INFORMATION

The Longmont Police Dept. completed a possible elder abuse report for information purposes at the request of an outside agency.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On September 03, 2018 a vehicle theft report was received from the 2000 block of Sunset Way. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered and person property was stolen from inside. Case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Monday, 09-03-2018, Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Spencer Street, Longmont, CO, 80501 on a cold first degree criminal trespass to a vehicle. Police investigated and documented their findings. Case closed.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont juvenile was bitten by a dog. The dog was quarantined at home.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On September 3, 2018, the Longmont Police Department investigated a suspicious situation in the 1400 block of Coffman Street. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On August 14, 2018 a criminal mischief report was received from the 1200 block of Atwood St. An adult male reported the side window was busted out of his vehicle and personal property was stolen from inside. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On 09/02/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St. referencing a report of possible criminal mischief. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made. The case is currently closed.

FRAUD

On Sunday, September 2, 2018, at approximately 2200 hours, The Longmont Police Department took a report regarding fraudulent credit card activity in the 1100 block of Francis St. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten by a loose dog. The dog was located and quarantined at home. The owner received a summons.

ASSAULT

On 09/02/2018 the Longmont Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1400 block of S. Collyer St. Upon arrival, officers found an adult female had assaulted another adult female at a party. The suspect female was issued a municipal summons for assault.

PROTECTION ORDER

On September 3, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a restraining order violation and menacing that occurred in the area of 14th Avenue and Stuart Street. This case is open until a warrant is obtained or the suspect male is arrested.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Monday September 3, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Lamplighter Dr on a report of a stolen vehicle. A stolen vehicle was recovered. Case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/03/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 3000 block of Pike Rd. regarding a domestic incident which had just occurred. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

TRESPASS

On September 3, 2018 Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Main Street for a welfare check on an adult transient female who was unconcious and needed to be trespassed from the property for camping. The female was heavily intoxicated and refused to leave the area. After attempting to strike an officer, the female was arrested on charges of obstructing, resisting, and trespass. She was found to have two warrants in another jurisdiction. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Monday, September 3, 2018 officers responded to the 800 block of Coffman St in regards to a male throwing a rock through a passenger side of an unoccupied vehicle. The owner was contacted and there is no suspect information. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On Monday, September 3, 2018, Longmont Police respondedto the 1200 block of Baker St. on a report of burglary and theft. Two males are identified as suspects. Case Open.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 9/3/18, officers responded to the 1300 block of Dogwood Ln on the report of a possible suicidal party. An adult male was contacted and placed on a Mental Health Hold. This case is cleared.

Sunday, September 2

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 2, 2018 at approximately 0033 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1100 block of Pratt Street on the report of a domestic in progress. An adult male was arrested. Case closed.

DUI

On 090218 the Longmont Police Department responded to an accident in the 400 block of the Judson Street/Vivian Street alley. A 29 year old male was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, and other charges. Cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday Spetember 2, 2018 Officers responded to the lobby of the Longmont Police Department on a warrant arrest. An adult male was booked and released. Case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On September 2, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of Main St. on the report of a disturbance. An adult male was contacted and subsequently transported to Longmont United Hospital and placed on a 72 hour hold.

ASSAULT

On 09/02/2018, at approximately 1709 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St, to an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference an assault. Upon investigation, one adult male was taken into custody without incident. The adult male was booked in full and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On September 2, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the area of Calais Dr and Pace St on a hit and run. One adult male was contacted and arrested for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

WELFARE CHECK

On September 2nd, 2018 at approximately 1955 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to 11th Avenue and Baker Street Longmont, CO in reference to a welfare check. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On September 1, 2018 at about 1850 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 550 Blk of S. Hover Street, Longmont, CO for the report of a theft. The suspect was located and later provided a Community Restorative Justice Referral. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, September 1, 2018 at about 2211 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 2200 block of Main Street on two active warrants issued out of the Boulder Police Department. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a total bond of $800.00. Case cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION

On Saturday, 09/01/18 at approximately 2310 hours, Longmont Police contacted an occupied vehicle in a closed park area in the 9800-block of N 119th St, Longmont. An adult female was issued a summons for providing false identifying information. Case cleared by arrest; summons issued.

NOISE

On 090218 the Longmont Police Department responded to a noise complaint in the 400 block of Fox Street. A 37 year old female was cited for unreasonable noise. Cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

On 09/02/18, Sunday, I, Officer Beckwith recieved a fax stating that a nine year old had ben bit by a dog. Not able to contact victim or family at this time.

