECK
On 12/03/2019 at about 0650 hours, Officers from the Longmont Police Department responded to the 3200 block of Lake Park Way on a welfare check. A report was taken for information purposes.
WARRANT ARREST
On December 3, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash at E. Mountain View Avenue and Lashley Street. An adult male driver was found to have a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.
THEFT
On December 3rd, 2019 at approximately 2030 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Stardance Circle Longmont, CO in reference to a cold theft.
MISSING PERSON
On 12/03/2019 Longmont Police recieved a report of a missing/runaway juvenile male. The male was last seen near the area University Cir and Drake St. The male later returned home. A report was taken and forwarded to Detectives for information.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On Wednesday, November 27, 2019, officers contacted a fugitive in the 1300 block of Red Mountain Drive. Additional arrests were made and a search warrant was executed. The case is cleared by arrest.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Monday, December 2, 2019, officers responded to a domestic situation via telephone. An investigation was conducted and a report was taken. The case is currently open.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On 12/02/2019 a runaway juvenile under Boulder County Sheriff's Office case number 19-6896 was contacted in the 4900 block of Nelson Road in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder and State of Colorado and released to a parent. Case closed.
MENACING
On Monday, December 2, 2019, Police responded to the 2500 block of Main St reference two males fighting in the parking lot, one armed with a knife. A juvenile male and adult male were contacted during the investigation. The case is open.
DUI
On Monday December 2, 2019 at approximately 2213 hours, Longmont Police Officers conducted a traffic stop upon two vehicles in the 9700 block of Ute Highway. One adult male driver was cited for Careless driving, and another adult male was arrested for DUI. Case is cleared by arrest.
WARRANT ARREST
On December 2, 2019 Longmnt Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Main St/ 23rd Ave. One adult male was arrested on a warrant and was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
MENACING
On 120219 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1800 block of Hover Street on a menacing. An unknown adult male suspect made threats to an adult male victim. The victim contacted police but declined to have charges filed. No suspect information has developed in this case.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 12/02/2019 Longmont Police contacted a juvenile male stumbling in the roadway near Wedgewood Ave and Cambridge Dr. The male was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol. He was later discovered to have a restraining order prohibiting the consumption of alcoholic beverages. He was placed into custody and transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Dentention Center. Case cleared by arrest.
DEATH
On Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019, Longmont Officers responded to the 600 block of Peck on a medical assist. Case closed.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, officers responded to the 100 block of S. Sunset St in response to a criminal mischief. An investigation was conducted.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On December 3, 2019 the Longmont Police Department responded to a possible domestic that occurred in the 1000 Block of Ponderosa Circle in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. The case is open and under investigation.

On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, Longmont Police investigated a domestic incident and violation of protection order in the 900 block of Bragg Pl. An adult male is suspect.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
On Tuesday December 3rd, 2019, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 800 Block of Coffman St. reference an indecent exposure. Police contacted three adult males, and an adult female. The case is currently open, pending further information.

On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, Longmont Police took a report of a harassment in the 1100 block of Holly Ave. An adult male is suspect.
DEATH
On Tuesday December 3rd, 2019, at approximately 1730 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Sweeney Pl. reference a party not conscious, not breathing. Police contacted two adult females. The case is currently closed.
DISTURBANCE
On December 3, 2019 at approximately 1944 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to a disturbance in the 1000 Block of Ponderosa Circle in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. The case is open and under investigation.