DUI

On Sunday, September 2, 2018 officers responded to the area of Park Ridge Ave and Main St to investigate an injury accident. An adult male was later taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Cleared by arrest.

Saturday, September 1

AUTO THEFT

On Saturday September 1st, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Colony place on a vehicle theft. Upon further investigation, two juveniles were identified as suspects. One was taken into custody, parents will be contacted for the second.

Case Open.

FRAUD

On Saturday, 09-01-2018, Longmont Police received a report of an adult female alleging that a landscapring company forged her signiture on a workorder for services she never received. this is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday September 1, 2018 at approximately 1005 hours an officer took a report of a protection order violation which occurred in the 1200 block of Milner Ln. The incident is under investigation.

DUI

On Saturday, September 1, 2018 at approximately 1411 hours a Longmont Fire Truck was rear ended by a silver Grand Prix. Longmont Police Investigated and found the driver of the silver Grand Prix to be DUI and in violation of Bond conditions. He was taken into custody with out incident. The fire truck sustained only minor damage.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 09/01/2018, at approximately 1434 hours, Longmont Police took a report of an auto trespass occurring in the 1700 block of Queens Dr, an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. No suspect information was provided, without any leads, this case will be closed.

THEFT

On September 1, 2018 at about 1300 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department took a cold theft report. The Longmont Communications Center (Dispatch) advised the theft location was from the 700 Blk of Teal Cir., Longmont, CO. There are no suspect information at this time. Case Closed.

BURGLARY

On Saturday September 1, 2018 at approximately 1413 hours, Officer's took a cold burglary report from the 1200 blk of E 9th Ave, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Closed.

THEFT

On Saturday September 1, 2018 at approximately 1548 hours, Officer's responded to the 2200 blk of E Ken Pratt Blvd, in the City of Longmont, Weld County, Colorado, for the report of a shoplift. Case open.

THEFT

On Saturday, September 1, 2018, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the Longmont Police Department lobby in response to a reported theft. Currently there are no suspects. Case Closed.

MENACING

On Friday, 08/31/18 at approximately 2024 hours, Longmont Police officers were dispatched to a property damage accident and possible drunk driver in the area of Price Rd and Sheley Ct. An adult male driver was later identified and arrested for multiple charges. Case cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Friday 08/31/2018 at approximately 2323 hours police conducted an extra patrol in the 200 block South Hover. This report is generated for informational purposes and the case will be closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Saturday, September 1, 2018 at about 0034 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street on a report of an adult male in a wheelchair slumped over. Upon arrival officers found the person was intoxicated and reported as a missing person. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, 09-01-2018, Longmont Police responded to a family disturbance at a local funeral home in the 300 blk of Terry St. Investigation determined that an adult female assaulted her aunt and grandmother. All parties involved agreed to LCJP. Case will be referred to LCJP.

WELFARE CHECK

On September 1, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1700 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. reference a welfare check. It was reported that an adult female had fallen days prior and was currently in the hospital for her injuries. The information was passed along to adult protective services. Case closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On September 1, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of 16th Ave. on a welfare check. This case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

On, 09/01/18, Saturday, a 15 year old male was bit by a dog . The dog has not been located.

FRAUD

On August 25, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a possible fraud in the 2400 Blk of Scott Ct. Through the investigation, not enough evidence was provided for criminal charges and the case is closed.

Friday, August 31

DUI

On August 30th, 2018, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 BLK of Hover Street. One adult male was contacted and arrested for DUI related charges.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 08/30/18, Officers conducted a traffic stop at 9th Ave and Corey St. Driver was issued a summons. Case referred to LEAD.

HARASSMENT

On Friday, August 31st, 2018, Longmont Officers took a civil call from the 300 block of Mountain View Ave. A report was taken and the case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, August 31, 2018, at approximately 0355 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Breakwater Dr. and North Shore Dr. Longmont, CO. Upon further investigation, one adult female was arrested on outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On August 31, 2018, at approximately 0528 hours Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Peck Drive on the report of a juvenile male with a warrant. The juvenile male was taken into custody. Case closed.

AUTO THEFT

On August 31, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 100 block of Coffman St reference a motor vehicle theft in progress. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male inside a vehicle. The adult male was subsiquently placed under arrest without incident. Case closed by arrest.

MENACING

On Friday, August 31, 2018 at approximately 0931 hours Longmont Police investigated a menacing incident in the area of E 9th Ave and Martin St. The adult male suspect was quickly located by patrol Officers and subsequently arrested with out incident.

AUTO THEFT

On August 31, 2018 an auto theft report was received from the 900 block of Longs Peak Ave. An adult male reported his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. There is no suspcect information. Case closed.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On August 31, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the area of Mountain View Avenue and Hover Street on a welfare check of a male throwing up out of his car window while driving. The adult male was later arrested on charges of driving under revocation and violation of bail bond conditions. This case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On August 31, 2018 a theft report was received from the 2100 block of Meadow Ct. An adult female reported she was a victim of a scam where money was stolen from her. There is no suspect information. Case is open.

BURGLARY

On 08/31/2018 around 1345 hours officers responded to a call of a cold burglary located in the 8000 blk of Nelson Road. There were no suspects and after an investigation the incident was closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 08/31/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 1600 Blk. of Lamplighter Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

CHILD

On August 26, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Tulip St on a report of a young male juvenile who had been locked out of his home for several hours and no one was home. The juvenile was quickly reunited with his family. This case is open pending further investigation.

THEFT

On Tuesday, August 28 2018, Longmont Police responded to a theft of cab fare in the 100 block of Olympia Ave. A 23 year old male and an uknown female were reported to have left without paying their fare. The case is open.

DRUG VIOLATION

Police arrested a 17 year old male for possession of drugs and drug paraphernailia. The male was booked and released to his mother on summons to court.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On 08/30/18 at 1118 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was sentenced to thirty days in the Boulder County Jail. The adult male was taken into custody and transported to the jail to serve out his sentence. The case was cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, August 30, 2018, Officers responded to the 2500 block of Main St. on a report of a shoplift. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DISTURBANCE

On August 30th, 2018, at around 15:50 hours Longmont Police investigated a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Mountain View Ave. The investigation determined that it was not a domestic incident but an adult male was issued a summons. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, August 30th, 2018, Longmont Officers responded to the 1900 block of Mt Sneffels on a sex assault. A report was taken and case is open.

WELFARE CHECK

On August 30, 2018 the Longmont Police Department placed an adult male on a 72 hour hold from a Boulder County address. The male was transported to Longmont United Hospital for that hold.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, August 30th, 2018, at around 17:16 hours Longmont Police investigated a shoplifting incident in the 2200 block of N. Main St. Three juveniles were referred to the Longmont Community Justice Program.

THEFT

On Thursday, August 30th, 2018, Longmont Officers took a theft report from the 200 block of Ken Pratt. Case is open.

DISTURBANCE

On Thursday, August 30th, 2018 at around 18:28 hours Longmont Police invesitigated a disturbance in the 300 block of Main St. No charges were filed and this case is closed.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Thursday, August 30th, 2018, at around 20:52 hours Longmont Police investigated a hit and run accident in the area of County Line Rd./Deerwood Dr. One adult male was arrested for DUI related charges.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, August 30, 2018, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Sherri Mar St. reference a physical domestic. A female was arrested for hitting her husband and the male was arrested for a restraining order violation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, August 30 2018, Longmont Police conducted an extra patrol in the 9800 block of 119th St. A 43 year old female was arrested on an oustanding warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 08/31/2018 Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of Main St. An adult male driver was later arrested on unrelated restraining order violations. Case cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Friday, August 31, 2018 at about 0347 hours, Longmont Police recovered a stolen vehicle out of Colby Kansas in the 300 block of South Hover Street. Case closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 08/31/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 2500 blk of Pheasant Dr. reference a first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle. Case closed due to lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, August 31, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of criminal trespass that occurred in the 1000 block of Boxelder Circle. Officers were told someone entered a vehicle and stole a handgun from the vehicle. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

Investigation is ongoing. No PC to charge any school or transportation staff members with any type of crime. Ofc. Burke intends to contact the PR by phone tomorrow, as video of the incident has now been reviewed.

MISSING PERSON

Longmont Police took a missing person report for an adult female. The case is under investigation.

THEFT

On Friday, 08/31/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1900 Blk. of Harvard St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

THEFT

On 8/28/18 a cold theft at the 2600 block of Stratford Ln. was reported to police. A juvenile female was later issued a juvenile court referral for theft and released.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday August 31, 2018 at approximately 1616 hours, Officer's took the report of a cold auto theft, which occurred in the area of 12th Ave and Francis St, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Case is open.
